Abstract.The study of the formation of adaptive competence of future pilots in the training process is relevant given the active integration of Ukrainian aviation into the world community, development of relations and increasing interoperability of Ukrainian military aviation with the NATO Air Forces, in accordance with the Military Doctrine of Ukraine and the Strategic defense bulletin, as well as the urgent need to use the rules of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), which cooperate with ICAO, when using the common airspace. Recently, civil and military aviation have been working closely together, and military pilots are increasingly involved in evacuating the population during emergencies abroad, multinational military exercises, etc. Pilots of civil and military aviation of Ukraine should adapt to the requirements of the new environment as soon as possible, and higher education institutions that train pilots should adjust the training process in accordance with the new requirements. The issue of adaptive competence in general and in particular, the adaptive competence of future pilots has not been sufficiently studied yet in the modern scientific literature and therefore needs further consideration. The article aims to define and characterize the basic concepts of formation of adaptive competence of future pilots in the process of their training, which will be followed by scientific substantiation, creation of structural-functional model of formation of adaptive competence of future pilots, and creation and approbation of author's technology at the educational institutions which train pilots.  The article considers and investigates the concepts of adaptation and its types; professional adaptation of the pilot; adaptability; competencies and competency; professional competency of the future pilot, its components and criteria of its formation; concepts and features of adaptive competency of future pilots. It also describes and characterizes the features of the future activities of pilots and certain requirements for the training of pilots in civil and military aviation. Formulation of the problem. The need for a categorical interpretation of the thesaurus is due to methodological priorities for scientific, objectivity, systemic, integrity, unity, complexity and logic of the study. The correctness of the use of relevant concepts and categories is determined by the accuracy of their definitions, fully depends on the verification of the presented innovative culture concept of the leader. Consequently, there is a need for a comprehensive research analysis of conceptual and terminological apparatus of problem research of innovative culture development of the future manager of the general secondary educational institution in the master’s training process. Materials and Methods: Solving the highlighted aim, a set of methods of scientific research adequate to them were used, theoretical: a comparative analysis of conceptual and terminological apparatus of problem research of innovative culture development of the future manager of the general secondary educational institution in the master’s training process; a systematic analysis of conceptual and terminological apparatus of problem research of innovative culture development of the future manager of the general secondary educational institution in the master’s training process. Results. The article presents the innovation culture development of the future manager of general secondary educational institution as a systematically organized, respectively providing process in master's training, determined by the needs of society, state and customers of educational services and institutionalized, which substantiates the relationship and interdependence of innovation culture, which correlate with the content and pedagogically appropriate methodological systems of professional training at higher education. It is determined the IC development of the future manager of general secondary educational institution. Conclusions. Thus, modern theories of social development make it possible to identify the specifics of the innovative culture development and give grounds to conclude that the innovation and innovation culture development is a natural, necessary, historically determined and self-organized process of objectification and institutionalization of innovative content at the social and individual levels. It is important to understand that the emergence of innovation and innovation culture is possible only if the dialectical and synergetic nature of life is taken into account. For the innovation culture development is exceptional importance the openness of educational systems, the presence of the environment and mechanisms for the natural struggle of contradictory and opposing forces, the absence of authoritarian and artificial interference in the institutionalization of innovation culture.

In order to develop the core element of professional training (knowledge, skills and abilities) the system of pedagogical conditions and principles (overall didactical and specific), that include the peculiarities in performing teaching activities while training lawyers.The core of this system is formed by the general didactical principles: a systematic and consequent approach, scientific methods in terms of training; a dominant-motivational mindset; availability of training; clear examples in the course of the training process; consciousness and an active approach in the course of the training process; the solidity of knowledge, skills and abilities; the inclusion of peculiarities related to the individual and his age.The peculiar principles that determine the essence of a law pedagogue in the currently developed situation, among these principles there’re the following: the principle of the dominant –motivational mindset, the principle of an individual approach, the principle of variable rhythmical training, the principle of strict determination and setting of time limits for the professional actions of a teacher; the principle of additional psychological pressure based on the main psycho-physiological pressure; the principle of emotional training.Among the organizational-pedagogical conditions there’re the following: providing of professional motivation to the future masters; the assurance of the training to be oriented at the professional and psychological imprints of the law pedagogue; active use of the informational environment of the educational facility; the introduction of interactive methods in order to form the pedagogical culture of the future masters in law. The specificity of the training of future lawyers puts before the teacher of law disciplines a number of requirements to the personality of the teacher, which in pedagogical science are defined as professionally significant personal qualities, and the scientific basis for the formation of these qualities are pedagogical principles and organizational and pedagogical conditions.To form the content of vocational training (knowledge, skills and abilities), we need a system of pedagogical conditions and principles (general and specific), that take into account all the peculiarities and specifics of teaching lawyers. As a basis of this system we put general didactic principles: systemicity and consistency; scientific knowledge in learning; dominant-motivational attidude; learning accessibility; visibility in learning; awareness and learning activity; strength of knowledge, skills and abilities; taking into account individual and age-specific features. Specific principles that reflect the essence of the teacher of law disciplines in modern conditions of development include: the principle of dominant-motivational attitude; the principle of individual approach in learning; the principle of multi-directional rhythmic training; principle of strict regulation and time limitation of professional actions of the teacher; the principle of additional psychological charge on the base of psycho-physiological stress; the principle of emotionality in learning.General dictatic principles are the basis for studying all disciplines, and also should regulate the organizational foundations of the educational process at different levels. Principles are closely related to the laws of learning and reflect didactic laws. On the basis of general didactic principles, the principles of professional methodology are developed.One of the mentioned directions of realization of the preparation of the future masters in jurisprudence for teaching activities is the introduction of interactive forms and methods of teaching that contribute to the expected results, the integration of disciplines of psychological and pedagogical preparation becomes especially important.The organizational-pedagogical conditions include: providing professional motivation for future masters; orientation of training on the profession and psychograms of the teacher of law disciplines; use of information environment of educational institution; the introduction of interactive methods for the formation of the pedagogical culture of future masters of jurisprudence.Key words: pedagogical principles, pedagogical conditions, professional training of lawyers, master's degree.

The article considers the current state of entrepreneurial competence formation of future bachelors in the Enterprise Economics in the professional training process. The analysis of the entrepreneurial competence content is presented in the context of the competence approach, with regard to entrepreneurship, as a leading form of management in market economy conditions. The current state of competence formation of future bachelors in the Enterprise Economics is defined as the process of the future bachelor's professional training in the Enterprise Economics, which is influenced by the general modern education content of our state. The article shows that the current state of entrepreneurial competence is a separate unit in the future bachelors' curricula, in which elements of academic and vocational education are gradually implemented, which are fixed in the process of practical training during the entire period of professional training in the Enterprise Economics. The analysis of scientific works has shown that economic thinking, training in marketing area, discipline, initiative, sense of responsibility, communicativeness, creative attitude to work occupy an important place in the future bachelors' entrepreneurial competence structure in the Enterprise Economics. According to the results of the research, future bachelors training in the Enterprise Economics at National Transport University, we have found out the current state of specialists entrepreneurial competence formation of this specialty. The future bachelors acquisition in the Enterprise Economics in the process of professional training the integral, general and professional competences is analyzed.

Статтю присвячено проблемам професійного навчання соціальних працівників, зокрема розглянуто психолого-педагогічні аспекти процесу підготовки висококваліфікованих фахівців. Зазначено що в професійній психології та педагогіці набуває поширення компетентнісний підхід до сучасної освіти. Акцентовано увагу на особистісно-орієнтованому та психолого-акмеологічному напрямках професійної освіти та навчання. Особистісні якості фахівця розглядаються як метапрофесійні компетенції, що забезпечують якість праці майбутнього соціального працівника. На основі аналізу специфіки підготовки фахівців соціономічних професій окреслено загальні напрями формування професійних компетенцій соціальних працівників: пріоритет професійно-особистісного розвитку для досягнення високого рівня професіоналізму фахівця; формування психологічної, особистісної та рефлексивної компетентності; практична зорієнтованість процесу навчання. Розглянуто методи та технології активного формування психологічної та особистісної компетентності фахівця в процесі професійного навчання, а саме методика контекстного (знаково-контекстного) навчання та психолого-акмеологічні методи та процедури професійного розвитку. Стверджується, що включення до навчального процесу інноваційних, заснованих на взаємодії педагога та учня, психолого-педагогічних технологій активного навчання має формувати особистісні зони розвитку майбутніх фахівців, удосконалювати способи та засоби професійного становлення, що значно підвищує якість професійного навчання соціальних працівників. The article deals with the problems of vocational training of social workers. They are particularly considered with psychological and pedagogical aspects of training highly qualified specialists. It specifies that competence-based approach to modern education gets spreading in the professional psychology and pedagogy. The article is accented on personality-oriented and psycho-akmeological directions existing in the psychology of professional education and training. Personal qualities of the professional are considered as metaprofessional competences which ensure the future social worker’s quality of work. The general directions of formation professional competence of social workers are identified on the base of the analyses of the specific professional training socionomic professions: priority of vocational and personality development for achievement a high level of professionalism; formation of the psychological, personal and reflective competence; practical orientation of the learning process. The methods and technologies of active formation of psychological and personality’s competence of the specialist during the vocational training are reviewed in the article, specifically the method and technique of signed-contextual learning and psycho-akmeological methods and procedures of professional development. It is alleged that the inclusion in the educational process of preparation innovational, psychological and pedagogical techniques of active learning, based on the interaction between the teacher and the student, should generated personal’s development zones of the future professionals, refine the methods and means of the professional development that significantly improves the quality of social worker’s professional training.
