This study aims to determine whether emotional intelligence partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. Does work discipline partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. Does emotional intelligence affect employee performance through organizational commitment to PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. Does work discipline affect employee performance through organizational commitment to PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. The data analysis technique used is the associative method with the help of the SPSS version 16.0 program. This study uses the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, determination test and path analysis test. The population in this study were all employees of PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia, and a sample of 60 respondents. Taking primary data using a questionnaire. The results showed that emotional intelligence partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. Does work discipline partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. Does emotional intelligence affect employee performance through organizational commitment to PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk. The data used in this study are primary data with data collection methods, namely through questionnaires. The sample in this study were 60 employees at PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk. The analysis technique in this research is through Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the analysis prove that organizational culture and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk. Organizational culture and organizational commitment partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the influence of unemployment and inflation for poverty. The type of data used in this study is primary data with quantitative research method using multiple linear regression analysis technique and test hypotheses processed with Eviews 10. The result of data analysis showed that unemployment and inflation has a significant impact on the poverty. Seen from coefficient of determination that unemployment and inflation for poverty affect 63.95%, while the remaining 36.05% influenced by the others thay not included in this research.

This research was conducted on regular afternoon students in the accounting department of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University. This study uses primary data collected using a questionnaire as an instrument for collecting data distributed to respondents. The respondents of this study were regular afternoon students of the 2015 accounting department of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University. The number of samples obtained was 65 samples. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the variables of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and learning behavior have positive and statistically significant effects on the understanding of accounting. This means that the better the intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and learning behavior, the better the understanding of accounting. This study aims to determine the effect of Spiritual Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, and Person Organization-Fit on Organizational Commitment to the Sempor Logarithmic Integrated MI teachers either partially or simultaneously. The sample data taken in this study were the MI Integrated Logarithmic Semporyang teachers totaling 35 people as respondents. The instrument or data collection tool in this study was to use a questionnaire. The data analysis tool used in this study is the multiple linear regression analysis. The data analysis techniques used include qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis consisting of validity tests, reliability tests, t-tests, F tests, multiple linear regression analysis (Likert scale). Data were analyzed with the help of the SPSS Release 22 for Windows program. The results of the first study showed that Spiritual Leadership partially had a significant effect on Organizational Commitment, Emotional Intelligence partially had a significant effect on Organizational Commitment, and Person Organization-Fit partially had no significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Spiritual Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Person Organization-Fit simultaneously have a significant influence on Organizational Commitment

The background of the research is the importance of e-procurement application and employee competency toward employee performance. Basically, there are some factors or variables that can affect employee performance (Y). However, There are two factors or variables that will be discussed in this research such as w-Procurement (X1) application and employee competency (X2). the aim of this research was to explain and analyze the effect of e-procurement application and employee competency toward employee performance simultaneously and partially. The type of research used in this research was explanatory research with qualitative approach. Respondents in this research were employees of LPSE and ULP Surabaya Governmenr. Research Instrument test as followed: Normality test, Linearity Test, Multicollinearity test and Heteroscedacity test. Data analysis technique as followed: descriptive data analysis, Correlation Coefficient Analysis, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Simple Linear Regression Analysis, Determination Coefficient, and proof of hypothesis through F (simultaneous) and t (partial) Tests. The statistic result of the result showed that there was positive and significant effect between e-Procurement application and employee competency simultaneously and partially toward employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Culture and Organizational Commitment on the performance of employees of the Cooperative Office of State Logistics Agency. The population in this study were all employees of Public Employee Cooperatives totaling 133 people with the number of samples meeting the criteria of the sample amounting to 100 employees. Analysis technique to test the hopesis of research through Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the analysis prove that culture and commitment are important factors that can explain variations in employee performance. The implications and suggestions are explained in the article. This study entitled "The Effect of Compensation on Employee Achievement at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Rantau Prapat". The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of giving compensation to employee performance at PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Rantau Prapat. The data used in this study is primary data with the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population used is 48 employees at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Rantau Prapat, using a saturated sample of 48 respondents. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis with the regression equation Y = 10,271 + 693 + e. The results obtained in this study showed an R2 value of 59.8% and a t-test of 8.270 so it can be concluded that the provision of compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee achievement at PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Rantau Prapat, the remaining 40.2% is influenced by other factors.
