This paper mainly studies process of dynamic routing in a multi-level perspective the mobile radio network based on the new generation of radio enhance the mobility a new and higher quality of service is required for different types of traffics,The Routing protocol in data networks will understand a formal set of rules and agreements on sharing network information between routers to determine the route of data transmission that satisfies a given quality of service requirements and provides a balanced load across the mobile radio network as a whole. including routing issues, devoted to the work of scientists, For modern computer networks of large dimension is typical multilevel routing in which in some way divided into a subnet routing domains, with at the most efficient protocol subnets group IGP, EGP group and protocols between networks. It is proposed to use a well-known proactive routing protocol OLSR multipoint handoff service packages as part of a hybrid protocol (HWMP). The description, the algorithm and the features of the implementation of the proactive protocol (OLSR).     © 2018 JASET, International Scholars and Researchers Association

In a dynamic routing setting a routing protocol is required to perform the settings to find the shortest and best path. Routing protocols are of two types: vector distance and link state. Use of EIGRP routing that includes long-range vectors and link state OSPF Link link state coverage, peg well to be implemented in complex network because it can adapt well. In this research is the method used for routing and speed of time available EIGRP routing and OSPF routing through simulator GNS3 and wireshark application, then analyze the difference of peformance with speed of routing table and speed of time. While for Quality of Service (QoS) compare network service quality from EIGRP and OSPF routing which include delay, packet loss, and throughput. Based on the results of the research shows the EIGRP routing table is better in the selection path, EIGRP smaller time tansfer data then its data transfer faster than the OSPF. Overall Quality Of Service (Qos) delay, packetloss and throughput on EIGRP and OSPF are well balanced and good.

This paper presents a novel method of expressing the quality of service in a mobile telecommunication system when its performance depends on several factors including applied codecs? characteristics (voice quality and data flow rate) and telecommunications traffic service possibilities. The influence of these factors is unified in one variable - quality of service measure. The proposed method is especially applicable in the cases when two-dimensional systems are analyzed - for example when two codecs with different flow rate and different achievable connection quality are used in a system. As an example, we also studied system with full-rate or mixed full-rate and half-rate codec implementation depending on the offered traffic. The system performances - mean dataflow and mean connection quality as a function of offered traffic are presented graphically and also expressed quantitatively by the novel quality of service measure. The systems with different number of available traffic channels may be compared on the base of this novel evaluation value such that the system with the highest value is the most suitable one for the concrete situation. In this way mobile system design is simplified to the great extent. The developed model is applicable generally for mobile telephony systems defining, but in this paper we studied its implementation for Global System for Mobile communications.

With the growing demand for quality-of-service (QoS) aware routing protocol in wireless networks, QoS-based routing has emerged as an interesting research topic. Quality of service guarantee in wireless sensor networks (WSNs) is difficult and more challenging due to the fact that the available resources of sensors and the various applications running over these networks have different constraints in their nature and requirements. In this paper, we present a heuristic neighbor selection mechanism in WSNs that uses the geographic routing mechanism combined with the QoS requirements to provide multiobjective QoS routing (MQoSR) for different application requirements. The problem of providing QoS routing is formulated as link, and path-based metrics. The link-based metrics are partitioned in terms of reliability, delay, distance to sink, and energy, and the path-based metrics are presented in terms of end-to-end delay, reliability of data transmission, and network lifetime. The simulation results demonstrate that MQoSR protocol is able to achieve the delay requirements, and due to optimum path selection process, the achieved data delivery ratio is always above the required one. MQoSR protocol outperforms the existing model in the literature remarkably in terms of reliable data transmission, time data delivery, and routing overhead and underlines the importance of energy-efficient solution to enhance network lifetime.

Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) is an exterior gateway routing protocol used between various autonomous systems across the internet. BGP helps in selecting the best route for the transmission of data among the users. The transmission policy followed by BGP should be such that it should increase BGP routing performances. This work aims to reduce the convergence time of the network with the improvement of QOS (Quality of Service) in the routing of Border Gateway Protocol. Our results show that we can obtain a reduced framework environment which has a best routing path with better energy and quality, along with reduction in convergence time.
