Summary A programme of archaeological work was undertaken by Glasgow University Archaeological Research Division (GUARD) at West Flank Road, Drumchapel, in close proximity to the site of the prehistoric cemetery of Knappers. This paper considers the results of excavation of a range of negative features, including earlier Neolithic and Bronze Age pits and postholes. The earlier Neolithic features date to c. 3500–3000 BC and are interpreted as the partial remains of a subrectangular structure. The Bronze Age features may relate to ceremonial activities in the wider area. The significance of these remains is considered in relation to the site of Knappers and wider traditions during the fourth to second millennia BC.

According to the results of breast cancer data in the Republic of Uzbekistan in addition to the increase in morbidity and mortality from breast cancer among women the presence of age specific features among indigenous women in the direction of “rejuvenating” of the disease with all molecular-biological (phenotypic) subtypes of breast cancer were marked. Within the framework of age-related features the prevalence of the least favorable phenotypes of breast cancer was found among indigenous women: Her2/neu hyperexpressive and three times negative subtype of breast cancer. The data obtained made it possible to build a so-called population “portrait” of breast cancer on the territory of the Republic, which in turn would contribute to further improvement of cancer care for the female population of the country.

Aim. The aim of the study was to determine the presence of peculiarities of the age structure in patients with various surrogate molecular biological subtypes of breast cancer. Materials and research methods. This work analyzes the age-related characteristics of the occurrence of molecular biological subtypes in 499 patients with invasive breast cancer. All cases were divided into 5 molecular biological subtypes based on immunohistochemical studies of hormone receptors, Her2, Ki-67. The average age of the patients was 53.4±0.39 years, the predominant group was patients from 50 to 60 years (37.2% of the total). Research results. In patients under 40 years old, the triple negative subtype prevailed (44.8%). Luminal A subtype prevailed in the groups 51-60 years old (more than 41.4%) and over 60 years old (39.7%). Luminal B (Her2-) subtype was equally found in all age groups.

We analyzed 105 profile teleroentgenograms of the head of patients at the age of milk, replaceable and permanent bite with progenic closure of the dentition. On the basis of cranio-, gnato, and profilometric studies, the average angular and linear measurements of teleroentgenograms were calculated for each age group of patients, with which the average data of the age norm were compared. It was found that in the period of milk bite, dentoalveolar forms of progeny prevail. In a removable and especially permanent bite, there is a violation of the proportionality of the ratio of the upper and lower jaws and a sharp discrepancy between the length of the body and the height of the branches of the lower jaw, that is, the signs of progeny increase.

ObjectiveFamily-sexual disharmonies - are the frequent reasons of suicide behaviour. Design: Complex inspection of 62 patients, in the age from 18 years has been performed. In the anamnesis patients had suicide behaviour owing to family-sexual disharmonies.Results1.Age when suicide attempts have been accomplished. Middle age has made 31 ± 8,8 years; 20–29 years - 43% (27 person); 30-39 years - 39% (24 person). The other 11 person-were included into the age groups of 40–49, 50–59 years.2.The reasons of autoaggressive behaviour: Suicide attempts owing to divorce, ideas of matrimonial incorrectness - 52% (32 person).Owing to the unfair attitude from the nearest environment or a dissatisfaction with behaviour and personal qualities of significant another - 48% (30 person). Age features: For young age - unavailability of young spouses to home life, absence of tolerance and respect to each other. Average age group - a dissatisfaction with behaviour of the partner. The senior age group - somatic diseases, loneliness, loss of relatives 3. In 66% of cases (41 person) suicide had no in the anamnesis of mental diseases at relatives.ConclusionsThe primary goal at rendering the psychotherapeutic help - revealing and correction of non adaptive installations of the person. Formation of confidential and empathic attitudes in family. It has been confirmed correlation analysis between partners′ satisfaction attitudes, personal characteristics suicident. It is necessary to raise availability of the information on various aspects of sexual health, psychohygiene of intimate relations.

To date, CVD, in particular acute cerebrovascular accidents, have a clear tendency to increase. The existing domestic and especially foreign literature testifies to the established important medical and social problems of acute cerebral stroke in the society of humanity around the world. Stroke can develop at any age, but its frequency and prevalence increase with age. About 80% of strokes occur in people over 65, with age having a major impact on stroke outcomes.

Comparative study of embryo-fetal death in females fertilized by males with metabolic syndrome, induced in adult or juvenile age has shown that the offspring of adult rats did not have significant abnormalities in embrio- and fetogenesis. At the same time it has been revealed 4% postimplantation death of offspring in male rats with metabolic syndrome induced in the juvenile age. The pre-implantation loss in this group was 6 folds higher than in control. Accordingly, the total mortality of the offspring rose 2.4 times in comparison with control.
