This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of internalfactors such as profitability, liquidity, solvency, and cash flow on going concern audit opinion, because companies that accept going concern audit opinion may result in declining stock prices, the fall of the company’s image, distrust of creditors, investors. Suppliers, etc.This research uses quantitative descriptive approach with causality relationship between each variable. The data used in this research is secondary data in the form of financial report of manufacturing companies with sampling technique using purposive sampling and data analysis technique used is logistic regression.The result of this research showed that the independent variables simultaneously affect the dependent variables.Partially,solvency, liquidity, and cash flow have an effect on going concern audit opinion, while the profitability has no effect on going concern audit opinion. The research findings show that the financial ratios can be used to detect the giving of going concern audit opinion

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Earning Per Share (EPS) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on stock prices either partially or simultaneously in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sub-sector of food and beverages. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data in the form of Earning Per Share (EPS) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) data and stock prices. Determination of the sample in this study was using purposive sampling technique with 3 criterias in order to obtain 9 companies from 29 companies. The analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis technique using the help of the Eviews10 application. The results of data processing show that the data is normally distributed after data transformation and there are no symptoms of classical assumptions in the study. The conclusion obtained in the research shows that Earning Per Share (EPS) partially has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) partially has no effect on stock prices. Earning Per Share (EPS) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on stock prices

The research design is causality with the unit ofanalysis is the company of the samples taken by purposive sampling technique on thepopulation of manufacturing companies listed on the BEI year 2013-2016. Analyticaltechnique used is logistic. Purpose The going concern audit opinion is an audit opinion issued by an auditor to evaluate the company’s ability in maintaining the business continuity. The purpose of this paper is to discover the effects of audit client tenure, audit lag, opinion shopping, liquidity ratio and leverage on the going concern audit opinion. Design/methodology/approach The study used secondary data obtained from financial reports and independent audit reports published by Indonesian Stock Exchange (ISE) as well as Indonesian Capital Market Directory. Besides, the population of the study included manufacturing companies registered in ISE from 2009 to 2013. Further, the present study applied purposive sampling technique which resulted in 16 companies used as the sample of the study. Then the hypothesis was examined by applying logistic regression. Findings Results of the hypothesis examination indicated that the variables of opinion shopping and leverage affected the going concern audit opinion, whereas the variables of audit client tenure, audit lag and liquidity ratio did not affect the going concern audit opinion. Originality/value Results of the hypothesis examination indicated that the variables of opinion shopping and leverage affected the going concern audit opinion, whereas the variables of audit client tenure, audit lag and liquidity ratio did not affect the going concern audit opinion.

The authors propose in this study to evaluate financial performance applications for stock prices of the Indonesian Stock Exchange in manufacturing companies. The method of research used here is a quantitative descriptive method. In that statement, Indonesian Stock Exchange manufacturing companies between 2016 and 2018 are the population use in this research, using the sampling technique Purpose Sampling. This research uses secondary data from 2016 to 2018, the financial reports of Indonesian Stock Exchange manufacturing companies. The Indonesian stock exchange web site has been provided with all data sources at https://www.idx.co.id, and searching for www.google.id. Our analysis shows that book value prices and the net profit margin affect stock prices. The value of financial performance at the Indonesian Stock Bourses manufacturing companies' cost amounts to 64.5 percent, while other factors not listed in this study account for 35.4 percent.

Research purposes were determined the effect of company size, management ownership, profitability, and leverage on risk management disclosures in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The research type is a quantitative descriptive. The research population is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. Determination of the sample used purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used the documentation method. The data analysis technique used statistical analysis, namely multiple linear test, F test, and t test. The results how that 1) company size has a positive and significant effect on the risk management disclosure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018; 2) managerial ownership has no significant effect on the risk management disclosure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2018; 3) profitability has no significant effect on the risk management disclosure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018; 4) Laverage has a significant effect on the risk management disclosure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2018; and 5) Company size, managerial ownership, profitability, and leverage simultaneously have a significant effect on the risk management disclosure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The purpose of this study is to find out how much Return On Investment (ROI) is to assess the financial performance of PT Mitra Investindo, Tbk. This type of quantitative descriptive research uses secondary data. Data collection techniques are documentation and literature study. Research population for 22 years from the start of listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 1997-2019. Then a sample of 10 years from 2010-2019 with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used statistical analysis with a one-sample t-test. The results showed that the Return On Investment (ROI) to assess the financial performance of      PT Mitra Investindo, Tbk was in a bad condition because it was less than 30% of the expected.

Abstract : Companies need funds in order to carry out operations such as the financing of production activities, pay employees, pay other expenses related to the operation of the company. One way to obtain these funds is to attract investors to invest in companies in the form of stock, but in making this investment is certainly not easy for investors, because investors need consideration beforehand to find out how the company's performance. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of operating cash flow to stock return through stock price at companies listed on the Stock Exchange Year 2012-2015. The data used in this study dala are secondary data from the financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012 - 2015. The data are in the form of financial statements can be obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD), the IDX website www.idx.co. id as well as from various other sources to support this research. The population in this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange the period 2012 - 2015. The samples taken by the sampling technique used purposive sampling.From the test results and analysis of the data it can be concluded that operating cash flow directly and indirectly has no effect on stock returns through stock prices showed no significant results. Keywords :  Operating Cash Flow, Stock Price, Stocks Return

Abstract The problems that will be discussed in this journal are regarding the relationship between Profitability Ratios, Liquidity Ratios and Company Growth on Audit Delay. The research method used in this study uses secondary data. The population in this study is all Real Estate companies and the Property sub-sector registered on the BEI which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. The sampling method in this study is purposive sampling. The criteria for companies that are sampled are companies that publish audited financial statements for four consecutive years and use the rupiah currency, so that the total number of samples in this study is 165 data. The independent variables in this study are Profitability Ratios, Liquidity Ratios and Company Growth. The dependent variable in this study is audit delay. The data analysis technique used is the Logistics Regression Test with the use of Software Eviews 10. The results of the analysis show that profitability has no significant effect on going concern audit opinion. Meanwhile, company growth and liquidity have no effect on going concern audit opinion. This study aims to determine the effect of operating cash flow on sales at PT. Borwita Citra Prima Branch of Bima from 2015 to 2019. The type of data used is internal primary data in the form of financial report data at PT. Borwita Citra Prima. The sampling technique used purposive sampling for 5 years from 2015 to 2019. The data analysis technique used was simple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing (2-party t test ). The results of this study indicate that operating cash flow has no significant effect on sales, because the t value is smaller than the table t table (1.494 <3.182) with a significant value of 0.232 at PT. Borwita Citra Prima, Bima Branch. The magnitude of the effect of operating cash flow on sales is 42.7% and 57.3% is a component outside of research.

This study aims to determine the effect of the bankruptcy prediction of the Altman z-score model, auditor reputation and opinion shopping on going concern audit opinion in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. This research is a causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 25 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which were determined using purposive sampling technique. Observations in this study were carried out throughout the period 2015 to 2019 so that the number of observations was 125 data. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. While the data analysis method used in this research is panel data regression analysis with statistical data processing software, namely STATA. Based on the results obtained in this study, it can be seen that the prediction of bankruptcy based on the Altman z-score model has no significant effect on going concern audit opinion on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Auditor reputation is proven to have a negative and significant effect on going concern audit opinion on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. And opinion shopping is also proven to have a negative and significant effect on going concern audit opinion on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
