To date, CVD, in particular acute cerebrovascular accidents, have a clear tendency to increase. The existing domestic and especially foreign literature testifies to the established important medical and social problems of acute cerebral stroke in the society of humanity around the world. Stroke can develop at any age, but its frequency and prevalence increase with age. About 80% of strokes occur in people over 65, with age having a major impact on stroke outcomes.

Cerebrovascular diseases remain one of the most pressing medical and social problems in many countries of the world, due to their high prevalence, severity of complications and mortality. In Uzbekistan, the number of patients with cerebral stroke is quite large -about 40-45 thousandcases of cerebral stroke are registered annually

In the article the authors note that since the 1970s, with the rise of the Islamic movement and the Islamic revolution in Iran, philosophers and political scientists started to talk about religious renaissance in many regions of the world. In addition, the point at issue is the growing role of religion in society, including European countries that have long ago gone through the process of secularization. The reasons for this phenomenon, regardless of its name, are diverse, but understandable: secular ideologies of the last century failed to explain the existing social problems and give them a rational alternative.

Abstract The ‘sharing economy’ epitomized by Airbnb and Uber has challenged business, labor, and regulatory institutions throughout the world. The arrival of Airbnb and Uber in Japan provided an opportunity for Prime Minister Abe’s administration to demonstrate its commitment to deregulation. Both platform companies garnered support from powerful governmental and industry actors who framed the sharing economy as a solution to various economic and social problems. However, they met resistance from actors elsewhere in government, the private sector, and civil society, who constructed competing frames. Unlike studies that compare national responses to the sharing economy, we contrast the different experiences and fates of Airbnb and Uber within a single country. Doing so highlights actors, framing processes, and within-country heterogeneity. The study reveals the limits of overly institutionalized understandings of Japanese political economy. It also contributes to current debates concerning Prime Minister Abe’s efforts at implementing deregulation during the 2010s.

Abstract Mobile devices and laptops are the main ICT tools to exchange information among people in the world. All the applications are designed by following a specific interaction style based either touchscreen or mouse and keyboard, which can be performed only with detailed movements of hands and fingers. Traditional interaction becomes difficult for elderly who have diseases limiting the hand motor skills, such as arthritis and brain stroke. The use of simple air gestures can be adopted as alternative interaction style to interact with smartphones, tablets and laptops. The aim of this research work is the development of an application that allows text writing using air gestures for people with limited hand motor skills. The application embeds several computer vision algorithms and convolutional neural networks software modules to detect and drawn alphanumeric characters and recognizing them using both mobile devices and laptops. The preliminary results obtained show that the approach is robust, and it can easily detect the alphanumeric characters written with the movement of the wrist.

The literature data is presented covering epidemiological significance of acute cerebrovascular accidents (CVA) in‑ cidence in patients with brachiocephalic arteries lesion. The role of atherosclerotic lesion of carotid arteries in the develop‑ ment of ischemic cerebral stroke is shown. The basic methods for diagnosis of carotid arteries lesion has been analyzed as well as their availability and informative value. A comparative analysis of modern methods for surgical treatment of athero‑ sclerotic lesion of carotid arteries such as carotid endarterectomy (classic and eversion), endovascular procedure has been done. The main advantages and disadvantages of these treatment methods, indications and contraindications for their use are described. The timing of cerebral revascularization in the acute and delayed periods of ischemic stroke was estimated. The role of bilateral lesion of the carotid territory is shown as well as approaches to the treatment strategy of such patients.

Various social problems that arise in social life, especially among adolescents who are influenced by the rapid development of technology from time to time, the world of adolescents is an easy target of the bad influence of this technology because they can easily get everything from their gadgets, starting from the open. the breadth of the world of friendship to easy access to negative content such as pornography, radicalism, which can then drag teenagers to promiscuity, drugs, brawl and so on. The lack of knowledge of orangutans in understanding and overcoming these problems makes them unable to direct their children to avoid various negative influences of association and technology. On the basis of the desire to share and provide solutions to this, this PKM is carried out with the aim of increasing understanding and knowledge of parents in overcoming and fortifying their children from the negative influence of socialization and technology by strengthening tauhid education in the family. Keywords: Teaching; Tawheed; Youth; Family<p
