Pengaruh Display Produk Dan Promosi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen Pada Buku Terbitan Mizan (Studi Kasus Toko Buku Gunung Agung BSD)

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the product display and promotion partially on consumer purchasing decisions on books published by Mizan at Gunung Agung BSD Tangerang bookstore and to find out how much influence the product displays and promotions simultaneously on consumer purchasing decisions on books published by Mizan at the Gunung Agung BSD Tangerang bookstore. This research is causality with quantitative approach. The population in this study is Mizan's book customers at the Gunung Agung BSD bookstore Tangerang with convenience sampling technique obtained samples of 69 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in this study are: data quality tests including validity and reliability, the classic assumption test of normality, multicollinearity, heterocendatisity, regression analysis that is multiple regression, partial t, simultaneous F and coefficient of determination. The results of the study are as follows: (1) The results of first hypothesis that is no significant influence between product displays on consumer purchasing decisions, (2) The results of second hypothesis that is a positive and significant effect between promotions on decisions consumer purchases, and (3) The results of third hypothesis, namely product display and promotion together have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions.

Pengaruh Dewan Komisaris, Komisaris Independen, Dan DPS Terhadap Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Berdasarkan Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) Pada Bank Syariah Yang Ada Di Indonesia Tahun 2016 – 2018

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Dewan Komisaris, Komisaris Independen, Dan Dps Terhadap Corporate Social Responsibility Berdasarkan Islamic Social Reporting Pada Bank Syariah di Indonesia Tahun 2016 – 2018. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan perbankan syariah Indonesia tahun 2016-2018. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 10 perbankan syariah. Data yang digunakan diperoleh dari Laporan Keuangan per tahun perbankan syariah tahun 2016-2018. Teknis analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji statistik t, uji F, uji koefiisien determinasi, dan uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji autokorelasi, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel-variabel independen secara simultan (uji F) berpengaruh terhadap Corporate Social Responsibility, Komisaris Independen mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap CSR. Sedangkan Dewan Komisaris mempunyai pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap CSR.

Analisis Pelaksanaan Pelayanan Pendidikan Melalui Online Di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Pada SDIT Bina Cendikia, Depok

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pelayanan pendidikan melalui online di masa pandemic covid-19 yang tepat ditinjau dari segi Kekuatan, Kelemahan, Peluang dan Ancaman. Teknik Analisa data yang digunakan adalah Analisa SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats). Adapun yang dimaksud dengan analisis ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi lingkungan internal dan eksternal sekolah dalam meningkatkan pelaksanakan pelayanan pendidikan melalui online di masa pandemic covid-19 Analisis SWOT yang digunakan yakni pendekatan secara kualitatif penelitian kualitatif yang dipadukan dengan analisis deskriptif. Pendekatan kualitatif merupakan suatu analisis yang digunakan tanpa mempergunakan perhitungan angka-angka, melainkan berdasarkan penilaian atau pendapat serta dasar-dasar yang dapat menunjang dalam pengambilan keputusan yang bersifat subyektif. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini diantaranya observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang diperoleh dari kepala sekolah, guru, staff dan wali murid pada SDIT Bina Cendekia - Depok. Analisis pelaksanaan pelayanan pendidikan melalui online di masa pandemic covid-19 yang tepat bagi SDIT Bina Cendekia adalah meningkatkan standar pelayanan program pembelajaran melalui online di masa pandemic covid - 19, standar pelayanan manajemen melalui online di masa pandemic covid - 19, standar pelayanan sarana dan prasarana melalui online di masa pandemic covid - 19. Hal ini akan, berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan jumlah peserta didik pada tahun ajaran baru.

Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Motivasi Terhadap Burnout Pada PT. Indaco Warna Dunia (Regional Sales Purwokerto)

The purpose of this research is to find out whether leadership and motivation styles affect the burnout of employees. From the theoretical exposure then it can be formulated hypothesized that there is a leadership style influence against burnout, and there is a motivation influence against burnout in employees. The population in this study is all employees at PT. Indaco Warna Dunia (Regional Sales Purwokerto). Sampling techniques used are purposive sampling. Research data uses primary data in the form of questionnaires using 50 respondents. The results of this study showed that the leadership style influenced the desire of burnout. The better the leadership style of a company then the lower the employee will be against the burnout. Motivation also has a negative influence on burnout.

Pengaruh Global Investment Climate Change Dan Inflasi Terhadap Nilai IHSG Indonesia 2016-2019

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Indeks Dow Jones dan Inflasi yang diproksikan dengan Indeks Harga Konsumen terhadap indeks harga saham gabungan di bursa efek indonesia. Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) berfungsi sebagai indikator trend pasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh dengan menggunakan data akhir bulan dari setiap variabel selama empat tahun berturut-turut dari tahun 2016-2019. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa Indeks Dow Jones berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap IHSG dan Indeks Harga Konsumen tidak berpengaruh terhadap IHSGterhadap IHSG.

Pengaruh Karakteristik Perusahaan Terhadap Environmental Disclosure dalam Laporan Tahunan (Studi Pada Perusahaan Non Jasa yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia)

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, pencatatan saham dan kinerja lingkungan yang diukur dengan peringkat lingkungan perusahaan yang diberikan oleh Bapedal melalui program PROPER terhadap pengungkapan lingkungan. Hipotesisnya adalah bahwa ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, pencatatan saham, dan kinerja lingkungan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengungkapan lingkungan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kasus pada perusahaan non keuangan yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data tersebut merupakan data sekunder. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan sampel penelitian 66 dari 162 perusahaan non keuangan yang terdaftar. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja lingkungan mempunyai pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap pengungkapan lingkungan, tetapi ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, dan pencatatan saham gagal menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan.

Analisis Pengaruh Arus Kas Operasi Terhadap Penjualan Pada PT. Borwita Citra Prima Cabang Bima

This study aims to determine the effect of operating cash flow on sales at PT. Borwita Citra Prima Branch of Bima from 2015 to 2019. The type of data used is internal primary data in the form of financial report data at PT. Borwita Citra Prima. The sampling technique used purposive sampling for 5 years from 2015 to 2019. The data analysis technique used was simple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing (2-party t test ). The results of this study indicate that operating cash flow has no significant effect on sales, because the t value is smaller than the table t table (1.494 <3.182) with a significant value of 0.232 at PT. Borwita Citra Prima, Bima Branch. The magnitude of the effect of operating cash flow on sales is 42.7% and 57.3% is a component outside of research.

Analisis Kebijakan Penyertaan Modal Pemerintah Daerah Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum Pancuran Telago Kabupaten Bungo

This study aims to determine how much the equity participation of the Local Government in Telago Pancuran Water Supply Company and to determine the impact of the local goverment capital participation on the performance of the Telago Pancuran Water Supply Company. The object of research is the Telago Pancuran Water Supply Company, with a research period of five years, namely 2015 to 2019. The data collection technique uses observation, interview and documentation methods. The data analysis technique in this research uses quantitative methods using financial performance formulas, Return on Equity, operating ratios, cash ratios and billing effectiveness. The results of this study indicate that the amount of equity participation of the local Government to the Telago Pancuran Water Company continues to increase until 2016, for 2017 to 2019 it has decreased. Meanwhile, the impact of equity participation on company performance can be seen in the Return on Equity ratio, operating ratio, cash ratio for collection effectiveness.

Efektivitas Penggunaan Input Dalam Usaha Tani Bawang Merah Di Kecamatan Baraka Kabupaten Enrekang

The working pattern of shallot farmers in Enrekang Regency still adheres to the old model of production principles, were to increase production is accompanied by adding the inputs. In fact, in the dimension of the Cobb-Douglas production theory, the addition of inputs is not always necessary in line with the increase of production output. Therefore, this study aims to see the effectiveness of inputs in shallots farming in Enrekang Regency. The input variables used in this study include the area of land, capital, labor, and technology that are optimized and correlated with the production of shallots. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression by adopting the Cobb-Douglas production theory. The results of the analysis found that the use of inputs is reaching the condition of decreasing return to scale in shallots farming.

Pengaruh Islamic Corporate Governance Terhadap Tax Avoidance Pada Bank Umum Syariah Di Indonesia

This research aimed to examine wether Islamic Corporate Governance proxied by the Sharia Supervisory Board, audit committee, proportion board of commissioners, profitabilitas and company size is able to minimize the tax avoidance of Islamic Banks in Indonesia. The sample of Islamic banks was used 11 Islamic Commercial Banks in the period 2015-2019. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method. Multiple regression analysis is employed to test the hypotheses The results of this study show that sharia supervisory board, audit committee and proportion board of commissioner have a negative affect on tax avoidance, while profitability and company size have a possitive affect on tax avoidance.
