This study aims to (1) determine the effect of zakat funds on the economic empowerment of MSMEs actors after the Sunda Strait Tsunami disaster. (2) to determine the effect of Business Development Service (BDS) on the economic empowerment of MSMEs actors after the Sunda Strait Tsunami disaster. (3) determine the effectiveness of zakat funds and Business Development Service (BDS) for the economic empowerment of MSMEs actors after the Sunda Strait Tsunami disaster. The method used in this research is quantitative method. All of the data in this study are primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 11 Sumur sub-district MSMEs who receive zakat funds and business development services (BDS) from the Harapan Dhuafa Amil Zakat Institute. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. All data were tested using SPSS v.19 software. The results of this study indicate, (1) Zakat funds partially have a significant effect on the economic empowerment of MSMEs actors after the Sunda Strait Tsunami disaster, because the t value of the variable capital assistance is greater than the t table value (9,476> 1,894) and the significance value is smaller than the alpha value (0.000 <0.05). (2) Business Development Service (BDS) partially has a significant effect on the economic empowerment of MSMEs actors after the Sunda Strait Tsunami disaster, because because the t value of the BDS variable is greater than the t table value (10,086> 1,894) and the significance value is smaller than the alpha value. (0.000 <0.05). (3). Zakat funds and Business Development Service (BDS) for the economic empowerment of MSMEs actors after the Sunda Strait Tsunami disaster.

The problem in this study is whether there is an influence of leadership and work discipline on the employees’ performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City. This research includes associative research. The sample in this study were 88 respondents, with propotionate random sampling analysis technique. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Data collection method through questionnare. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (Simultaneoys) and t test (partial) and determination coeffiecient. The results show that there is influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City.

The purpose of this research was to obtain empirical evidence on the influence of audit experience, knowledge of detecting errors, independence and audit tenure on audit judgment. This research was conducted at Public Accountant Office in Bali area and registered in IAPI year 2017 with primary data collection method that is questioner. The number of samples analyzed by 44 respondents, and using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The final result of the research states that the higher the audit experience the more accurate audit judgment. Increasing the knowledge detecting errors an auditer so audit judgment is more accurate. The higher the independence of an auditor the audit judgment is more accurate. The more audit tenure an auditer the audit judgment more accurate.

This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the influence of unemployment and inflation for poverty. The type of data used in this study is primary data with quantitative research method using multiple linear regression analysis technique and test hypotheses processed with Eviews 10. The result of data analysis showed that unemployment and inflation has a significant impact on the poverty. Seen from coefficient of determination that unemployment and inflation for poverty affect 63.95%, while the remaining 36.05% influenced by the others thay not included in this research.

This research was conducted on regular afternoon students in the accounting department of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University. This study uses primary data collected using a questionnaire as an instrument for collecting data distributed to respondents. The respondents of this study were regular afternoon students of the 2015 accounting department of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University. The number of samples obtained was 65 samples. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the variables of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and learning behavior have positive and statistically significant effects on the understanding of accounting. This means that the better the intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and learning behavior, the better the understanding of accounting. This study aims to examine the effect of self-efficacy, competence, and compensation on the performance of financial management employees with motivation as moderating. The population in this study were all financial management employees at Udayana University in 2019. The study sample was determined by the nonprobability sampling method which obtained a total sample of 92 people. This study uses primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used in the study was multiple linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of self-efficacy, competence, and compensation had a positive effect on the performance of financial management employees. Motivation does not moderate the effect of self-efficacy and competence on the performance of financial management employees. Motivation strengthens the effect of compensation on the performance of financial management employees.

This study aims to determine the effect of collateral flexibility, quality of service, and  sharia compliance on intention of filing of mudharabah financing at BMT Nurul Jannah Gresik. This study used quantitative method and sample used is some community members who reside around BMT Nurul Jannah Gresik. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Results showed that variable of collateral flexibility, quality of service, and sharia compliance both simultaneously and partially has significant effect on intention of filing of mudharabah financing at BMT Nurul Jannah Gresik. Percentage of contributions of the three variables on the intention of filing of mudharabah financing amounted to 62% and the balance of 38% influenced by other factors which is not included in this study.

This study aims to determine whether emotional intelligence partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. Does work discipline partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. Does emotional intelligence affect employee performance through organizational commitment to PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. This study uses the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, determination test and path analysis test. The population in this study were all employees of PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia, and a sample of 60 respondents. Taking primary data using a questionnaire. The results showed that emotional intelligence partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk. The data used in this study are primary data with data collection methods, namely through questionnaires. The sample in this study were 60 employees at PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk. The analysis technique in this research is through Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the analysis prove that organizational culture and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk. Organizational culture and organizational commitment partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. This study revealed the effect of compensation on the performance of nagari apparatus in the management of nagari finance in Kecamatan Salimpaung, Tanah Datar District. This study used associative quantitative method. The population in this study is all nagari apparatus in Kecamatan Salimpaung as many as 42 people consisting of nagari secretary, nagari treasurer, and staffs. The sample of this study consisted of 38 respondents determined by multistage random sampling technique and used slovin formula. The data of this study were collected through questionnaire and analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this study indicated that compensation simultaneously had a significant effect on the performance of nagari apparatus in the management of nagari finance in Kecamatan Salimpaung. Partially, finansial compensation had a significant influence on the performance of nagari apparatus in nagari finansial management; while non-finansial compensation had no significant effect on the performance of the nagari apparatus in the management of nagari finance in Kecamatan Salimpaung.
