The selection of the best lecturers gives recognition to lecturers who carry out tridharma higher education activities, whose results can be proud of and are useful for advancing academic and institutional quality. Educational institutions, especially the Ganesha Medan Polytechnic, annually select the best lecturers by conducting assessments by distributing questionnaires to their students. However, the assessment process is still done manually, so it takes a long time to process the data. In addition, the assessment is still not relevant to the actual situation because it only uses one assessment criterion, namely a student assessment questionnaire. Based on this, in this study, a decision support system design was used to select the best lecturers at the Ganesha Medan Polytechnic. Decision support systems built on a web basis using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The decision making method used is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. This method is used to perform the best alternative ranking process from a number of alternatives.

The selection of outstanding students at Secretary Academy of Budi Luhur has long been conducted from the collection of scores involving lecturers and staff. The collected data are then given to the Head of Study Program for the selection. The method is considered less effective because it uses manual calculation and shows no objectivity in the student assessment in which the scores given by lecturers and staff are only based on their estimation and closeness to students. The Head of the Study Program takes a long time to make a decision. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) are methods that can be used to select outstanding students based on the criteria set in Dikti guidelines 2016. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used in weighting process, while the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) is used in ranking process. It is expected that the weighting and ranking processes can create an effective and objective decision support system application.

INTISARIKompetisi siswa berprestasi merupakan ajang setiap tahun untuk para siswa menengah kejuruan dalam unjuk kemampuan mereka dalam bidangnya. Banyaknya siswa dari berbagai jurusan yang mengikuti seleksi lomba kompetensi, sehingga dalam proses seleksi pelaksanaan menjadi kurang optimal dalam segi proses penilaian dan penentuan keputusan akhir. Sehingga diputuskan untuk menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan calon peserta lomba siswa berprestasi yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu sekolah dalam menentukan siswa mana yang layak untuk mengikuti kompetisi tersebut. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Simple Additive Weighting. Metode ini merupakan metode penjumlahan berbobot. Metode ini membutuhkan proses normalisasi matriks keputusan (x) ke suatu skala yang dapat dibandingkan dengan semua rating alternatif yang ada. Hasil penelitian yaitu berupa perangkingan siswa mana yang cocok sebagai calon peserta lomba. Dalam penelitian ini, siswa yang terpilih yaitu Siswa ketiga dengan nilai akhir perhitungan yaitu 13,5. Sistem yang dibangun pada penelitian ni telah sesuai dengan perhitungan manual sehingga sistem ini dikatakan telah berhasil diterapkan.Kata kunci— kompetisi siswa, Simple Additive Weighting, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan. ABSTRACTOutstanding student competition is an event every year for middle students in demonstrating their abilities in their fields. The number of students from various departments participated in the competency selection process, so that in the implementation selection process it was less than optimal in terms of the assessment process and final decision making. So it was decided to use a decision support system for the selection of outstanding student candidates who could be used to assist schools in determining which students were eligible for the competition. The method used is Simple Additive Weighting. This method is a weighted addition method. This method requires the process of normalizing the decision matrix (x) to a scale that can be compared with all available alternative ratings. The results of the study are in the form of ranking which students are suitable as potential participants. In this study, the selected students were the third student with the final value of the calculation, 13.5. The system built on this research is in accordance with manual calculations so that the system is said to have been successfully implemented.Keywords— student contestants, Simple Additive Weighting, Decision Support System.

Activities in the selection of candidates for PASKIBRAKA every year aim to find the best sons and daughters who will be assigned as heirloom flag raisers. Selection of candidates for PASKIBRAKA members is done manually, to determine the final score of each participant. The selection committee still uses paper and is separate from the assessment to one criterion with the other criteria. In the assessment process with a large number of participants it will take a long time. To simplify the assessment process, a decision support system is needed for the selection of PASKIBRAKA candidates, using the TOPSIS Method (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution). TOPSIS is one method that is easy to use to solve multi-criteria problems by taking into account the values ​​of existing criteria. Based on the results of the case example, the candidate PASKIBRAKA selection shows that the results of the experiment use the same system as the manual calculation. And the calculation of the TOPSIS Method will produce output in the form of ranking from PAKIBRAKA candidates

Abstract                                                                                                       Selection of the best performance education staff employees in tertiary institutions whose results are beneficial for advancing academic and institutional quality improvement. The selection of employees performing the best performance at Mercu Buana University is conducted every academic year. In the assessment process still uses the Excel application so it is less effective and accurate. Based on this in this study built a decision support system that is used for the selection process for selecting the best employee performance. Processing these values requires a Decission Support System (DSS) application to help process these values and make ranking and weighting so that leaders are faster and easier in making the best employee performance selection decisions. Sistem pendukung keputusan yang digunakan dengan  metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dan Kano., Metode SAW ini digunakan untuk menentukan nilai kriteria, yang kemudian dilakukan proses bobot dan perangkingan untuk menentukan alternatif terbaik dan metode Kano untuk menentukan nilai secara individu untuk kepuasan karyawan dan menciptakan syarat mutlak yang optimal untuk orientasi proses  aktivitas pengembangan kualitas akademik dan kelembagaan. In English: Exemplary students are students of noble and accomplished character. Exemplary student assessments in schools are essential to motivate students to be better. Sekolah Bhakti YKKP is a school that plans to conduct an exemplary student assessment. The exemplary student assessment in SD Bhakti is taken from 8 aspects of assessment, namely: Average player ratings value, moral, discipline, attendance, point of offense, extracurricular activities of the race and book lover. A lot of data and different judging aspects become constraints in the assessment process, to solve this problem. The purpose of this research is to create a decision support system (SPK) as a solution to help schools in determining exemplary students. SPK applied is using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, because this method can calculate various values based on predefined criteria and weights. After the calculation process is complete, the calculation result of the SAW method can be used to determine the student model based on the best class rating. Based on the results of the test using the PHP programming language and two methods of testing Black Box with an average percentage of 86% and testing Delone and McLean Model with an average percentage of 88%. In Indonesian : Siswa teladan adalah siswa yang karakter mulia dan berprestasi. Penilaian siswa teladan di sekolah sangat penting untuk memotivasi siswa untuk menjadi lebih baik. SD Bhakti YKKP adalah sekolah yang berencana untuk melakukan penilaian siswa teladan. Penilaian siswa teladan di SD Bhakti diambil dari 8 aspek penilaian, yaitu: nilai rapor rata-rata, moral, disiplin, absensi, poin pelanggaran, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler lomba dan book lover. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah data yang banyak dan aspek penilaian yang berbeda menjadi kendala dalam proses penilaian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) sebagai solusi untuk membantu sekolah dalam menentukan siswa teladan. SPK yang diterapkan adalah menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), karena metode ini dapat menghitung berbagai nilai berdasarkan kriteria dan bobot yang telah ditentukan. Setelah proses perhitungan selesai, hasil perhitungan metode SAW dapat digunakan untuk menentukan model siswa berdasarkan pada peringkat kelas terbaik. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan dua metode yaitu Pengujian Black Box dengan persentase rata-rata 86% dan pengujian Delone and McLean Model dengan persentase rata-rata 88%.

Pahandut Seberang Village has an average middle to the lower level of economy in the community, so most of the people still need assistance from the government. In Pahandut Seberang Village, the selection of recipients of the Smbako program assistance is still the old way by using from paper. The assessment process is still not transparent in nature and the selection process is very slow and receipt of Sembako programs assistance are not being on target. Therefore, to overcome this problem, a Decision Support System (SPK) is created to help the Pahandut Seberang Village in selecting the recipients prospective of Sembako program assistance In designing and building the system are using 2 development methods, namely the Waterfall method as a software development method and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method as a decision support system method in its calculations. Where the saw method has 4 stages, namely determining the criteria, determining the suitability, making a decision matrix based on the criteria and normalizing the. The final result is obtained from the ranking, namely the sum of the normalized matrix multiplication R with the weight vector so that the largest value sas a solution. This system testing uses a Black-box testing system. The test results show that the system created has been running according to the expectations of the researcher. This research produces a decision support system for selection of the recipients prospective that can provide recommendations for the recipients prospective the Pahandut Seberang village.

SUMUT Bank is one of the Banks in Indonesia with the name of the company PT. Regional Development Bank of North Sumatra. The North Sumatra Bank has branches in each region in North Sumatra both in the district and in the sub-district, and each of these branches is led by a branch leader or branch head. The head of this branch is responsible for the reversal of the Bank being led. The best and most accomplished branch heads deserve more and more awards. The selection of the best branch heads is selected transparently and structured in the hope that it can be a motivation for all branch heads to be able to further improve the quality and service of the Bank they lead. Making the best branch head selection done manually will take a long time and tends to be less transparent and structured. One solution so that the implementation of the selection can be carried out easily and quickly, it requires a Decision Support System that can provide consistency of assessment. In this study the method used is the VIKOR method (Visekriterijumsko Kompromisno Rangiranje). This study was conducted to assist in the selection of martial assistant coach, to determine who is right. Its results will didadaptkan by comparing the two methods in the decision support system, by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Simple Additive Weight (SAW) in limiting the problems in producing the desired solution, using multiple criteria (multi-criteria). AHP and SAW has a different way of doing the calculation. This is done to determine which method is looking for help in making decisions. And in this study are the criteria Discipline, Knowledge, Leadership, Attitude, and Level. And there are sub criteria on Level, which Black (AND I) and Red Black II.

The Annual Supervision Work Program (ASWP) is a measure of efficiency and effectiveness in implementing supervision in supporting Inspectorate performance. For the preparation of this ASWP using a Risk-Based Supervision Planning (RBSP) based on certain criteria. Decision Support System (DSS) is a system used to determine alternative ASWP to be implemented. The criteria are determined using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The basic concept of the SAW method is to find the total weighting of the performance rating for each alternative. Testing is done from ASWP alternative normalized according to the type of attribute criteria (benefit or cost). The final result is obtained from the calculation process, namely from the 10 test data there is 80% compatibility of the data from the system calculation. The sum of the normalized matrix with weights per criterion shows an alternative ranking of the regional apparatus organization that is closest to the criteria to the most distant from the criteria. In order to get an alternative ASWP to be implemented.
