This research aims to find out the role of community and village empowerment agencies in the development of BUMDes in North Labuhanbatu Regency. As an office that handles about villages, community and village empowerment agencies have the task of carrying out training, coaching, and mentoring to the development of BUMDes. The formulation of this research problem is "whether the role of training, coaching and mentoring affects bumdes development in North Labuhanbatu Regency. In this study, data was collected through questionnaire methods of 74 BUMDes administrators to find out respondents' responses to each variable. Then an analysis of the data obtained in the form of validity and rehabilitation tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, simultaneous hypothesis tests, partial hypothesis tests and coefficients of determination. The results of this study are: partial test that the variables of training, coaching and mentoring have a positive and significant effect on the development of BUMDes, while simultaneous tests that the variables of training, coaching and mentoring together have a significant effect on the development of BUMDes in North Labuhanbatu Regency.

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the role of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) on employment, namely capital, sales volume, type of business, length of business, and wages. Empirical data is presented to prove that the role of small and medium enterprises on employment is influenced by capital, sales volume, type of business, length of business, and wages. Multiple regression analysis through the SPSS program was used as a research test tool. The research data was obtained from SMEs businesses, Central Bureau of Statistics and the SMEs Office to test scientifically whether capital, sales volume, type of business, duration of business, and wages affect employment. Research results show that the duration of the business influences the absorption of labor while capital, sales volume, type of business, and wages do not affect employment. This study aims to investigate and analyze the role of organizational context on workplace incivility and turnover intention. The research sample was 120 employees who work at the company engaged in the service industry. Multiple regression analysis was used to test the research hypotheses. The results found that organizational context influences workplace incivility, which in turn increases turnover intention. As a consequence, it is important for the organization to enhance alertness towards the occurrence of the employees’ workplace incivility. Internalization and implementation of values of the organizational context can be utilized to manage employees’ work performance

This research aims to determine the role of financing carried out by BMT UGT Sidogiri Wonokromo branch partially or simultaneously on the business development and improvement of the welfare of its members. The method used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The population used in this study were all members of the BMT UGT Sidogiri Wonokromo branch. This study used a sample of 35 people who were members of the BMG UGT Sidogiri Wonokromo branch, who met the sample criteria. The results of this study indicate that there is a simultaneous influence of financing on business development and the welfare improvement of its members in the BMT UGT Sidogiri Wonokromo branch. The results showed that partially the variables that had a significant effect on business development and welfare improvement were age, gender, total financing and the number of customers after participating in the financing.Keywords: financing, business development and welfare improvement

ABSTRACTThis study aims to see the effect of perceptions received by tourists visiting intention to Toba Lake, Samosir Regency. A quantitative approach method was used by using statistical data in multiple regression analysis. The population was domestic tourists and the sample was 325 respondents who were obtained using random sampling techniques. The results were divided into (1) a significant effect and positive destination accessibility and simultaneously on the intention in tourist visits 2) the ability of the independent variables in explaining the related variables was 53.8% the remaining 46.2% from other variables not discussed in this study 3) the influence of accessibility variable on tourists' visiting intention is strong. From these results it can be concluded that accessibility according to the Apollo concept needs to be improved by the manager of tourist destinations at Toba Lake because the role of accessibility affects the intention to visit tourists to Toba Lake. Keywords: Real Accessibility, Destination Accessibility, and Visiting Intention

Generally, manufacturing capability is the important factor in running and developing business. Hence, this research is aimed to identifying the relationships of critical factors and make sure the companies can survive in the northern region of Malaysia. Those identified factors are training and manufacturing capabilities. Through the email survey, a total of 89 companies representing electrical and electronic industries had responded. The hypotheses involved were tested using correlation and regression techniques. The results of the study support all the hypotheses. The multiple regression analysis indicates that there are significant relationships among the factors on each criterion to manufacturing capabilities. While hierarchical multiple regression analysis was carried out to test the role of moderating in the relationship between independent variables with dependent variables. It is believed that results of this study will be beneficial for shareholders and directors of companies to apply these manufacturing capabilities.


This research sought to analyze how audit technique applied, auditors’ ability owned, and the role of whistleblower affect the effectiveness of investigative audit implementation in fraud disclosure. The technique used for obtaining the data was purposive sampling by distributing and collecting total of 87 questionnaires to the auditors who work at State Development Audit Agency (BPKP) Representative Office of Special Capital Region of Jakarta and Indonesian Supreme Audit Institution (BPK) in Jakarta. Data collected was processed by using statistical software with the method of multiple regression analysis. The result revealed that partially, auditors’ ability and the role of whistleblower have significant effect on effectiveness of investigative audit implementation in fraud disclosure with the auditors’ ability occured to be the most dominant variable. Meanwhile, audit technique has negative effect. Silmutaneously, it was discovered that the three variables have significant influence on effectiveness of investigative audit implementation in fraud disclosure.

Financial management discipline is a central issue in the field of microfinance studies. The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the influence of the role of government, employers competencies, financial administration practice,and financial commitment on financial disciplineof SMEs in the province of Gorontalo either partially or simultaneously. This study was conducted using the survey design to obtain information on issues related to the study variables. Respondents were used as a sample is 200 people with the criteria are the bussinesalready exist at least two years, at aleast has one employee andhas permanent location. The analytical tool used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the role of government, employers competencies and financial commitments have a significant impact on the financial discipline of SMEs in the province of Gorontalo. Meanwhile, the practice of financial administration has no significant effect on the financial discipline of SMEs in the province of Gorontalo. This study also shows that SMEs still have a low awareness about how to learn good financial discipline. On the other hand, SMEs have a high financial commitment to expand its business. The role of government is needed to improve the financial discipline SMEs in managing their business.

The role of statistics in certain areas of X-ray fluorescence analysis is considered. The topics discussed include: calculating the standard deviation associated with the result of an analysis; optimizing experimental parameters for both wavelength and energy dispersive analyses; evaluating limits of detection, limits of decision, and limits of determination; and weighting in the least squares fitting of data in single element polynomial relationships and in multi-element multiple regression analysis.
