This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the role of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) on employment, namely capital, sales volume, type of business, length of business, and wages. Empirical data is presented to prove that the role of small and medium enterprises on employment is influenced by capital, sales volume, type of business, length of business, and wages. Multiple regression analysis through the SPSS program was used as a research test tool. The research data was obtained from SMEs businesses, Central Bureau of Statistics and the SMEs Office to test scientifically whether capital, sales volume, type of business, duration of business, and wages affect employment. Research results show that the duration of the business influences the absorption of labor while capital, sales volume, type of business, and wages do not affect employment. Based on the hypothesis that human resources management directly depends on a set of organizational components that are the core for SMEs sustainability, this chapter expands previous findings in the literature. Based on a multiple regression analysis and MMOM (modernization model for organization management) implementation in 246 Colombian SMEs (small and medium enterprises), the authors show that some organizational components explain and generate 64.86% of human resources management best practices.

Penelitian ini berusaha menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan dan pendapatan usaha terhadap perilaku menabung pelaku Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM). Data penelitian melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 282 pelaku UKM di Depok dari berbagai bidang. Regresi ganda digunakan sebagai alat analisis diolah dengan SPSS 23. Temuan penelitian diperolehnya pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku menabung pelaku UKM di Depok. Literasi keuangan para pelaku UKM yang makin baik akan meningkatkan perilaku menabung. Temuan lainnya dalam penelitian ini adalah tidak adanya pengaruh pendapatan usaha terhadap perilaku menabung para pelaku UKM. This study analyzed the influence of financial literacy, and business income on the saving behavior of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The research data was obtained from questionnaires given to 282 SMEs in Depok from various fields. Multiple regression analysis is used where SPSS Version 23 is used as an analysis tool. The findings of the study obtained the influence of financial literacy on the saving behavior of SMEs in Depok. On the other hand, business income has no effect on the saving behavior of SMEs.

This study analyses the influences of company characteristics, entrepreneurship behavior and bank relationship toward Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) performance. The object used in this research were 124 owners of SMEs Batik Pekalongan, Central Java. Multiple regression analysis is utilized in this research to examine the hypothesis. The results of the analysis shows that company characteristics, entrepreneurship behavior and bank relationship positively influence the performance of SMEs. The empirical result indicates that the owners of the SMEs of Batik Pekalongan should pay attention on some factors, such as entrepreneurship behavior and bank relationship if they want to increase the performance of their company.

Organisational commitment and organisational citizenship behaviour have been extensively researched from the perspective of antecedents and outcomes. Literature shows that employee perceptions of equity relationships in organsations have been less extensively chronicled in research, especially in respect of organisational commitment and organisational citizenship behaviour, within a Zimbabwean context. The objective of the study was to explore the relationship between organisational commitment, employee perceptions of equity and organisational citizenship behaviours among employees of small and medium enterprises in Zimbabwe. The research design is located within a quantitative research paradigm, undertaken through a cross-sectional, non-probabilty covenience sample (n=464). Descriptive statistics, correlations and hierarchical multiple regression analysis were used to evaluate the data. The results showed that perceptions of equity, organisational commitment and organisational citizenship behaviour are low among employees in the Zimbabwean small and medium enterprise sector. The correlation analysis exhibits strong positive linear relationship between the constructs. Further, the results of the multiple regression analysis show that employee perceptions of equity and organisational commitment are strong predictors of organisational citizenship behaviour. The findings of the study will benefit owners/managers of SMEs and government entities in improving their understanding of the issues of equity and organisational commitment effects on organisational citizenship behaviour within the Zimbabwean context.

Indonesia is a big country, based on the Population Census data released by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the number of inhabitants in 2018 is not less than 260 million. This figure will continue to grow each year, projected in 2035 the number reached more than 300 million inhabitants. The existence and role of MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) in supporting national economic activity, especially in addressing the problems of poverty, unemployment, inequality between sectors, is very important and strategic. Therefore, a strengthening of the economy of small and medium priority towards the creation of a solid economic fundamentals. However, in realizing the great potential, SMEs still face many problems, both internally and externally. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of product variety, posting and updating, as well as keywords affect the increase in sales volume either partially or simultaneously. The method used in this penelitiaan is quantitative descriptive. The results of this study indicate that the product variety, posting and updating, as well as keywords affect the increase in sales volume either partially or simultaneously.

<span class="fontstyle0">The objectives of this research is to analyze and provide empirical proves about the influences of dishonesty behavior dan moral competence towards academic fraud of accounting students. The variable used in the research are dishonesty behavior and moral competence. The population of the research is the accounting students from Trisakti University, Bina Nusantara University, and Indonesia Banking School. 242 respondents has been involved as sampels in the research. Data used in the research consist of primary data collected using a questionaire. Multiple regression analysis will be used in the data analysis to test the hypotheses, and the data will be tested using the 20 version of SPSS The result of the test shows us that dishonesty behavior is proven to have an effect on the academic fraud of accounting students. While moral competence has not shown an effect on the academic fraud of accounting students.</span>

This research was conducted on Small and Medium Enterprises in the agribusiness sector in Maros Regency by taking data on the promotion mix costs, sales volume and profits from 2017-2019. The purpose of this research is to partially determine the effect of advertising costs, promotion costs, personal selling costs on sales volume in increasing profits in agribusiness Small and Medium Enterprises in Maros district. This type of quantitative research uses an associative approach which aims to determine the effect and relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable through intervening variables. The sample in the study obtained 21 small and medium enterprises using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is regression analysis with the help of SPSS and Sobel test. The results showed that advertising costs (X1) and personal selling costs (X3) had a significant effect on sales volume in increasing profits with the calculated value of the Sobel test, the Z1 value obtained was 2.0337 and Z3 was 2.168 > 1.669 and the selling promotion costs ( X2) does not have a significant effect on sales volume in increasing profits in small and medium agribusiness enterprises in Maros district. The value of the calculation of the Sobel test, the Z2 value obtained is -0.4967 < 1.669 (t table N = 63, Prob 5%).


This study aims to investigate and analyze the role of organizational context on workplace incivility and turnover intention. The research sample was 120 employees who work at the company engaged in the service industry. Multiple regression analysis was used to test the research hypotheses. The results found that organizational context influences workplace incivility, which in turn increases turnover intention. As a consequence, it is important for the organization to enhance alertness towards the occurrence of the employees’ workplace incivility. Internalization and implementation of values of the organizational context can be utilized to manage employees’ work performance

This study aims to determine how much influence the current ratio, debt to asset ratio, total asset turnover and inflation on return on assets in registered cooperatives in the Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry Indramayu district in 2010-2014 so that it can be used a reference to the management in decision making.This study uses the population, namely Employees Cooperative Republic of Indonesia registered KUKM, Industry and Trade of Indramayu district, 2010-2014, as many as 57 KPRI. The sample in this study amounted to 45 samples by purposive sampling method, using secondary data from the Report of the Annual Member Meeting. The tools used are multiple regression analysis. From this study we concluded: Current ratio variable and inflation does not affect the return on assets, the variable debt to asset ratio and total asset turnover variables affect the return on assets, simultaneously current ratio, debt to asset ratio, total asset turnover and inflation effect on return on assets. It can be concluded that the current ratio is too high to be caused by the amount of current assets that are unemployed or bottlenecks receivables.Keywords: Cooperative, Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Return on Assets Inflation
