AbstrakPerkembangan teknologi meningkat sangat pesat, penggunaan komputer dan sistem-sistemnya sudah menjadi kebutuhan yang utama dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja suatu perusahaan, tak terkecuali perusahaan asuransi mobil . Permintaan akan asuransi mobil yang semakin besar dikarenakan konsumen sudah jeli dalam memanajemen risikonya berdampak pada banyaknya transaksi yang terjadi pada perusahaan asuransi mobil sehingga menuntut para perusahaan untuk tetap menstabilkan keakuratan data. Maka dari itu diperlukan pengelolaan basis data yang diterapkan dalam sebuah aplikasi yang dirancang dengan sistem yang terkomputerisasi berbasis desktop yaitu Visual Basic 6.0 dan dengan pendekatan metode waterfall diharapkan dapat membantu mengoptimalkan pengolahan data yang selama ini masih dilakukan dengan cara konvensional. Fasilitias yang diberikan kepada para pengguna aplikasi ini dengan memberikan akses level terhadap para pengguna aplikasi yang memiliki tujuan dalam peningkatan profesionalisme kerja dan kerahasiaan data transaksi dalam perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Asuransi Mobil, Aplikasi Desktop, Waterfall AbstractThe development of technology is rapidly increasing, the use of a computer and its systems has become a major requirement in order to improve the performance of a company, not to mention the car insurance company. Demand for car insurance is greater because consumers are already cautious in managing the risks impacting on the number of transactions that occur on a car insurance company that requires the company to stay stabilize the accuracy of the data. Thus the necessary data bases implemented in an application that is designed with a computerized system based desktop is Visual Basic 6.0 and with waterfall method that can expected to help optimize the data processing which is still done in a conventional manner. Abstrak.  Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat algoritma dan pemrograman form Kartu Hasil Studi yang disesuaikan dengan format form Universitas Andalas. Program atau algoritma untuk pembuatan form dibuat dengan menggunakan Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. Data yang diinput adalah nama mahasiswa, universitas, semester, nomor buku pokok mahasiswa, fakultas, tahun, kode mata kuliah, satuan kredit semester, nilai, bobot, indeks prestasi kumulatif, bobot kumulatif, satuan kredit semester kumulatif, maksimal satuan kredit semester boleh diambil, jumlah satuan kredit semester, jumlah bobot, tanggal, nama dosen, nomor induk pegawai dosen yang sesuai dengan form Kartu Hasil Studi mahasiswa jurusan matematika Universitas Andalas. Dalam pembuatan algoritma form Kartu Hasil Studi tersebut, dibatasi pada data mahasiswa reguler 2014 dan data dosen jurusan matematika Universitas Andalas. Pada form dibuat menu utama seperti Pengolahan Data, Tampilan dan Programmer. Pada form ini tersedia beberapa menu pilihan yang berisi tentang menu proses berfungsi untuk mengisi data mahasiwa dan data dosen secara otomatis; menu hapus berfungsi untuk menghapus data-data yang telah kita input; menu print berfungsi untuk mencetak hasil dari data-data yang telah di input. In the manufacture of algorithms form the Study Result Card, limited to data the regular student 2014 and data lecturer of majoring in mathematics Andalas University. On the main menu form is created as Data Processing, Display and Programmer. In this form is available several menu options on the menu that contains the process serves to fill the data students and faculty the data automatically; menu delete function to delete the data that we have input; menu print function to print the results of the data that has been input. INTISARIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Aplikasi Optimasi Produksi Air Limbah Menggunakan Metode Fuzzy Sugeno Pada PD PAL Kota Banjarmasin menggunakan Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0.  Tahapan dilakukan dalam pembuatan Aplikasi Optimasi Produksi Air Limbah ini menggunakan beberapa tahap yaitu observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka. Pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan sebuah perancangan database Microsoft Accses untuk menyimpan semua data serta aplikasi menggunakan Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0.Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah program aplikasi desktop yang dapat mencatat data Aplikasi Optimasi Produksi Air Limbah Menggunakan Metode Fuzzy Sugeno  dan meningkatkan kinerja dalam pengoptimalan produksi air limbah serta memberikan alternatif baru fasilitas pelayanan pelanggan dalam pembayaran  dengan menggunakan komputer berbasis Visual Basic 6.0. Pengolahan data berupa data karyawan, pelanggan, biaya, pembayaran, dan hasil produksi. Kata Kunci : PD PAL Kota Banjarmasin, Optimasi Produksi, Fuzzy Sugeno. ABSTRACTThis study aims to develop the Application of Waste Water Production Optimization Using Fuzzy Sugeno Method in PD PAL Kota Banjarmasin using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. The stages are carried out in making the Application of Waste Water Production Optimization using several stages, namely observation, interview, literature study. Making this application uses a Microsoft Accses database design to store all data and applications using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0.The final result of this study is a desktop application program that can record data on Waste Water Production Optimization Applications Using the Fuzzy Sugeno Method and improve performance in optimizing waste water production and provide new alternative customer service facilities in payments using a Visual Basic 6.0-based computer. Abstract: Utilization of computer technology in data processing processing of Balai Pengelolaan Daerah Aliran Sungai in BPDAS Kota Padang still no. All still done manually so that in making the report requires precision and a long time. Therefore, the researcher builds a watershed management information system in BPDAS Kota Padang using Visual BasicNet 2012 programming language. By utilizing computerized system is expected to assist the processing of data management of watersheds in BPDAS Padang so that it can produce fast information , precise and accurate. Keywords: information system, data processing, Balai Pengelolaan Daerah Aliran Sungai Abstrak: Pemanfaatan teknologi komputer dalam proses pengolahan data balai pengelolaan daerah aliran sungai di BPDAS Kota Padang masih belum ada. Semua masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga dalam pembuatan laporan membutuhkan ketelitian dan waktu yang cukup lama. Oleh sebab itu, peneliti membangun suatu sistem informasi pengelolaan daerah aliran sungai di BPDAS Kota Padang dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic Net 2012. Dengan memanfaatkan sistem komputerisasi diharapkan dapat membantu proses pengolahan data pengelolaan daerah aliran sungai di BPDAS Kota Padang sehingga dapat menghasilkan informasi yang cepat, tepat dan akurat. MA. Al-Marzukiyah is an Islamic high school parallel to senior high school. In the process of payment contributions education development, middle exam and final exam, a lot of data involved where all the data still be constructed manually. The research duty end of this is to make a design of the program payment administration based visual basic to be applied to MA. Al-Marzukiyah as a means of data processing and change manual system to a computerized system, where an instrument used to design application named ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram), LRS (Logical Relation Diagram) and Flowchart. This application made by using several software that is Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 as software editor, Microsoft Access 2013 as a database and IcoFx 2 as symbol editor. Based program visual basic made this a strength in speed and the accuracy of in the process of data processing payment transaction, to simplify officers in data processing. This program also simplify performance in the process of reporting transaction data.

The author has conducted research at CV.BDR in order to know and departure information systemrental fleet in progress and further develop a system that is running in order to achieve a more optimallevel. In this study the author uses Visual Basic 6.0 programming language for programming. Fromthe data collected, then the writer uses the method of processing the results of laboratory research data computers. From the results of this study designed a rental application and departure of ships that can help job employees, where the data is done in the design of the development of the information generated from the old system and there is a way of working of the system itself by means of computeruse as a tool and replace the software that used in data processing. It is hoped that the authorsdesigned a new system could replace the old system in the form of a manual system, in order to achieve the level of effectiveness and higher efficiency. So that the design could be beneficial to CV.BDR inthe data processing to obtain rental information and a more accurate vessel departure and may assistin decision making.

To improve human resources especially in the field of education, SD Negeri 16 Bumi Ayu has some routines one of which is the processing of employee data is done every semesterThe purpose of this research is to create a Data Processing Information Systems Officer On 16 SDN Bumi Ayu Using Visual Basic 6.0 programming language, so as to assist in data processing at SDN 16 Bumi Ayu. Where the research was conducted at the State Elementary School 16 Bumi Ayu is located at Jalan Raya Bumi Ayu. The timing of this research was conducted on 26 February to dengn March 26, 2016. In this study, data were collected by using observation, interviews, and literature. From the results of this study show that the presence of Employee Data Processing Information Systems using the programming language Visual Basic 6.0, can, provide significant benefits for the school

The advancement of information technology especially in computerized systems is snowballing. It is also backed by a range of demands from industry/ companies that want to abandon the conventional way of conducting business operations to the use of information technology. MÈMORE is a company engaged in the decoration and crafts industry. The company is now using a computerized system in the form of Microsoft Excel software to monitor the company's income and expense and the company often maintains a separate report in a special book. However, this causes problems for these businesses as there is no more efficient method for data processing or for handling the income and expense. In order to solve the problems of the company, a computerized system of financial management is required that will be tailored to the problems and needs of the owner of the business in order to support the company's growth with reliable, managed, and safe financial data. The system can also differentiate its use between the owner and the employee. It is useful for ensuring the confidentiality and protection of company revenue and expenditure data.

Madrasah is an educational institution under the auspices of the Education Department which is moving in the field of school services. Madrasahs that are still manual in handling activities such as recording payment transactions and reporting, manual here in the sense that there is no system that is integrated between parts. Manual record-keeping and reporting are irrelevant or out of date with the fast-paced, precise and accurate progress of the times. Therefore the need for a transition from a manual system to a computerized system. The computerized system to be created should be tailored to the needs of the madrasah. In this research, the writer tries to build madrasah payment system with the database so that it becomes better payment system, effective and efficient and help solve problems faced by the institution in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Kandangan Office Kediri Regency related to the payment system (like reporting and print receipt). In this case, the database will be used is Access, While the programming using Visual Basic 6.0. In this study discussed the test of the program that has been made. It aims to determine the extent to which the exact execution of programs that have been made and did not rule out knowing weaknesses. So it can be concluded that the program created can run correctly and in accordance with what is expected. Whereas with the construction of this Madrasah Payment Application Sistem, problems in making payment data such as reporting and proof of payment (Receipt) can provide convenience for the officers. In the Simultaneous General Election in the Election of Regent, Deputy Regent, Legislative, President, Vice President as election organizer, namely the General Election Commission (KPU) of Purwakarta Regency. Assisted by the District Election Committee (PPK), the Voting Committee (PPS) formed by the Purwakarta Regency KPU to carry out the General Election at the sub-district level and at the village level. Updating voter data in managing Election Data at General Election organizers that do not yet have voter data managed into a database, especially at the sub-district, village / family level, so that the District Election Committee (PPK) has difficulty managing Voter Data. The method used in designing the information system for processing voter data based on the Desktop Application uses Visual basic 6.0, Crystal report 8.5 and DBMS MySQL, which has a real database for managing voter data that can provide appropriate information in the implementation of the General Election. The method used in this research is Waterfall.The purpose of this research is to build a system that can process desktop-based voter data management so as to produce a report on recapitulation of voter data per district, recapitulation of voter data based on Village and based on TPS, double data processing, and recapitulation of deletion data based on criteria.
