The article reveals the problem of finding pedagogical conditions of the formation of a sanitary and hygienic culture of future engineer-teacher in the field of food technologies. The peculiarities of the formation of sanitary and hygienic culture in future specialists in the educational process of higher education are highlighted. They will provide the following pedagogical conditions: providing positive motivation of future engineer-teachers of food technologies to form sanitary and hygienic culture through updating introduction of interdisciplinary links with the relevant software and methodological support; introduction of the discipline of free choice; using the potential of industrial practice to gain experience in the formation of sanitary and hygienic culture.The transition of the state from a planned to a market economy requires an increase in the competitiveness of food production, so the future engineer-teacher in the field of food technologies must meet high requirements for the level of ability and willingness to act effectively in professional activities, which involves solving various socio-psychological, economic and technical problems with the possibility of introducing new educational technologies. Purposeful activity in the direction of rethinking the formed stereotypes, the search of new pedagogical approaches in terms of increase of own professional readiness and professional and personal qualities will allow the future engineer-teacher on completion of the higher education institution to possess a complex of engineering and pedagogical knowledge necessary for future productive professional activity. The effectiveness of training depends on the environment of the higher education institution and specific conditions for the educational process, i.e., to establish the level of readiness of the future engineer-teacher, it is necessary to determine the pedagogical conditions to ensure an effective educational process. The article discusses the introduction of the process of training lawyers with higher education in Uzbekistan by the Soviet authorities. For the establishment and development of Soviet power in the country, as in other areas, the training of lawyers becamea necessity. Initial attempts to train lawyers, problems in the organization of the educational process and the general picture of the higher education institution were covered on the basis of available archival data. The policy of the Sovietstate on thetraining of lawyers was analyzed on the example of the first higher education institution in the country. The article also discusses the one-sided policy pursued by the ruling party in the training of lawyers, the establishment of political criteria for the admission of students and its consequences

article is devoted to a research of pedagogical assistance to moral improvement of the personality. The author describes the content of moral aspect of education of future bachelors of the communication directions of preparation at the higher school and emphasizes importance of the appeal to modern moral look of the graduate. In article forms and methods of pedagogical assistance to moral improvement of the personality in the conditions of federal higher education institution are offered. According to the researcher, the special attention is deserved by the questions connected with forming of professionally important moral values in the sphere of mass communication, which are a consequence of educational process, and creation of necessary pedagogical conditions

Modern performance measurement systems include customer satisfaction as an important performance indicator. From the standpoint of the Higher Education Institution (hereinafter HEI) in Serbia, key performance indicators are quality indicators used to assess the current situation; to identify service failures and to take on service recovery; to improve total quality of the institution and to determine the future development of the institution. In increasingly competitive and dynamic educational environment, the management of a HEI is aware of the importance of student satisfaction in the context of student motivation and retention, recommendations to potential freshmen, recruiting efforts and funding, as well as performance management. There are numerous direct and indirect indicators of student satisfaction. The main objective of this paper is to identify the parameters of educational process and non-teaching support that have the greatest impact on student satisfaction. Data analysis, conducted in this paper, provide information on the degree of student satisfaction and possible improvements in this area. This study uses standard and hierarchical regression to examine possible causes of student satisfaction. It is based on answers of 1541 students of the College of Professional Studies – Belgrade Polytechnic, collected during a four-year research.

The report presents the implementation of blended learning at the State Higher Education Institution “University of Education Management” of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine caused by the priority of forming an innovative environment for pre-service and in-service training. The focus is on introducing online technologies, fundamental changes in approaches to the organization of education at the University with appropriate methodological approaches and models. The following components of the organization of the educational process are presented: organizational (regulatory framework, technological support, material and technical base, creation of digital workplaces, mastering digital technologies by lecturers and students, mastering necessary competencies by academic staff, content creation for training programs); methodical (flipped classroom model, use of online courses, educational and methodical support, author’s courses, academic mobility); technological (learning platforms, digital tools). Pre-service and in-service training under the blended learning in the system of formal, non-formal, and informal education by creating a unified educational and digital ecosystem is analyzed. The organization of in-service training at the “Ukrainian Open University” based on the cloud technologies in the non-formal education system is described. The results of monitoring key indicators of the educational environment are presented.
