Good HR management is the key to the successful achievement of organizational goals. To increase employee morale there are also other factors that affect employee morale, namely motivation and work environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation, and work environment on employee morale of the Gianyar Regency Transportation Agency partially and simultaneously. The sample used was 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the research results it can be seen that: (1) leadership style has a significant positive effect on employee morale, (2) motivation has a significant positive effect on employee morale, (3) work environment has a significant positive effect on employee morale, and (4) simultaneously leadership style , motivation and work environment have a significant effect on employee morale

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect leadership style, motivation, and work environment for job satisfaction. The sampling method in this study use probability sampling. Sample in this research is 100 employee on PT. Niagamas Lestari Gemilang in Jakarta. Data collection technique is done by deviding quisioner. Data analysis technique used SmartPLS 3.0. The result of this study is leadership style, and work environment have significant positive effect on job satisfaction, and motivation have insignificant positive effect on job satisfaction. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasaan kerja. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah probabilitas sampel. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 karyawan PT. Niagamas Lesatari Gemilang yang berada di Jakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0. hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah gaya kepemimpinan, dan lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasaan kerja, dan motivasi mempunyai pengaruh postif yang tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.

The purpose of this study is to empirically test the deviations in the implementation of crediting procedures and the implementation of government policies affect the bad debts. The population in this research is credit customers of PT. BPR Prima Mulia Anugrah Padang Branch with Samples of 63 people using Slovin formula. Required data is obtained through questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is with Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result of the research shows that the irregularities in the implementation of crediting procedures has a significant positive effect on bad debts, the implementation of government policy has a significant positive effect on bad debts, the irregularities in the implementation of lending procedures and the implementation of government policies have a significant positive effect simultaneously on bad debts.

Morale for employees has a big impact on company productivity. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, work environment, and organizational culture on employee morale at BPR Angsa Sedanayoga in Batubulan Gianyar partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted at BPR Angsa Sedanayoga in Batubulan Gianyar. The number of samples was set at 41 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple regression. Based on the analysis, it was found that transformational leadership style, work environment, and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee morale at BPR Angsa Sedanayoga in Batubulan Gianyar partially and simultaneously. The suggestion in this research is that the management of BPR Angsa Sedanayoga pays more attention to employee morale in terms of transformational leadership style, work environment, and organizational culture.

The smartphone is a technology that develops rapidly from year to year. Several factors that can influence consumer purchasing decisions are brand image and promotion. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of brand image and promotion on purchasing decisions. The sample used in this study were 95 consumers of the Oppo brand smartphone at the Mobile Shop Outlet in Gianyar. The data analysis technique used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that: (1) brand image has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, (2) promotion has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, and (3) simultaneously brand image and promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Employees' feelings about their work reflect their attitudes and behavior at work. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Financial Compensation, Siteional Leadership Style and Non-Physical Work Environment on Job Satisfaction of Honorary Employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Denpasar City partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Denpasar City. The number of samples was set at 38 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that partially (1) financial compensation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, (2) Siteional leadership style has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, (3) the non-physical work environment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, and (4) Simultaneously financial compensation, Siteional Leadership Style and non-physical work environment have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Suggestions in this study are for the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Denpasar City to pay attention to employee job satisfaction from financial compensation factors, Siteional Leadership Style and non-physical work environment.

The purpose of this study was to describe the work environment, communication, work facilities, and morale at the Ponorogo Regency Land Office, to determine and analyze the influence of work environment, communication and work facilities on employee morale of the Ponorogo Regency Land Office. The population in this study were 93 employees of the Ponorogo Regency Land Office. The number of samples used in this study were 93 people. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the variables of communication, work facilities and morale in the Ponorogo Regency Land Office are in good categories, only work environment variables are in the good enough category. Work environment, communication and work facilities have a significant effect on the morale of employees of the Ponorogo Regency Land Office.

<p>The purpose of this research is to know about (1) the influence of work discipline on lecturers’ performance, (2) the influence of work environment on lecturers’ performance, (3) the influence of competence on lecturers’ performance and (4) the influence of work discipline, work environment and competence on lecturers’ performance. The population on this research is 140 lecturerss of Polytechnic Bumi Akpelni of Semarang. The data collecting method is questionnaire.<br />The trial of this instrument was conducted on 58 lecturers of study program Port and Shipping Manajemen, Deck Department and Engine Department of Polytechnic Bumi Akpelni of Semarang. The data analysis used was multiple regression analysis technique. Before analyzing the data, an analysis of the requirements for the test is held, including the Normality, Heterocedasticity and Autocorrelation tests. The results of this research are: (1) The results of the partial t test, the value of t arithmetic&gt; t table with a significance of 0.000 &lt;0.05, which shows that each variable level of work discipline, level of work environment and level of competence has a significant positive effect on lecturers’ performance. It means that the higher the level of work discipline, the level of work environment and the level of competence, the higher the performance of lecturers.<br />(2) The result on the simultaneous f test, a significance value of 0.000 &lt;0.05 is obtained. So, that it can be said that the level of work discipline, the level of work environment and the level of competence together have a significant influence on lecturers’ performance. (3) The results of the determination test obtained are 0.874. It means that the influence of the level of work discipline, the level of work environment and the level of competence on lecturers’ performance is 87.4% while the remaining 12.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The equation of multiple regression lines Y = 0.071 + 0.487X1 + 0.222X2 + 0.307X3</p><p><em><strong>Keywords: Work discipline, work environment, competence and of lecturers’ performance</strong></em></p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja dosen, (2) pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja dosen, (3) pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja dosen (4) pengaruh disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja dosen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Dosen Politeknik Bumi Akpelni Semarang dengan jumlah 140 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner. Uji coba instrumen ini dilakukan terhadap 58 dosen Politeknik Bumi Akpelni Semarang prodi KPN, Nautika dan Teknika, analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi ganda. Sebelum analisis data terlebih dahulu diadakan pengujian persyaratan analisis meliputi uji Normalitas, Heterokedastisitas dan Autokorelasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Berdasarkah hasil uji t parsial diperoleh nilai t hitung &gt; t tabel dengan signifikansi 0.000 &lt; 0.05, yang menunjukan bahwa masing-masing variabel tingkat disiplin kerja, tingkat lingkungan kerja dan tingkat kompetensi memberikan pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen artinya semakin tinggi tingkat disiplin kerja, tingkat lingkungan kerja dan tingkat kompetensi maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja dosen. Berdasarkan uji f simultan diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 &lt; 0.05, sehingga dapat dikatakan tingkat disiplin kerja, tingkat lingkungan kerja dan tingkat kompetensi bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen. (3) Berdasarkan hasil uji determinasi diperoleh hasil 0.874 yang artinya adalah pengaruh dari tingkat disiplin kerja, tingkat lingkungan kerja dan tingkat kompetensi terhadap kinerja dosen adalah sebesar 87.4% sedangkan 12.6% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh factor-faktor lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. :The purpose of this study was to determine whether awareness of taxpayers, firmness of sanctions, and services of Fiscus has a positive and significant impact on compliance of corporate taxpayers in South Makassar KPP both partially and simultaneously. Data obtained from 100 respondents registered as Corporate Taxpayers at the Makassar South Tax Office. Data collection is done through interviews, questionnaires and observations. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it can be seen that the awareness of taxpayers and Fiscus Services has a positive and significant effect while the firmness of sanctions is not a significant positive effect on corporate taxpayers compliance in South Makassar KPP

Members´ loyalty is a very important thing in the business of cooperatives, for the development and progress of cooperatives in the future. High members´ commitment and satisfaction in cooperatives greatly influence the attitude of members to use the products and services offered by cooperatives to make members more loyal. The study aims to determine the effect of a members´ commitment and satisfaction on the members´ loyalty. The population of this study was members of the KSP Dharma Dhita cooperative in Sanur, which numbered 172 people. The number of samples taken was 120 members, with a simple random sampling method. Data collectors are carried out through interviews, observation, literature, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research findings state that partially members´ commitment and satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the members´ loyalty of KSP Dharma Dhita cooperative in Sanur. Simultaneously members´ commitment and satisfaction have a significant positive effect on the members´ loyalty of KSP Dharma Dhita in Sanur. To increase member's loyalty, members need to be aware of themselves to have high commitment and satisfaction for cooperatives to create prosperity for cooperatives, cooperative members and society in general.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap semangat kerja pegawai kecamatan cabangbungin kabupaten bekasi. Sampel penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai baik PNS maupun Non PNS di Kecamatan Cabangbungin Kabupaten Bekasi yang berjumlah 30 orang,. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda menggunakan program SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif gaya kepemimpinan terhadap semangat kerja; ada pengaruh yang positif lingkungan kerja terhadap semangat kerja. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work environment on employee morale of the Bungin sub-district, Bekasi district. The research sample was all employees both PNS and Non-PNS in Cabangbungin District, Bekasi Regency, amounting to 30 people. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 22 program. The results show that there is a positive effect of leadership style on morale; there is a positive influence of work environment on morale.
