The public sea freight sector is one of the affected by COVID-19. PT. Samudera Indonesia Tbk is one of the sea transportations companies in Indonesia. The ARIMA model in the previous study provided a statistical test with the aim of evaluating the suitability of the model with a p value of less than 0.05 to determine ARIMA by guessing through ACF (Autocorrelation Function) and PACF (Partial Autocorrelation Function) through stationary data. Outlier detection can be done by plotting the residuals from the specified model. Forecasting data for the next 5 days using the ARIMA (3,1,2) model can be seen that the results of forecasting stock price data for PT. Samudera Indonesia Tbk using ARIMA (3,1,2) is within the 95% confidence interval with a forecast value that is close to the actual value. There are outliers that are detected which are related to economic phenomena.Keywords: Forecasting, Covid-19, stock, ARIMA, outlier

This study aims to determine the effect of supply chain management and the implementation of enterprise resource planning on organizational performance. The population and sample used in this study was employees of PT. Semen Padang is involved in the supply chain management process and runs an enterprise resource planning system. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires and data processing was carried out through SPSS 16.0 software. The results of this study indicate that supply chain management has a significant positive effect on organizational performance. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of enterprise resource planning on organizational performance has a significant positive effect on organizational performance.Keywords: Enterprise resource planning, supply chain management, organizational performance

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of entrepreneur orientation and government support on Padang Pariaman SMEs performance.  This research belongs to the type of causative descriptive research. The population in this study were all SMEs in Padang Pariaman. The sampling technique in this study used a representative technique which amounted to 140 people. The analysis technique used is SEM analysis using PLS3 smart. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Innovation hasn’t significant effect on firm performance. (2) proactiveness hasn’t significant effect on firm performance. (3) Risk taking has a significant effect on Padang Pariaman SMEs performance. (4) Aggressiveness has a significant effect on Padang Pariaman SMEs performance. (5) Otonomi has a significant effect on Padang Pariaman SMEs performance. This study aims to analyze the conditions of consumer opinion on the independent variables, namely online marketing, product quality and service quality which has a dominant influence on purchasing decisions at Dinda Hayu Batik UMKM. This study took a sample of 60 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this study were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis testing. From the results of the t test that online marketing t count 4.227> 2.003 and product quality t count 4.196> 2.003 t table and both have a significance value <0.05. So online marketing and product quality partially have a positive effect on consumer decisions. While the service quality t count -0.824 <2.003 t table has a significance value <0.05. So, service quality partially has a negative effect on consumer decisions. From the results of the f test shows that the variables online marketing, product quality and service quality simultaneously affect consumer purchasing decisions with the results of f count 8.896> 2.769 f table with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.Keywords: Marketing online, purchase decision, product quality, service quality

This research aimed to analyze the influence of transformational leadership (TL) on employee performance (EP) through work motivation (WM) on engineering consulting companies in Capital Region of Jakarta. The data collection of this research was primary and secondary by using structural equation modeling with partial least squares method. The total respondent of this research was 106 who were the employees from selected engineering consulting companies in Capital Region of Jakarta. TL had a significant effect towards EP. TL had a significant effect towards WM. This study aims to analyze the impact of total quality management practice on higher education performance is mediated by knowledge management of universities in Padang City. This type of the research is a descriptive causative approach. This research was carried out in study program at universitie in Padang City. The populations in this study were all study programs throught universities, both state universities, private universities, religion universities, and university with many faculties in the city of Padang. The sample used is 80 study programs at university collages with Probability sampling technique with the sampling method is using stratified proportionate random sampling. The type of the data in this study are primary and secondary data. Data were collected through questionnaires, analyzed using the SPPS version 22 and path analysis. The micro, small and medium-sized enterprises sector in Indonesia has been increased but the level of financial literacy is still low, as a consequence financial education is needed. With the financial education provided, businessmen can manage finances, credit, savings, and investment, and risk management. This study aims to analyze the differences in financial literacy before and after receiving financial education in the district of Waingapu. The sample of this research is 150 respondents. The purpose of this study was to analyze: (1) The effect of benefits on consumer perceptions of BRI Mobile on students in the city of Padang, (2) The effect of trust on consumer perceptions of BRI Mobile for students in the city of Padang, (3) The effect of ease of use on consumer perceptions of BRI Mobile for students in the city of Padang, and (4) The effect of security on consumer perceptions of BRI Mobile on students in the city of Padang. This type of research is a quantitative research. The population of this research isan unknown number of students in the city of Padang use BRI Mobile. The method used is purposive sampling method. The number of samples is 100 people. The data used are primary and secondary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to students in the city of Padang. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis through multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) Benefits affect the perceptions of BRI Mobile consumers on students in the city of Padang, (2) Trust affects the perceptions of BRI Mobile consumers on students in the city of Padang, (3) Ease of use affects the perceptions of BRI Mobile consumers on students in the city of Padang, and (4) Security has no effect on consumer perceptions of BRI Mobile among students in the city of Padang. Keywords: Consumer perceptions, benefits, trustworthiness, ease of use, security

The COVID-19 pandemic that has hit the world, including Indonesia, has destroyed the order of life in all fields, especially the economic sector. Various corporations have experienced a decline in income due to decreased purchasing power, as a result of which there have been layoffs everywhere and many companies have collapsed. This incident automatically increases the unemployment rate sharply. After the COVID-19 pandemic or so-called new normal, economic activity has not returned to normal, but this can be an opportunity as well as a challenge for those who are sensitive and dare to take risks to become entrepreneurs. Students as educated young people are prepared to be able to face real world challenges with the provision of knowledge, freedom and a supportive environment and lucrative income expectations. This study aims to determine the faktors that influence student interest in becoming young entrepreneurs after the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used is multiple linear regression and the sample is students of the University of Muhammadiyah Tasikmalaya semester 5 who have received entrepreneurship courses. The results of the study can be concluded that the faktors of freedom, environment, entrepreneurship education together influence the motivation of students to become young entrepreneurs. Meanwhile, the income expectation faktor has no positive effect on student motivation to become young entrepreneurs after the COVID-19 pandemic t test result < t table (1.442 < 1.960).Keywords: Interest, young entrepreneur, Covid-19

This study aims to analyze the effect of managerial ownership, board size, investment opportunities and investment opportunities on dividend policy with proxy payout ratio (DPR), dividend per shares (DPS) and dividend yield (DY) on manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. This research is classified as causative research. The population in this study were all Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The sampling technique in this study is using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 231 companies a year. The data used are secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id and Indonesia Capital Market Directory. Data analysis method used is multiple regression. The results of multiple regression tests show that past dividends have a positive effect on dividend policy with all dividend policy proxies, subsequently investment opportunities have a positive effect on dividend policy with proxies from the DPR and DPS. While other variables do not affect dividend policy.Keywords: Dividend policy, managerial ownership, board size, past dividends, investment opportunities
