Therefore, organizations/companies have to manage their IT service to be optimal to their customers. Looking at this matter and the increasing dynamics of XYZ University, then Data and Information System Center (Pusdatin) - an IT provider of XYZ University began implementing IT Service Management (ITSM) from 2013 using the latest version of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), namely ITIL v3 as a framework for implementing ITSM in its business processes. However, along the way, there are still some problems happen in Pusdatin in order that ITSM can actually support and align with the objectives of XYZ University. Through this paper, the authors want to explain how the implementation of ITSM at Pusdatin, identify the problems related to the implementation of ITSM, and provide the solutions for each problem. The methods used are direct observation to Pusdatin, conductan interview with the Head of Pusdatin and Staff of Pusdatin, and also perform a literature review of books and papers that discuss about ITIL. The result of this research is that ITSM process of Pusdatin generally works quite well but there are still some shortcomings because ITSM is not 100% implemented in all areas.

XYZ University is one of the universities that has used information technology to create quality service for students and the entire academic community. This Information technology service is managed by Information Technology and Communication Center (PUSTIK) which is responsible to carry out the development, management, service, and maintaining the security of information and communication technology. Good information technology governance should be able to maintain information security. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate information system security especially the security of academic information systems. This information system security evaluation uses Keamanan Informasi (KAMI) Index which refers to the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard to be able to determine the maturity level of information security. An evaluation of five areas of the KAMI Index shows the Information Security Risk Management area gets the lowest score at 10 out of a total of 72. The result of the KAMI Index dashboard shows that the maturity level of each area of information security is at levels I and I+ with a total score of 166. This means that the level of completeness of implement ISO 27001:2013 standard is in the inadequate category.

ITB STIKOM Bali is a technology-based university so that all business processes, especially related to academics, student affairs, and finance, utilize information technology. Management of the information system and technology is carried out by the Computer and Network Center unit (Pusat Komputer dan Jaringan - PUSKOMJAR). In the management of Information Technology (IT) services, an agreement is needed in the form of Service Level Management (SLM) which contains the level of service, quality of service, and complaints handling, so users’ needs are aligned with the system developer. Meanwhile, in managing the internal system of ITB STIKOM Bali, the agreement between PUSKOMJAR and related units is only in the form of submitting a form for making or changing the system. Therefore, it raises a problem if there is a mismatch in the manufacture or development of the system because there is no contract document that regulates in detail about the system. Hence, designing an SLM of IT and system services at ITB STIKOM Bali to overcome these problems is necessary. The research presents a case study by analyzing and designing the SLM of service system and IT in ITB STIKOM Bali. The applied research method is literature study and observation, analysis of existing SLM, designing new SLM, and conclusions. The result of the research is a document of SLM for internal IT and system services at ITB STIKOM Bali. Based on the analysis and design of SLM, the SLM document can help the PUSKOMJAR in documenting IT service information and making it easier for users to get information related to the provided IT services.

The development of the field of information technology is very rapid, therefore many companies, industries, shops and other business entities are using information systems to increase their business. Online sales information systems are used to carry out business processes such as distribution, sales, purchasing, marketing of goods or services by using communication networks and the internet. Online sales information systems can help people who do not have a place or shop to carry out their business. Students in this case, especially at the Catholic University of Santo Thomas, are an opportunity to take advantage of this facility in carrying out their business, especially if they do not have a place or shop to carry out their business. For this reason, an online sales information system was built that can be accessed through the website.
