This research aims to analyze the performance of employees at the Palang Merah Indonesia in Bandung. This study uses compensation and good corporate governance variables to analyze employee performance using work motivation as an intervening variable. The population in this study were all employees of the Palang Merah Indonesia in Bandung by using a minimum sample of 110 employees after being calculated using the slovin technique with simple random sampling. Data collection methods in the study used primary and secondary data, explanatory surveys, and questionnaires. Data analysis technique in this study uses regression analysis. The purpose of this study was to analyze the direct effect of compensation and good corporate governance on employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable. The results showed that the motivation and compensation variables had a significant positive influence on good corporate governance. Furthermore, the variable good corporate governance shows significant positive results on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance and good corporate governance (GCG) on the value of companies in manufacturing companies listed on the stock exchange Indonesia. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of annual report 2016. Population used in this study are all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). This research uses purposive sampling method with total population of 144 companies and sample of 31 companies. The results show that simultaneously ROA, OPM, NPM, KM, and KI have a positive influence on firm value. While partially ROA  have a positive influence on firm value. While OPM, NPM, KM, and KI have no positive influence on firm value).

<em>Bond ratings are a scale of risk of all bonds traded, which indicates how safe a bond is. The security of a bond is indicated by its ability to pay interest and repay the loan principal. The purpose of this study is to find out empirical evidence that good corporate governance has an effect on bond ratings. This study uses secondary data. The population in this study are non-financial companies listed on the IDX in 2014-2018. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling method. After subtraction with several criteria, as many as 20 companies were set as the sample. The analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that institutional ownership and audit committee have a significant effect on bond ratings. Meanwhile, the independent board of commissioners has no significant effect on bond ratings</em>

Effect of Financial Compensation, Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh. The principal issues in this study is whether the process of financial compensation, work environment, work motivation influence on the performance of employees at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh. This study aims to reveal the Financial Compensation Effect, Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh. This research is descriptive associative. The population in this study is the employee at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh totaling 67 people. The sampling technique sampling study is saturated. The questionnaire was used as data collection techniques. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis, multicollinearity analysis, analysis heterokedastisistas, normality test and coefficient detereminasi. To test the hypothesis used t test, Test F. Based on the analysis of the influence of financial compensation, work environment and work motivation and employee performance, especially in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh, it would seem that there is a positive influence and significant correlation between financial compensation, work environment, work motivation on employee performance. Thus the hypothesis is proved.

The Influence of Implementation of Good Corporate Governance Principles and Tri Hita Karana Value on Managerial Performance of Village Micro Credit (LPD) at Padangsambian. The current study aims to investigate the influence of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, fairness, and THK value on LPD financial performance. Saturated sampling technique were used in the current study, and number of sample used were 30. The data were collected using primary data through the method of survey. The current study used classic assumption test and multiple linear regression test as an analysis technique. Generally, it could be stated that if Good Corporate Governance (X1) and The Value of Tri Hita Karana (X2) increase by one unit (one score), it could has a positive influence towards the managerial performance (Y) of LPD Pakraman Padangsambian. This shows that if Good Corporate Governance (X1) and The value of Tri Hita Karana (X2) are increased, then the performance of individual managerial (Y) will increase. Otherwise, if Good Corporate Governance (X1) and the value of Tri Hita Karana (X2) decrease, there will be a decrease in managerial performance (Y). ABSTRACT  The purpose of this study was determine whether CKPN, ALR, BOPO, IRR, GCG, ROA and ETA have a significant effect either simultaneously or in part. This study used the population of the National Private Foreign Exchange Bank in Indonesia, with a purposive sampling technique. The data used are secondary data taken from the Financial Services Authority website and the Infobank Research Bureau, with data collection methods using the documentation method and data analyzed using panel data and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that CKPN, ALR, BOPO, IRR, GCG, ROA and ETA simultaneously have a significant effect on the Health Scores of National Foreign Exchange Private Banks in Indonesia. CKPN, ALR, GCG partially have insignificant negative influence, BOPO and ETA partially have insignificant positive influence, IRR partially has significant negative influence and ROA partially has a significant positive effect on the Health Score of Private Foreign Exchange National Banks in Indonesia. Keywords                   : Business Risk; Good Corporate Governance; Health Score ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan apakah CKPN, ALR, BOPO, IRR, GCG, ROA dan ETA memiliki pengaruh signifikan baik secara simultan atau sebagian terhadap Skor Kesehatan Bank Umum Swasta Nasional Devisa di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi Bank Nasional Devisa Swasta di Indonesia, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diambil dari situs web Otoritas Jasa Keuangan dan Biro Riset Infobank, dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi dan data dianalisis menggunakan data panel serta regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa CKPN, ALR, BOPO, IRR, GCG, ROA dan ETA secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Skor Kesehatan Bank Umum Swasta Nasional Devisa di Indonesia. Purpose - This study aimed to gain a sense o1qf leadership style, gain a working motivation overview, and  overview of employee performanceDesign / methodology / approach - The method used is an Explanatory Survey with a sample size of 44 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with spss 20.0 for windows programming tool.Findings- Research results show that leadership style is in the category of effective, work motivation is in the strong category and employee performance is in good category. This research to determine the application of GCG PT.Duta Cendana Mobilindo , development of the company 's financial performance on a PT.Duta Cendana Mobilindo, and to determine the effect of GCG Implementation of the company's financial performance on a PT.Duta Cendana Mobilindo.The method used is the method of ex - post facto . This study uses primary data and secondary data obtained from the financial and non-financial statements of the PT.Duta Cendana Mobilindo . To test the hypothesis used linear regression and correlation Based on the results of the study showed that there is positive between GCG Implementation on the PT.Duta Cendana Mobilindo. The level of closeness of relationship ( correlation ) between the two variables is strong enough , ie r = 0.675 with a correlation coefficient of r &gt; 0 means if GCG Implementation increasing the company's financial performance will increase , and vice versa . The degree of influence is achieved by 45.56 % , and the remaining 54.44 % is influenced by other factors . Meanwhile, through hypothesis testing using t-test , obtained t value = 3.313 and table value of t = 1.987 . Based on the t value , then the value of t is greater than t table located in the rejection of H0 . Results of simple linear regression analysis 2.395 + 0.366 that each increase of 1 ( one point ) Application of the principle of good corporate governance corporate financial performance will increase by 0.366 % . So it can be concluded that the application of GCG has a strong positive influence on the financial performance of the company PT.Duta Cendana Mobilindo.

This study aimed to determine the effect of staffing on the performance of employees at mills I Bukit Kuantan District Singingi Umbrella all employees mills I Mount Umbrella, sampling technique using simple random sampling as many as 57 people. In analyzing the data of this study data analysis using descriptive and quantitative methods, namely by processing the data obtained from the company, then analyzed using the theoretical basis as a means to solve problems, and then make a conclusion. The research result is seen from the results of the t-test where the value t count>t table (32,639>2,004) there is a significant positive influence between the placement of employees on employee performance. Judging from the coefficient of determination R Square of 0,951. This shows that the percentage contribution of staffing influence on employee performance is at 95%. While the remaining 5% is influenced by other variables not included in the study.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance, the effect of compensation on employee performance, and the influence of the work environment on employee performance. This research is classified into quantitative research in the form of associative causality. The population in this study were 86 employees using a simple random sampling method so that as many as 71 employees were used as samples. The analysis technique used is Multiple Regression Analysis. The results obtained that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

BPD Bali’s bank is a commercial bank engaged in the banking sector. The achievement of Bank BPD Bali's credit targets cannot be separated from employee performance, because with the maximum performance of employees the target set will be achieved. This study aims to determine the effect of GCG, motivation, and leadership style on the performance of employees of Bank BPD Bali’s in Badung Regency. The populations used in this study were 2 branch offices and 7 sub-branch offices in Badung Regency with the determination of the sample using purposive sampling method, the total sampels was 57 respondents. The data analysis technique is multiple linear analysis. The results of the study showed that GCG, motivation, and leadership style had a positive effect on the performance of the employees of Bank BPD Bali’s in Badung Regency, by implementing Good Corporate Governance, motivation and leadership style will improve employee performance.
