The Agency of Human Rights Research and Development as the unit echelon 1  were under the Ministry of Law and Human Rights carry out research and development of human rights. In his duties often requires a human rights event data quickly and accurately. Submission of information on human rights is too long because of too many islands in Indonesia causing become longer to handling in human rights cases. This is because the process is still manual in documenting cases of human rights with form a team to be lowered to the area. The cost to take the data be very large because the data and the information is scattered in various provinces in Indonesia. On the other hand the data and information of human rights is something that is vulnerable, then the access to such information should be restricted to certain parties only. To overcome this must build  web based system. The method used is the waterfall. Data storage using MySQL as a database server that generates 6 tables. This information systems provide access to users to perform information management  of human rights through the provision and dissemination of human rights information and do the validation and publication of information on human rights that have been granted.

The development of information technology has recently experienced such rapid development, this is followed by the development of information media that continues to grow. Companies are always required to follow this development in order to improve service quality and company performance. At present, various companies are required to pay taxes according to the rules that have been determined as a form of the company's obligation to the state. Problems that often occur in the company are uncontrolled po and tax invoices, so that often there is an overpayment of tax debt from what should be, and this causes delays in decision making, so that financial planning in payment of purchase debt. To be able to overcome this problem, a computerized system is needed to monitor the purchase debt calculation system as a decision support for expenditure estimation. To be able to realize this, it takes several design steps by analyzing the procedures that are running, building a system design with usecase diagrams, activity diagrams, squen diagrams and class diagram designs as a form of data storage center which can then be processed automatically so that it becomes the basis for decision making. Then implemented by building a web-based system that can be used in the company. The expected benefits are the creation of a system that is able to run effectively and efficiently, as well as being able to print reports quickly and accurately, so as to reduce problems that often occur in the company.

Manual food ordering system requires on many employees to handle ordering process. It can be dull and disorganized, and can end up with data irregularity for generating sales report. Moreover, the total time taken for food preparations is longer.  Therefore, the café web based system is developed using priority scheduling algorithm to reduce the duration in ordering process, handling and preparing bulk and concurrent order, and at the same time minimizing the cost of handling employees. The priority scheduling algorithm is based on Control Processing Unit scheduling algorithm where it has a priority to execute tasks in waiting queue. The system is implemented at UniSZA’s café where it will be used by café owner and UniSZA students. This system is developed based on three-tier architecture. The JSP, JavaScript, Java and MySQL have been employed to improve manual ordering management. Initially, the preliminary testing shows that the priority scheduling algorithm has a potential to exchange the traditional ordering system.

Image retrieval in general and content-based image retrieval (CBIR) in particular are well-known research fields in information management. A large number of methods have been proposed and investigated in both areas but satisfactory general solution has not still been developed. The aim of this research is to develop highly flexible web-based system for storage, organization and retrieval of medical images. The system besides text and metadata retrieval also supports querying by image to find visually similar images to presented query. Several algorithms and techniques were implemented in the system to support content-based retrieval. For efficient and reliable search machine learning techniques were included in the system.

Abstract. Implementation of Triner Tree Algorithm for Calculation of Web-Based MLM Network Bonus. In the development of the marketing world these days there is a new term that is Multi Level Marketing (MLM). In running an MLM, there is a calculation of bonuses that have a specific formula to attract consumers to become members as well as to increase the income of the MLM itself. To perform a calculation of this bonus, if done manually would be very time consuming, because the administrator will first look at each member and the tree structure that, then he can do the bonus calculation network. On the other hand, the managers of MLM are required to present the information these bonuses quickly and accurately to its members. Would be made an auxiliary program to calculate it with a web-based so that members can get information about bonuses own network quickly. This system uses a tree structure that is triner tree structure having subtrees maximum of 3 pieces. Web-based system is expected to convey information to members with the bonus quickly. Keywords: triner tree algorithm, the bonus network, MLM Abstrak. Dalam perkembangan dunia pemasaran akhir-akhir ini terdapat suatu istilah baru yaitu Multi Level Marketing (MLM). Dalam menjalankan suatu MLM ini, terdapat suatu perhitungan bonus yang mempunyai rumus tertentu untuk menarik minat para konsumen agar menjadi anggotanya sekaligus untuk meningkatkan pendapatan dari MLM itu sendiri. Untuk melakukan suatu perhitungan bonus ini, jika dilakukan secara manual akan sangat memakan waktu, karena administrator akan melihat dulu setiap anggota dan struktur pohonnya itu, barulah dia bisa melakukan perhitungan bonus jaringan. Disisi lain, pengelola MLM tersebut dituntut untuk menyajikan informasi bonus-bonus tersebut secara cepat dan akurat kepada para anggotanya. Untuk itu akan dibuat suatu program bantu untuk menghitungnya dengan berbasis web agar para anggota dapat memperoleh informasi tentang bonus jaringannya sendiri secara cepat. Sistem ini menggunakan struktur pohon triner yaitu struktur pohon yang mempunyai sub pohon maksimal 3 buah. Sistem berbasis web ini diharapkan dapat menyampaikan informasi bonus kepada anggota dengan semakin cepat. Kata Kunci: algoritma pohon triner, bonus jaringan, MLM

The cost budget plan is one of the controls in the management of a project that will be planned in the company, if in the planning of a project there is no budget plan then a project will be ambiguous in making the report, it also needs to be applied to PT. Bumitangerang Mesindotama to facilitate companies in planning the costs. Therefore, it is necessary to have a system that can produce output in the form of detailed reports for planning company budget costs in meeting the procurement system of a project plan. In this study a web-based system is implemented for planning project cost budgets in companies, therefore it is necessary to design a web-based company budget plan system. This system uses web-based input in the process of filling out project activities, details of required materials and budget planning of the required costs so that it can produce final reports in the form of the neat recapitulation. With the creation of a cost budget plan system is expected to solve existing problemsand the company no longer needs to use a manual way to plan budget costs, so that the budget planning process can run more quickly and accurately. In this study, researchers used the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method which was supported by data collection through observation and literature study.

Cooperation as one of the driving wheels of the economy also require technology in the implementation of their operations. The application of the information system to the cooperation will affect the cooperative's performance. The Tani Makmur Cooperation in Klaten is a cooperative that helps farmers in managing rice fields, but does not yet have a web-based system that can integrate the required information. In this study, a web-based information system was designed that can be used as data storage, using a waterfall model. Data were collected by observation, interviews, and SWOT analysis. The resulting information system consists of the menu Master Data, Transactions, Reports, Settings, Graphics, Backups, and Help. Cooperation members can carry out storage, borrowing and installment transactions through the Transaction menu. The cooperation admin can view all transactions through the Reports menu. The resulting web-based information system can be used to store cooperation data, thereby expediting and accelerating the transaction process for Koperasi Tani Makmur customers and also reducing the risk of data loss..

Agriculture is a important sector in India. Agriculture is backbone of Indian economy and it is primary sector of country. Farmers require advance or experts knowledge to take decision during soil preparation, seed selection, fertilizer management and pesticide management so that to get high yield. Day by day the population of India is increasing and to full fill the need of food modernization of agricultural sectors are important. As a population is increasing the production of food is also to be increase, so as to increase the productions of food farmers are using Pesticides to get the yield early. Pesticides are distributed equally on the farm and reduce the quantity of waste, which results in prevention of losses and wastage of input applied to farm. It will reduce the cost of production. The Pesticides system for farmers is a web-based system, which gives information relating to the clients and dealers of the company with respect to its pesticides product launches, pesticides information, pesticides requests. The farmers can easily get information through the website and easily retrieve the details of the pesticides, the amount of quantity of pesticides to be used; it will also give the information to which disease which pesticides should be used.

Highlights Digital data collection and management system is developed for the USDA-AMS’s shell-egg grading program. Database system consisting of OLTP, data warehouse and OLAP databases enables online data entry and trend reporting. Data and information management is done through web application servers. Users access the databases via web browsers. Abstract . This paper is concerned with development of web-based online data entry and reporting system, capable of centralized data storage and analytics of egg grading records produced by USDA egg graders. The USDA egg grading records are currently managed in paper form. While there is useful information for data-driven knowledge discovery and decision making, the paper-based egg grading record system has fundamental limitations in effective and timely management of such information. Thus, there has been a demand to electronically and digitally store and manage the egg grading records in a database for data analytics and mining, such that the quality trends of eggs observed at various levels (e.g., nation or state) are readily available to decision makers. In this study, we report the design and implementation of a web-based online data entry and reporting information system (called USDA Egg Grading Information Management System, EGIMS), based on a data warehouse framework. The developed information system consisted of web applications for data entry and reporting, and internal databases for data storage, aggregation, and query processing. The internal databases consisted of online transaction processing (OLTP) database for data entry and retrieval, data warehouse (DW) for centralized data storage and online analytical processing (OLAP) database for multidimensional analytical queries. Thus, the key design goal of the system was to build a system platform that could provide the web-based data entry and reporting capabilities while rapidly updating the OLTP, DW and OLAP databases. The developed system was evaluated by a simulation study with statistically-modeled egg grading records of one hypothetical year. The study found that the EGIMS could handle approximately up to 600 concurrent users, 32 data entries per second and 164 report requests per second, on average. The study demonstrated the feasibility of an enterprise-level data warehouse system for the USDA and a potential to provide data analytics and data mining capabilities such that the queries about historical and current trends can be reported. Once fully implemented and tested in the field, the EGIMS is expected to provide a solution to modernize the egg grading practice of the USDA and produce the useful information for timely decisions and new knowledge discovery. Feed is one important element that needs to be considered in the livestock business, one of which is laying hens. The type and amount of feed will affect the nutrients obtained, these nutrients will affect the ability to produce eggs. One way to produce feed that contains optimal nutrition is done by mixing various types of feed ingredients such as corn, bran, cake, soybeans, concentrate and so on into one right composition. Expenditures for the purchase of feed are also among the highest expenses in any livestock business and therefore need to be regulated in such a way as to provide optimal benefits. The square pearson method is a method of determining the formulation of feed which on one hand contains complete nutrients, on the other hand is economically inexpensive and easily obtained so that it can provide benefits. The results of this study produce a system that can estimate the cost of calculating web-based laying hens feed formulations.
