This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the influence of unemployment and inflation for poverty. The type of data used in this study is primary data with quantitative research method using multiple linear regression analysis technique and test hypotheses processed with Eviews 10. The result of data analysis showed that unemployment and inflation has a significant impact on the poverty. Seen from coefficient of determination that unemployment and inflation for poverty affect 63.95%, while the remaining 36.05% influenced by the others thay not included in this research.

This study aims to determine the effect of investment on employment in Central Java in 2009-2013. As it is known that investment plays an important role in the absorption of labor or can reduce unemployment. Thus with the increased investment hence the absorption of labor will also increase. The research method used in this research is quantitative research method. This research was conducted in Central Java. The test used is the instrument using the validity test. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test. The results of this study indicate that the increase can be explained by the regression equation is Y = 16595732.325 + 0.32 X. Where the constant is positive value of 16595732.325 indicates that if the investment variable is considered constant (0), then the value of labor absorption of 16595732,325 . Then the regression coefficient of the investment variable is 0.32, this means that if the investment is increased one unit, it will increase the labor absorption of 0.32.

This study aims to determine whether emotional intelligence partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. Does work discipline partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. Does emotional intelligence affect employee performance through organizational commitment to PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. Does work discipline affect employee performance through organizational commitment to PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. The data analysis technique used is the associative method with the help of the SPSS version 16.0 program. This study uses the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, determination test and path analysis test. The population in this study were all employees of PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia, and a sample of 60 respondents. Taking primary data using a questionnaire. The results showed that emotional intelligence partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. Auditor berwenang melakukan pemeriksaan untuk menguji kepatuhan pemenuhan kewajiban perpajakan Wajib Pajak dan untuk tujuan lain dalam rangka melaksanakan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan perpajakan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analisis. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Kantor Pajak yang ada di kota Makassar yaitu Kantor Wilayah DJP Sulawesi Selatan, Barat, Tenggara dan Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Madya Makassar. Penentuan sampel penelitian berdasarkan metode teknik sensus dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian merupakan data primer yang dikumpulkan dengan metode kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk hipotesis Pengetahuan, Pengalaman, dan Profesionalisme. Hasil penelitian dengan analisis regresi linier bergandamenunjukkan bahwa Pengetahuan dan Profesionalisme berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas audit dan Pengalaman tidak berpengaruh terhadap kualitas audit. The auditor has the authority to conduct audits to test compliance and tax obligations of tax payers and for other purposes in implementing the provisions of tax laws and regulations. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive analytic approach. The population in this research is a Tax Office located in Makassar City which is South, West, Southeast Sulawesi Regional Tax Office of Directorate General of Taxesand Makassar Medium Tax Office. The determination of the research sample was based on the census technique method with a total sample size of 60. Data analysis is using that used in this study is primary data which gathered with questionnaire method. The data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis for the Knowledge, Experience, and Profesionalism hypothesis. The results of the study with multiple linear regression analysis shows that Knowledge and Profesionalism have a positive effect on Audit Quality and Experience have no effect on Audit Quality.

This study aims to analyze the Determinant Consumption of Curly Red Chili in Households in Baturaja, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. This research is a quantitative research, using primary data obtained from April to August 2018. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, Research Results Shows when demand increases then prices also increase and vice versa. The price of substitution also affects when there is a decrease or increase in the substitution, the price of chili also experiences the same thing, while the number of families does not significantly affect the number of requests for dried chili.

This study discusses the influence of motivation and knowledge of Islamic banking products on the decision to become a customer of Bank Syariah Indonesia (Case Study of Ex Bank Syariah Mandiri Kcp Palembang Km 6). Descriptive quantitative research method, with a population of 3,612 customers and 97 samples. While the data collection technique using questionnaires and documentation and data analysis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained show that the motivation to avoid usury and knowledge of Islamic banking products simultaneously on the decision to become a customer has a positive and significant effect with the proportion of motivation to avoid usury (X1) and knowledge of Islamic banking products (X2) on the decision to become a customer (Y) of 75 ,2%. Meanwhile, for the partial test of the motivation to avoid usury and knowledge of Islamic banking products on the decision to become a customer, it is known that the motivation to avoid usury (X1) has a positive and significant effect. The second variable knowledge of Islamic banking products (X2) also has a positive and significant effect on the decision to become a customer (Y) at Bank Syariah Indonesia (Ex. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Palembang KM 6).

The problem in this study is whether there is an influence of leadership and work discipline on the employees’ performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City. This research includes associative research. The sample in this study were 88 respondents, with propotionate random sampling analysis technique. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Data collection method through questionnare. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (Simultaneoys) and t test (partial) and determination coeffiecient. The results show that there is influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City.

The purpose of this research was to obtain empirical evidence on the influence of audit experience, knowledge of detecting errors, independence and audit tenure on audit judgment. This research was conducted at Public Accountant Office in Bali area and registered in IAPI year 2017 with primary data collection method that is questioner. The number of samples analyzed by 44 respondents, and using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The final result of the research states that the higher the audit experience the more accurate audit judgment. Increasing the knowledge detecting errors an auditer so audit judgment is more accurate. The higher the independence of an auditor the audit judgment is more accurate. The more audit tenure an auditer the audit judgment more accurate.

<p>This research aims to find the effect of produck knowledge, brand image, brand ambassador against purchasing decisions top white coffie products in students of the faculy of economics and Islamic busines (FEBI) IAIN Kudus 2016-2017. Many factors motivate consumers to make purchasing decisions. Purchasing decisions are consumer behavior in deciding whether to buy a product or not. Usually consuimers will consider before going to decide on a purchase a product that will buy. This research uses quantitative research, the population in this study amounted to 1.091 Student. While the sample used 92 student. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that product knowledge has an effect on purchasing decisions. Brand image affects purchasing decisions and brand ambassador influences decision making. And together Product Knowledge, Brand Image, Brand Ambassador influence purchasing decisions.</p>

This study aims to analyze the effect of tax sanctions, tax socialization, tax system, and tax avoidance on the barriers to the tax collection. This research method was quantitative. The population in this study are all individual taxpayers who do free work in Jember Regency. By accidental sampling, the samples are fifty respondents of Individual Taxpayers who do free work. Data collection using a questionnaire, and the data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that tax sanctions, tax system, tax avoidance had a significant effect on the obstacles to tax collection, while tax socialization has no significant effect on barriers to tax collection. Since the tax socialization had no impact, fiscus should use the strategy to avoid the barriers of tax collection by using account representative assistance in active counseling to the taxpayer.

The purpose of this research is to obtain empirical evidence through data analysis of the influence of work culture, organizational commitment, and strandar operational procedures on employee work productivity at PT Kimia Farma Apotek Tbk (Persero) East Bandung Region. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verifikatif method with quantitative approach and using multiple linear regression analysis. Technique of collecting data that is used is by observation at 6 pharmacy chemical pharmacy of East Bandung area through questionnaires completed by interview. the esult of this study indicate that both partially and simultaneously between work culture, organizational commitment and standart operational process have a positive effect on employee work productivity. It means that the more work culture organizational commitment, and ordinary operational procedures, will make the work productivity of employees more and more tense. As well as the most dominant most affecting work productivity is comitment organization, meaning with high organizational commitment, automatically employees will work hard for the company, proud of the company and have good emission ties the company.
