The environments where the build to focus the warehouse to maintain all the business aspects are satisfied and the quality are obtained on the functionalities are acting up to the users mark. The objective of this paper is to evaluate and initiate a mechanism to evaluate automation tools effectively, at the moment. There are various systems built and even if they are platform independent and also if existing with additional features they are having many demerits that don't satisfy the end user. An important contribution of this paper is the development of the metric suite that facilitates assessment and selection of a desired testing tool for automated testing and in relation to the environment for the software is developed. At the software industry it is a high value for project management team selecting the tools that may satisfy the requirement satisfactions highlighted by the end user to be satisfied to maintain the business mix.

Dynamic symbolic execution is a promising approach for software analyzing and testing. However, it fails to scale to large programs due to the exponential number of paths to be explored. This paper focus on tackling loop caused path explosion problems and proposes a new approach to reduce paths that produce the same effects. We present a loop transparency strategy that makes use of the decision graph of under test program to discard constraints that produce paths with only a different number of iterations. A dynamic software testing tool LTDse based on loop transparency is designed and evaluated on three benchmarks. The experimental results show that our approach is effective since it can achieve better code coverage or require fewer program executions than traditional strategies.

<span>Software testing is considered to be one of the most important processes in software development for it verifies if the system meets the user requirements and specification. Manual testing and automated testing are two ways of conducting software testing. Automated testing gives software testers the ease to automate the process of software testing thus considered more effective when time, cost and usability are concerned. There are a wide variety of automated testing tools available, either open source or commercial. This paper provides a comparative review of features of open source and commercial testing tools that may help users to select the appropriate software testing tool based on their requirements.</span>

The main purpose of this article is to demonstrate the methodology of empirical research to evaluate the degree of awareness and implementation of benchmarking by Bulgarian manufacturing companies. To achieve this goal, the authors have set the following tasks: First to identify the companies that fall into the target group. Second, to collect primary data through a survey of the management of the companies included in the target group. Third, to conduct a semi-structured interview with management team representatives in order to gather expert opinions. The method of partial statistical survey of a general population was used by studying a representative sample formed with the help of non-repetitive selection of units. The results of the survey will be the basis for a new approach in the development of company strategies based on benchmarking analysis.

The aim of this article is to offer a new approach of perception regarding the position of a distant object. It is also a tribute to John Stewart who accompanied the first stages of this research. Having already examined the difficulties surrounding questions of the perception of exteriority within the framework of enactive approaches, we will proceed in two stages. The first stage will consist of an attempt to explain distal perception in terms of individual sensorimotor invariants. This poses the problem but fails to solve it. The second stage will propose a new pathway to account for spatial perception; a pathway that does not deny the initial intuitions of the autopoietic enactive approaches, but one which radically changes the conception of cognition by considering, from the perceptual stage, the need to take into account interindividual interactions. The protocol of an original experimental study will characterize this new approach considering the perceptual experience of objects at a distance, in exteriority, in a space of possibilities without parting from the domain of interaction. To do this, we have to work at the limits of the perceptual crossing, that is, at the moment when the perceptual reciprocity between different subjects begins to disappear.

Energy efficiency of systems of water pumping is a complex problem since efficiency of two distinct interacting systems needs to be combined: water and power supply. This paper introduces a non-intrusive method of calculating the so-called “collective losses” of a cage induction motor. The term “collective losses”, which the authors define, allows for accurate estimation of motor efficiency. Control system of a pump determines operating point of a pumping station, and thus its efficiency. General estimated performance characteristics of a motor, components of a control system, are assumed to serve selection of a range of pumping speed variations. Rotational speed has a direct effect on motor load torque, pump power and head, and thus on motor performance. Hellwig’s statistical method was used to specify characteristics of estimated collective losses on the basis of experimental studies of 21 motors rated at up to 2.2 kW. The results of simulations and experiments are used to verify validity and efficiency of the suggested method. The method is non-intrusive, simple to use, and requires minimum data.

Exploring and exploiting variety by environment (V × E) interaction is one of the major challenges facing plant breeders. In paper I of this series, we presented an approach to modelling V × E interaction in the analysis of complex multi-environment trials using factor analytic models. In this paper, we develop a range of statistical tools which explore V × E interaction in this context. These tools include graphical displays such as heat-maps of genetic correlation matrices as well as so-called E-scaled uniplots that are a more informative alternative to the classical biplot for large plant breeding multi-environment trials. We also present a new approach to prediction for multi-environment trials that include pedigree information. This approach allows meaningful selection indices to be formed either for potential new varieties or potential parents.

Abstract Probabilistic optimization using the moment matching method and the simulation optimization method are discussed and compared to conventional deterministic optimization. A new approach based on successively approximating probability density functions, using recursive quadratic programming for the optimization process, is described. This approach incorporates the speed and robustness of analytical probability density functions and improves accuracy by considering simulation results. Theoretical considerations and an example problem illustrate the features of the approach. The paper closes with a discussion of an objective function formulation which includes the expected cost of design constraint failure.
