The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of trust and job satisfaction on teachers’ Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Junior High School of Private Districts Tangerang. The research used survey method applied in testing hypothesis. Technique of data collecting used questionnaire. There were 273 teachers used as samples and selected by simple random sampling. For data analysis Structural Equation Model (SEM) was used to get more detailed results related to trust, job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior variables. The result of the research indicated that 1) there was a direct positive effect of trust to teachers’ Organizational Citizenship Behavior; 2) there was a direct positive effect of job satisfaction to teachers’ Organizational Citizenship Behavior; and 3) there was a direct positive effect of trust to job satisfaction.

Problems related to emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational commitment in the world of education, especially lecturers in providing services for students is relevant in the analysis for the sustainability of the quality of an institution. Thus, this study aims to analyze the increase in organizational commitment in Indonesia by involving 371 lecturers from 19 universities in Bandung. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS was employed in selecting the sample. The results explain emotional intelligence had positive effects on organizational citizenship behavior and on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction had positive effects on organizational citizen-ship behavior and on organizational commitment. Organizational citizenship behavior was empirically proven to have a positive effect on organizational commitment. In examining the mediating variable, the results show that emotional intelligence positively influenced the organizational commitment through organizational citizenship, and that job satisfaction had a positive effect on organizational commitment through organizational citizenship behavior as a mediating variable.

One of the Islamic banks that implements sharia principles in carrying out its operations is one of them is Syariah Bank. Companies need employees who remain or remain in the company. To anticipate Turnover Intention that can have a negative impact on employee performance and company income in training programs, the behavior of good Organizational Citizenship Behavior in the organization, and companies must pay more attention to employees so that job satisfaction can be minimized Turnover Intention arises in the intention of employee. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Satisfaction Training, analyze the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior, analyze the effect of Job Satisfaction, analyze the effect of Turnover Intention, analyze the effect of Satisfaction Training on Turnover Intention, analyze the effect of Satisfaction Training on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, analyze the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Turnover Intention, analyzes the effect of Satisfaction Training on Job Satisfaction, and analyzes the effect of Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention. This research was carried out on Syariah bank employees in Jakarta with the number of respondents 110 by carrying out the data analysis method of Structural Equation Model (SEM) 16.0 software. The limitations of the research in this study are only to Syariah Banks and limited to only six variables.

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and compensation on organizational commitment and job satisfaction, compensation and organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment to mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and compensation on organizational citizenship behavior. The data used in this study are primary data of 135 respondents at the District office in the West Region of North Aceh Regency. The data analysis method in this study uses a structural equation model with the help of analysis of moment structure. The results of the study found that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Meanwhile, compensation has no effect on organizational commitment. Another finding is that organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Furthermore, compensation has a negative and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment fully mediates the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior, but organizational commitment does not mediate the relationship between compensation and organizational citizenship behavior.

The objective of this research is to obtain information about the effect of self efficacy and job satisfaction to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of private Junior High School teachers at Pamekasan Madura. The research was conducted by using quantitative survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The number of 80 teachers as sample was selected by multi stage random sampling. The research conclude; (1). There is direct effect of self efficacy on the OCB. (2). There is direct effect of job satisfaction on the OCB. (3). There is direct effect of self efficacy on the job satisfaction. Therefore, OCB teachers’ will be improved by the high quality of self efficacy and job satisfaction.

The purpose of this study to analyze the influence of work motivation, job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and organizational commitment as implemented in vocational teachers mediasi.Penelitian Gayamsari District Semarang with a sample of 160 teacher.Teknik analysis technique used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with software AMOS Ver 22.Hasil this study indicate that the causal relationships between variables significantly.The results of this study explains that variabel motivation and commitment is an important factor for improving the quality of learning, because as mental stimulation which is owned by a person in doing voluntary work as guru. But attitude as a form of job satisfaction should be encouraged in the interests of the organization. All of these will be able to bring more students to study in earnest

This study aims to analyze and discuss the effect of Transformational Leadership and Employee Integrity through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Against Employee Innovation at Regency / City Inspectorates in North Sulawesi Province. This research is a quantitative study, using a survey method with a causal approach, with data analysis techniques using Structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis. Research respondents numbered 200 employees at the District / City Inspectorate in North Sulawesi Province. The results of this study indicate that 1) Transformational leadership has a direct and positive effect on employee innovation. The better the leadership at the regional Inspectorate adopts the transfrormational leadership style, the better the innovator will be at the regional inspectorate. 2) Integrity has a direct and positive effect on employee innovation. The more integrity with APIP Regional Inspectorate, the better will be innovations in the field of supervision. 3) Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) has a direct and positive effect on employee innovation. The better the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of the APIP Regional Inspectorates, the innovations of the APIP in the field of supervision will also increase. 4) Transformational leadership has a direct and positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The better the leadership at the regional Inspectorate adopts the transformational leadership style, the more it increases organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) from the APIP. 5) Employee integrity has a direct and positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The more integrated the APIP regional Inspectorate, the better the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of the APIP. 6) Transformational leadership has an indirect and positive effect on employee innovation through organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). 7) Employee integrity has an indirect and positive effect on employee innovation through organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).

The objective of this research is to obtain information about the effect of power and trust on teachers organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This research used survey method with path analysis. Sample in this research was used multi stage simple random sampling The conclusions of this research are: (1) There is a positive direct effect of power on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). (2) There is a direct positive effect of Motivation  on teacher organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). (3) There is a positive direct effect of power on motivation.

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is a behavior performed by an individual or employee voluntarily helping each other without expecting an award or reward from the organization or company. This study aims to investigate the role of spirituality in the workplace and job characteristics on job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCBIP), especially in organizations that are not affiliated with Islam. The sample of this research is 122 respondents of BLU UPTD Trans Semarang employees and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results indicate that in an organizational environment that is not based on Islam,, spirituality in the workplace and job characteristics have a positive effect on job satisfaction and OCBIP.

Problems of organizational citizenship behavior among academics, especially lecturers, are something relevant in the study of the quality of an organization. The purpose of this study is to analyze the increase in organizational citizenship behavior based on Islamic work ethics, organizational satisfaction and commitment. By collecting data from 365 lecturers from 14 private universities as sample in the city of Bandung, the sampling was taken with proportional random sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques were conducted by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS. The results of this study revealed the positive effect of Islamic work ethics on organizational citizenship behavior and on organizational commitment,  positive but not significant effect of Islamic work ethics on job satisfaction. Islamic work ethic has a positive effect on organizational commitment. Moreover, the findings showed that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. However, job satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect on organizational commitment. In practice, this study encourages private university management to improve work ethics and job satisfaction of lecturers, which in turn can influence organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment of lecturers.

The purpose of this research to study the effect of personality, organizational climate and job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of teachers at public vocational high schools in Central Jakarta Administration city of Jakarta DKI Jakarta province. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey method. The population of this research is all civil servant teachers at 14 public vocational high schools in Central Jakarta Administration city area. The number of samples of the study were 212 teachers who were taken with the Slovin formula of a population of 451 teachers. The data collection research by questionnaires and then analyzed for statistically descriptive and inferential statistical path analysis. Based on the research hypothesis testing of the study found,  1)there is a direct positive effect of Personality on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, 2)there is a direct positive effect of Organizational Climate on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, 3)there is a direct positive effect of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, 4)there is a direct positive effect of Personality on Job Satisfaction, and 5)there is a direct positive effect of Organizational Climate on Job Satisfaction
