Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap semangat kerja pegawai kecamatan cabangbungin kabupaten bekasi. Sampel penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai baik PNS maupun Non PNS di Kecamatan Cabangbungin Kabupaten Bekasi yang berjumlah 30 orang,. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda menggunakan program SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif gaya kepemimpinan terhadap semangat kerja; ada pengaruh yang positif lingkungan kerja terhadap semangat kerja. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work environment on employee morale of the Bungin sub-district, Bekasi district. The research sample was all employees both PNS and Non-PNS in Cabangbungin District, Bekasi Regency, amounting to 30 people. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 22 program. The results show that there is a positive effect of leadership style on morale; there is a positive influence of work environment on morale.

Good HR management is the key to the successful achievement of organizational goals. To increase employee morale there are also other factors that affect employee morale, namely motivation and work environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation, and work environment on employee morale of the Gianyar Regency Transportation Agency partially and simultaneously. The sample used was 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the research results it can be seen that: (1) leadership style has a significant positive effect on employee morale, (2) motivation has a significant positive effect on employee morale, (3) work environment has a significant positive effect on employee morale, and (4) simultaneously leadership style , motivation and work environment have a significant effect on employee morale

This study was conducted to determine (1) the effect of physical work environment and internal communication on employee morale, (2) the effect of physical work environment on employee morale, (3) the effect of internal comunication on employee morale. This research is descriptive associative. The population in this study were employees of the Education Office of West Sumatra Province with 182 employees. The total sample is determined using the Slovin formula and cluster proportional random sampling. From this pattern, 125 employees were obtained as research samples. The technique used to analyze data is multiple regression analysis. Based on this study, it was found that (1) physical work environment and internal communication had a positive and significant effect on the morale of West Sumatra Provincial Education Office employees (2) physical work environment had a positive influence and significantly affected the morale of West Sumatra Provincial Education Office employees (3) internal communication had a positive effect and significant to the morale of employees of the Education Office of West Sumatra Province. Keyword: physical work environment, internal communication, employee work spirit

In this study aims to determine whether there is an influence between leadership style, work discipline and decentralization policy on managerial performance in regional work units (SKPD) in East Lombok. Using the Saturated Sample method, 30 SKPD were taken. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, performs the classic assumption test (prerequisite) which includes normality test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity test. After that also hypothesis testing using t-statistics to test the partial regression coefficient, and F-statistics to test the effect together with the level of 5% (0.05).Based on normality test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, all independent variables are free from disturbances and no variables deviate from the classical assumptions (Prerequisites). This shows that the available data fulfills the requirements to use multiple linear regression equation models. From the results of the analysis show that leadership style has a positive effect on managerial performance, decentralization policy has no effect on managerial performance, and work discipline has a positive effect on managerial performance.Keywords : leadership style, work discipline, decentralization policy and managerial performance

Abstrak: Pengaruh Komunikasi Organisasi dan Kompensasi Terhadap Semangat Kerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dan dampak komunikasi organisasi dan kompensasi terhadap semangat kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket (kuesioner). Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Vermindo Utama Semarang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap semangat kerja karyawan. Hal ini berarti dengan komunikasi yang intens permasalahan dalam perusahaan akan mudah terselesaikan. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap semangat kerja karyawan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi baik berupa finansial maupun fasilitas akan meningkatkan semangat kerja karyawan.Kata kunci: komunikasi organisasi, kompensasi, semangat kerja.Abstract: The influence of Organization Communication and Compensation on Employee Morale. This study aims to analyze the influence and impact of organizational communication and compensation on employee morale. This study uses a quantitative approach and employ a multiple linear regression approach to analyze the data. The data is taken from employees of PT. Vermindo Utama Semarang. The results show that organization communication has a positive effect on the employee morale. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi, pelatihan, dan lingkungan kerja pada kualitas kinerja pegawai. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan SPSS. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi liner berganda untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berpenaruh terhadap kualitas kinerja pegawai, sedangkan kompensasi, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh.Kata Kunci: pelatihan, lingkungan kerja, motivasi, kinerja pegawaiAbstractThis study aims to examine and analyze the effect of compensation, motivation, training, and work environment on the quality of employee performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation and work environment on employee morale at the CU Mandiri Tebing Tinggi Kopdit. Benefits of Research: Provide information material to the management of CU Mandiri Tebing Tinggi Kopdit about the effect of compensation and work environment on employee morale and For other researchers it can be used as a reference in conducting studies or research with the same subject matter as well as input for interested parties directly with this research. The number of samples was 96 respondents, the method of collecting data was through questionnaires and documentation, the variables studied were about the effect of compensation and work environment on employee morale at the Cooperative Unit of CU Mandiri Tebing Tinggi partially and simultaneously on work morale and data analysis methods with multiple regression. The results showed the linear regression equation: Linear regression equation: SK = 0.558 + 0.797Kom + 0.448LK., indicating the regression coefficient of the compensation variable (Kom) and work environment (LK), which was positive, meaning that all variables had a positive influence on work morale. The correlation coefficient (R) = 0.886, which means that the relationship between the compensation variable (Kom) and the work environment (LK) on work morale is very strong. The coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.785 means that the variable compensation (Kom) and work environment (LK) is able to explain 78.5% of work morale, while 21.5% is influenced by other factors. The calculated t value of the compensation variable = 6.871 and the work environment = 3.273 > t table which shows a significance number of 0.000 < 0.05, then the two variables have a partially significant effect on work morale. The calculated F value = 83.058 > F table with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that the compensation variable (Kom) and work environment (LK) have a significant effect simultaneously on work morale. Based on the conclusion above, it is better if the Cooperative of CU Mandiri Tebing Tinggi needs to increase the compensation provided and the work environment to encourage employee morale so as to create job satisfaction. , Judging from the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.785, it means that compensation and work environment variables are able to explain 78.5% of work spirit while 21.5% is influenced by other factors. Other factors that affect morale should be investigated from the internal and external environment.

This analysis is to know the influence of attitude, knowledge and skill on the performance of Victoria Hotel School alumni at the hotel. The method in this research is quantitative method using multiple linear regression as its analysis tool. a questionnaire was given to several HRD hotels to assess the 80 alumni of Victoria Hotel School who had worked. The result of this research attitude, Knowledge and skill influence simultaneously and partially to the performance at Hotel. for the influence of variable independent attitude, Knowledge and skill have percentage equal to 51,3% while the rest 48,7% influenced by other free variable like motivation, leadership style, work environment and job satisfaction .

This study aims to analyze the effect of work environment, motivation and discipline on the performance of PT. Astra Honda Motor. Research data from questionnaire and secondary data. The sampling method used was probability sampling. From a population of 70 people, 70 people become the sample. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. The result showed that  work environment and discipline has positive effect on the performance, while motivation has no effect on the performance.

The results of BPK's audits are used to assess financial governance carried out by the government. This study intends to examine the effect of work experience, independence and competence of auditors on audit quality at BPK RI representatives of the province of Bali. The data used to analyze the primary data is the result of filling in the questionnaire by respondents about the variables intended at BPK RI Bali Province Representative. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that work experience, independence and competence partially have a positive effect on audit quality on BPK RI Representatives of Bali Province. Nowadays the competition in the culinary world is growing rapidly, especially restaurants or restaurants, this phenomenon has only recently been booming, now we easily find everywhere, both large restaurants and simple houses (warungs). Therefore marketing is very important to support the success of a business. The purpose of this study is to find out the quality of the product, the atmosphere of the place and the quality of service to the purchasing decision at the Asih Jaya Babat restaurant. The method in this study is quantitative by distributing questionnaires to 67 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, partial t test and simultaneous f test. The results of this study indicate that the quality of products has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, the atmosphere of the place has a positive and significant effect, and the quality of service has a negative effect on purchasing decisions at the Asih Jaya Babat restaurant.
