The eHealthMonitor: a survey on the use of eHealth in health care professionals and patients The idea behind eHealth is to manage patient records more efficiently and to communicate more easily with other health care providers or patients. However, the implementation of eHealth has not always gone smoothly, leading to dissatisfaction of the health care providers, who should use the applications. Therefore, it is important to monitor the use, satisfaction and attitudes of health care providers towards eHealth applications and the digitisation of health care. To this end, the eHealthMonitor was established. This article discusses the results of the first eHealthMonitor, which focused on 5 target groups of health care providers (general practitioners, specialists, pharmacists, nurses and caretakers) and patients. Each target group was invited to complete a specific online survey from October until December 2019. A total of 9.428 respondents were reached.

Game-based learning is an exciting and interactive tool used by many teachers across the globe. This research aims to check whether any significant change is found in the learning of the student before and after introducing game-based learning in classroom teaching. MBA students were identified as the target group for this research. The production dice game was used for this experiment. The teacher engaged the first session traditionally and later with the production dice game. Student learning was captured through a Google form before and after the game. The Google form had questions ranging from understanding to analyzing to application-level to capture exactly the effectiveness of game-based learning, Paired sample t-test was applied to check the before and after test results, and it was found that there was a significant change in the learning among the identified target group. Through this study, the authors conclude that game-based learning provides better results in student learning as compared to regular classroom teaching.

AbstractAs global travel emerges from the pandemic, pent up interest in travel will lead to consumers making their choice between global destinations. Instagram is a key source of destination inspiration. DMO marketing success on this channel relies on projecting a destination image that resonates with this target group. However, usual text-based marketing intelligence on this channel does not work as content is consumed first and foremost as a visual projection. The author has built a deep learning based visual classifier for destination image measurement from photos. In this paper, we compare projected and perceived destination images in Instagram photography for four of the most Instagrammed destinations worldwide. We find that whereas the projected destination image aligns well to the perceived image, there are specific aspects of the destinations that are of more interest to Instagrammers than reflected in the current destination marketing.

Housing practitioners and policy experts are advocating for an expansion in rental housing supply in contemporary cities around the world. The objective is to convince institutional investors to include rental housing investment in their investment portfolio to contribute to boosting housing supply. Unfortunately, the rental sector is characterized by numerous uncertainties and challenges, making it unattractive to institutional investors. With the growing attention to institutional investors in various housing market contexts, an understanding of the market risks (also known as barriers), is useful to inform future research and policymaking. Using a systematic literature review methodology, this paper synthesizes the extant literature on the market risks inhibiting institutional investment in rental housing. Findings reveal the following barriers: low profitability, non-progressive rent control policies, unclear target group for rented projects, poor landlord-tenant relations, inadequate property management and unreliable property market information. Among all the barriers identified, low profitability and inadequate property management had great influence on their investment decision. Firstly, institutional investors perceive rental housing investment as less profitable and unattractive in terms of project performance. Secondly, the lack of supporting structures for the property management sector contributes to derailing rental yields. The review also finds that the target group for rental projects are often vague especially for projects under government assistance. The rental sectors in many countries are confronted with numerous problems, some of which greatly inhibit institutional investors from investing in the rental asset. This paper concludes that, although the idea of expanding rental housing supply seems laudable, ignoring these problems may be detrimental to housing markets in the long run. Rental markets in many countries are volatile, and thus not ready to receive institutional investors fully into the sector. An expanded rental sector could be advanced if policy makers take the appropriate steps to resolve the identified challenges. Adequate structural preparations must also be made for large scale rental housing supply.

The employment opportunity policy for persons with disabilities is a policy established by the Government which aims to provide employment opportunities and create employment opportunities for persons with disabilities in order to create equal employment rights between persons with disabilities and normal society so that discrimination against persons with disabilities is eliminated. This study aims to look at the implementation of employment opportunities policies for persons with disabilities in Pekanbaru City and the factors that influence the implementation of these policies. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. This study uses the theory of policy implementation according to Merilee S. Grindle which consists of two indicators that affect the performance of public policy implementation, namely indicators of policy content which include the interests of the target group, types of benefits, degree of desired change, location of decision making, program implementers, resources involved, and indicators of the implementation environment consisting of the powers, interests, and strategies of the actors involved; characteristics of institutions and authorities; compliance and responsiveness. The results of this study are the finding of deficiencies that must be considered to be improved, namely in the aspect of implementing responsiveness (lack of socialization) so that policy implementation has not run optimally in Pekanbaru City. Researchers also found several factors that influence the implementation of this policy in Pekanbaru City, namely the objectives of the policy, human resources, economic conditions, as well as the response and participation of the target group.

The aim of this work is to create a guide for the selection and planning of an agri-photovoltaic mounting system. The mounting systems available on the market were analyzed and those that can be used in agri-photovoltaics were selected. Since there are many mounting systems on the market and there are hardly any technical differences between them, four systems were selected and described in this work. The systems are those that almost every manufacturer offers in a modified form. Three of the four systems are produced by the same manufacturer "ZIMMERMANN PV-Stahlbau GmbH & Co. KG", while the remaining system is produced by the manufacturer "Next2Sun GmbH". Through this collected knowledge about mounting systems, it was possible to create a questionnaire, which was then sent to farmers. The online questionnaire was sent via e-mail to the desired target group throughout Austria. It was sent to as many farmers as possible in order to obtain a large database. The data resulting from the questionnaire made it possible to create a guideline to support technicians in the planning of new Agri-PV systems.

Evidence is lacking on how to manage imminent suicidality in adolescents with self-harm. Brief Admission by Self-referral (BA) is a crisis-management intervention, developed for adults with self-harm at risk for suicide. Structured, individualized and based on responsible autonomy, BA aims to provide a respite while minimizing negative effects of hospitalization. This qualitative interview study illuminates adolescents’ experiences of BA, adapted for this target group. Nineteen adolescents aged 14 to 19 years, described BA as helpful for timely rest and recovery to save themselves from impulses to self-harm. The individual contract, which is a prerequisite for access to BA, was perceived to give access to professional support in a safe environment, also among adolescents not using their contract. Being trusted with responsibility to self-admit was also hard work with struggles of self-doubt. Challenges included experiencing distrust from staff and fear of not being able to abstain from self-harm, which BA is conditioned upon. However, this condition was also perceived to induce self-motivation and growth. BA appeared well-adapted to the target group, fulfilling needs of predictability, autonomy, and opportunity for recovery to prevent self-harm. Suggestions for improvement included continually informing staff about important features of BA. To further evaluate benefits and challenges of BA, future research may evaluate clinical and health-economic outcomes and perspectives from parents and caregivers.

Companies are confronted with increasingly demanding environments, including globalization, technologization, intergenerationality, and crises such as the coronavirus pandemic. To accept uncertainties as a challenge and to recognize opportunities for development, well-educated and resilient founders are needed who can foster innovation and sustainable development within society and the economy. The majority of today’s entrepreneurs have an academic background. Hence, institutions for higher education need to provide comprehensive educational offerings and support initiatives to train and sensitize future entrepreneurs. Therefore, since 2013, agile teaching formats have been developed in our project at a Bavarian university of applied sciences. In two stages, we founded a limited company for hands-on experimentation with entrepreneurship and also conceptualized an elective course and an annual founders’ night. Based on a theoretical model and continuous teaching evaluations, we adjusted the individual modules to suit the target group. The objective is to promote the acquisition of key competencies and exert a positive influence on the startup quotient in the region. There are six startups by students who can be traced back to our project. This indicates that a target-group-oriented educational program encourages motivation and awareness of entrepreneurial thinking and action among students.
