With the growth of nonlinear electrical equipment, power quality disturbances (PQDs) often appear in electrical systems. To solve this, a practical heuristic methodology for PQD detection and classification based on empirical wavelet transform has been proposed. By using a multiresolution analysis tool, empirical wavelet transform, the voltage waveform signal is decomposed into several sub-signals, and some potential features are extracted in the statistical method. To reduce the feature vector dimensions, the ReliefF algorithm is used for feature selection and optimized for dimensionality reduction, which reduces the complexity of system calculation while ensuring accuracy. Finally, a classifier based on support vector machines (SVM) was built, and with the ranked feature vectors’ input, the PQD can be recognized. The experimental results verify that the classification results achieved high accuracy, which confirms the properties and robustness of the proposed approach in noisy environments.

It is very important to measure financial performance by digging up more information contained in financial statements, financial statements are the end result of the accounting process, which must provide useful information for decision making by various parties. This study aims to obtain an overview of the company's financial performance by applying the DuPont System method. In addition, this analysis can evaluate changes in company conditions and performance, whether there is an increase or decrease or both. The variables used in the DuPont System calculation are Return On Investment, Total Asset Turnover, and Net Profit Margin. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive, the source of the data needed in this study is secondary data, the data used in this study are data published by BRI Syariah Bank and BRI Syariah Bank publication reports that exist at the Service Authority. Finance (OJK). The results of this study indicate that the performance of BRISyariah fluctuates every year. Where tends to decrease at the level of Net Profit Margin, Total Assets Turnover, and Return On Investment. The highest Net Profit Margin for five years occurred in 2016 at 6.16% and the lowest occurred in 2019 at 2.04%. The largest Total Assets Turnover was 0.10 times in 2016 and the lowest was 0.08 times in 2019. The highest Return On Investment was 0.16% in 2016 and the lowest was 0.17% in 2019. This shows that the performance of BRI Syariah Bank in generating profits is said to be poor because it tends to decrease every year, even though the level of the DuPont System at BRI Syariah Banks has fluctuated, but it is still said to be positive due to the determination of the DuPont Syatem level criteria, namely the ROI of BRI Syariah Banks is still quite healthy.

Under the backdrop of achieving carbon neutrality and accelerating urbanization, China’s forests face unprecedented pressures. This study explored the spatiotemporal characteristics of forest loss in the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River (UAMRYR). The dynamic mechanism of forest loss caused by fire, logging, construction, and pollution was also analyzed using spatial database development, polygon superposition analysis, grid system construction, and coordinate system calculation. The results show that the forest loss in the UAMRYR experienced three stages: continuous acceleration (1990–2010), peak (2010–2015), and slight decline (2015–2020). Rapid urban expansion is the primary cause of forest loss, and the three metropolitan areas had the fastest urban expansion and the most severe forest loss. Due to the success of afforestation efforts, the forest loss caused by fire, logging, and pollution was restored by 80%, while most of the forest losses caused by construction are permanent. Given the current forest loss trends, large expanses of forests in the UAMRYR are at risk of being destroyed and causing serious damage to the region’s ecological environment. Forest losses can be significantly reduced by guiding the rational expansion of cities, supporting afforestation for urban construction projects, strengthening forest fire risk investigation, and implementing ecological reconstruction of polluted areas.

The object of research is the shadow economy as structural component (invariant) of economic security of state on example of Ukraine. The level of shadowing of Ukrainian economy requires improvement of both: the system of indicators and mechanism of influence on the level of shadowing on the basis of using of fundamental constants of mathematics of harmony and principle of structural harmony of systems. Under research, fundamental provisions and methods of the theory of safety studies, economic theory, theories of systems and structural harmony of systems, institutionalism, transdisciplinary nature were used. The theme of management of the system of economic security of the state is investigated from various scientific positions of classical science. At the same time, practically ignores the theory of synergetic, which is the synthesis of transdisciplinary approach, price approach, classical theory of systems, structural harmony of systems, theory of fractals and attractors and other components of theory of complexity. Obviously, any system has metric characteristics inherent. The most widespread math constant found in nature is the Phidias number (Golden section). Meаsure is the most important component of all and any knowledge, without it any description of processes and phenomena will be incorrect. The law of measures, or the law of proportional distribution with its derivatives can be defined as law of projecting and organizing sustainable systems at all levels of hierarchical management. The structure of the system is the most conservative characteristic of it as opposed to the state of the system. The properties of the system as a whole are determined not only the properties of its individual elements, but also the properties of the structure of the system as whole. They depend on the existence of the system. The existence of the system retains these parameters in the process of adapting the system to external conditions and thus maintains the existence of the system itself. Matching the metric quality system of economic security of the state and obtaining a conclusion on its stability and abilities to self-organization under the conditions of shadowing of the economy can be carried out by comparison. It is carried out using attractors representing a recurrent number of gold sections: 0.500 ...; 0.618 ...; 0.682 ...; 0.725, as well as – distractors: 0.5698 ...; 0.6540 ...; 0.7053. An integral indicator characterizing the state of any system is the relative information entropy by Shannon. Entropy testing of the system (calculation of relative information entropy) is a logical component of the innovative model of system research.

The analysis of the informativeness of traditional laboratory markers was performed by verification of individuals with the laboratory features of chronic kidney disease (blood creatinine level exceeding the reference range upper limit) among 142,494 people, who underwent laboratory tests during dispenserization and medical examination during 2015–2019. A stable growth of population groups characterized by preclinical hypercreatininaemia was observed, suggesting the increase of chronic kidney disease rate. Meanwhile the frequency of this population group, corresponding to the obtained values, is considered to be a cardiovascular cohort (primarily affected by chronic cardiac failure) in ‘Chronic kidney disease’ clinical recommendation (2019). Our results clearly demonstrate the cardiorenal continuum. Obtained data can be used in the resource support of the health care system calculation.

The Hamming neural network is a kind of counterfeit neural system that substance of two kinds of layers (feed forward layers and repetitive layer). In this study, two pattern entries are utilization in the binary number. In the first layer, two nerves were utilization as the pure line work. In the subsequent layer, three nerves and a positive line work were utilization. The Hamming Neural system calculation was also implemented in three reproduction strategies (logical gate technique, programming program encryption strategy and momentary square chart technique). In this study in programming of VHDL and FPGA machine was utilization.

The features of the microclimate formation in the restaurant hall are considered when using inflow exhaust ventilation and indoor units of the multi-zone VRF system. Calculation model grids are constructed taking into account the configuration features of the microclimate systems` elements. Numerical simulation of the thermal-air regime is performed in the STAR-CCM+ hydrodynamic package for various placement options and configurations of VRF-system devices. The most appropriate ways of the microclimate system arrangement with the use of two types of indoor units are identified. The analysis of the study results on the compliance of the microclimate parameters with the regulatory requirements is presented.

Health is the most valuable thing for humans, because anyone is vulnerable to health problems. Especially in children, children are very susceptible to germs and sensitivity to symptoms of a disease is a fear for parents themselves. However, with the convenience of having an expert doctor, sometimes there are also weaknesses such as limited working hours or doctor's practice hours and the number of patients who have to wait for queues and also the many parents who do not know about the symptoms and types of children's diseases, a system is built to facilitate the medical team and system users. The purpose of this study was to detect children's diseases using the Forward Chaining method precisely and accurately. The data that were processed were 25 symptoms and 5 types of childhood diseases which were sourced from patient medical records and interviews with experts at the Ibnu Sina Simpang Empat Islamic Hospital. The symptoms and types of disease are entered into the Expert System using the rules of rules and the Forward Chaining method. To diagnose a child's disease, a Forward Chaining method is needed with the following stages: Preparing input data, determining decision tables, determining rules, tracking processes, making decision trees. The results of the study with 25 symptom data obtained as many as 5 decision rules, namely which type of childhood disease the patient has and the initial treatment that must be done. Based on the analysis carried out, it can be seen the types of diseases suffered by children so that it can be used as a reference for making decisions to diagnose diseases in children. This expert system calculation shows the percentage of success from the expert.

PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia is one of big companies in Indonesia that focuses on technology field. PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia has an important role in providing internet access, of which product is IndiHome. There are several types of internet package to provide the internet access offered by PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia. In this research, the writer aims to help prospective customers make the best decision. Thus, the writer divides the prototype of Decision Support System for Choosing IndiHome Package for Prospective Customers Using WP Method in 4 (four) variables, namely speed, price, internet quota, and need. Based on the results of the test conducted with 48 data using both manual and system calculation, there are 42 compatible data with a percentage of 87,5%.
