The selection of outstanding students at Secretary Academy of Budi Luhur has long been conducted from the collection of scores involving lecturers and staff. The collected data are then given to the Head of Study Program for the selection. The method is considered less effective because it uses manual calculation and shows no objectivity in the student assessment in which the scores given by lecturers and staff are only based on their estimation and closeness to students. The Head of the Study Program takes a long time to make a decision. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) are methods that can be used to select outstanding students based on the criteria set in Dikti guidelines 2016. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used in weighting process, while the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) is used in ranking process. It is expected that the weighting and ranking processes can create an effective and objective decision support system application.

One form of appreciation that a company gives to employees is the selection of one or several employees to be the best employees, usually companies implement this program for the benefit of their respective companies. This program is also carried out by PT. Gotrans Logistics International Semarang branch to motivate the development of the quality of human resources to compete in a healthy manner which indirectly also has a good impact on the company. This best employee selection program will take a long time and the results are inaccurate if not assisted by a decision support system, therefore a decision support system is needed to get the expected results. Selection will be carried out by determining the weight of the desired criteria and then ranking the employees. With the creation of a decision support system using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, it can provide a solution in performing calculations and minimizing the time used in the selection.

This study was conducted to assist in the selection of martial assistant coach, to determine who is right. Its results will didadaptkan by comparing the two methods in the decision support system, by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Simple Additive Weight (SAW) in limiting the problems in producing the desired solution, using multiple criteria (multi-criteria). AHP and SAW has a different way of doing the calculation. This is done to determine which method is looking for help in making decisions. And in this study are the criteria Discipline, Knowledge, Leadership, Attitude, and Level. And there are sub criteria on Level, which Black (AND I) and Red Black II.

The selection of the best lecturers gives recognition to lecturers who carry out tridharma higher education activities, whose results can be proud of and are useful for advancing academic and institutional quality. Educational institutions, especially the Ganesha Medan Polytechnic, annually select the best lecturers by conducting assessments by distributing questionnaires to their students. However, the assessment process is still done manually, so it takes a long time to process the data. In addition, the assessment is still not relevant to the actual situation because it only uses one assessment criterion, namely a student assessment questionnaire. Based on this, in this study, a decision support system design was used to select the best lecturers at the Ganesha Medan Polytechnic. Decision support systems built on a web basis using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The decision making method used is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. This method is used to perform the best alternative ranking process from a number of alternatives.

Abstract. The high consumption of chicken eggs in Indonesia must be balanced with the productivity level of laying hens to avoid scarcity resulting in an increasing price of chicken eggs. The maximum egg production can be possibly achieved by implementing a system of grouping chickens into good quality and poor performance different groups. This grouping can be made with a decision support system using the Analytical Hierarchy Process and Simple Additive Weighting methods. The criteria used in this test are eggs total, total of hens per coop, age, and hens’ death per coop. Alternatives used are coop 1, 2, 3, and 4. The coops were chosen as the alternative for the breeders compared the laying hens’ production performance based on the production per coop. The testing results, with the same input, show the same ranking order for both methods. The ranking order respectively the best to the worst is coop 1, coop 3, coop 2 and coop 4.Keywords: Laying hens, production performance, decision support system, Analytical Hierarchy Process, Simple Additive Weigthing.Abstrak. Banyaknya konsumsi telur ayam di Indonesia, harus diimbangi dengan tingkat produktivitas ayam petelur agar tidak terjadi kelangkaan yang mengakibatkan kenaikan harga telur ayam. Produksi telur yang maksimal bisa dicapai dengan menerapkan sistem pengelompokan ayam-ayam dengan kualitas performa yang baik dan yang kurang baik. Pengelompokan ini bisa dibuat dengan sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process dan Simple Additive Weighting. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam pengujian ini adalah Total telur, Total ayam per kandang, umur ayam dan kematian ayam per kandang. Alternative yang digunakan adalah kandang 1, 2, 3, and 4. Kandang dipilih sebagai alternative karena peternak membandingkan performa produksi ayam petelur berdasarkan produksi per kandangnya. Hasil pengujian, dengan masukan yang sama, menunjukkan hasil perangkingan dengan urutan yang sama untuk kedua metode. Rangking terbaik sampai dengan terburuk, secara berturut-turut: kandang 1, kandang 3, kandang 2 dan kandang 4.Kata Kunci: Ayam Petelur, Performa Produksi, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Analytical Hierarchy Process, Simple Additive Weigthing.

Abstrak- Dalam pemberian kredit kepada pelanggan banyak hal perlu dipertimbangkan agar keputusan yang diambil tidak salah. Abstract   Supported technology development with the development of software or hardware that is increasingly going forward will be much helpful in facilitating decision-making. Sometimes in doing decision-making still do not subjectively based on criteria which should be specified. As an example of the educational units of the current difficulty in decision making the selection of the students Excel in school, that is because still use conventional means which allow the existence of a subjective assessment. Hence the need for a system which can help in making decisions objectively based on the criteria specified to determine the best students. Decision support method used to determine the best students namely Hierachy Process Analytical method (AHP) using five criteria, i.e. the value of the report, the list of attendance, spiritual attitude, social attitudes and skills. In making this application, using the PHP programming language to manipulate data in the database and build the Application Programming Interface (API) and Javascript to process data on the side of the user interface and uses MySQL as the database. This research has succeeded in designing a decision support system is the selection of the best students who objectively and accurately by the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process web-based. The result of the decision support system showed that of the 10 selected alternative, alternative 7 (A7) getting the best students ranked first with a value of 0.184, next is an alternative 5 (A5) with a value of 0.170.   Keywords: AHP, Decision Support System, Selection Of The Best Students   Abstrak   Perkembangan teknologi yang didukung dengan perkembangan software maupun hardware yang semakin maju akan banyak membantu dalam mempermudah pengambilan keputusan. Terkadang dalam melakukan pengambilan keputusan masih dilakukan secara subjektif tidak berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang seharusnya ditentukan. Sebagai contoh dari satuan pendidikan saat ini kesulitan dalam pengambilan keputusan pemilihan siswa berprestasi di sekolah, hal tersebut dikarenakan masih menggunakan cara konvensional yang memungkinkan adanya penilaian secara subyektif. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya suatu sistem yang dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan secara objektif berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan untuk menentukan siswa terbaik. Metode pendukung keputusan yang digunakan untuk menentukan siswa terbaik yaitu metode Analytical Hierachy Process (AHP) dengan menggunakan lima kriteria, yaitu nilai rapor, daftar kehadiran, sikap spiritual, sikap sosial dan ketrampilan. Dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini, menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP untuk mengolah data di database dan membangun Application Programming Interface (API) dan Javascript untuk mengolah data di sisi user interface serta menggunakan MySQL sebagai database. Penelitian ini telah berhasil merancang sistem ini pendukung keputusan pemilihan siswa terbaik yang objektif dan akurat dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process berbasis web. Abstrak Penelitian dengan judul “Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Untuk Pembelian Handphone Menggunakan Metode SAW (Simple Addtive Weighting) Studi Kasus Padang Cell Lubuklinggau” mempunyai tujuan untuk mengimplementasikan metode analytical hierarchy process pada sistem pendukung keputusan sebagai sarana bantu dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian handphone.Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi metode kepustakaan, wawancara, angket kuesioner dan browsing internet. Sedangkan untuk perancangan sistem digunakan desain sistem meliputi penggunaan diagram konteks, data flow diagram dan flowchart.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara merancang model sistem pendukung keputusan sesuai dengan data yang diperoleh. Kemudian data yang diperoleh tersebut diolah untuk menentukan sistem pendukung keputusan yang akan dibuat menggunakan macromedia dreamweaver, php dan mysql sebagai database. Selanjutnya, sistem yang telah dibuat disimulasikan untuk mendapatkan alternatif pilihan pengambilan keputusan sesuai dengan data yang diperoleh.Penelitian ini menghasilkan informasi berupa ranking atau urutan prioritas alternatif pilihan handphone, hasil dari perbandingan nilai kepentingan antara alternatif satu dengan lainnya menggunakan Sistem Simple Addtive Weighting. Hasil simulasi yang telah dilakukan didapat urutan prioritas alternatif dengan perolehan nilai prioritas yang didapatkan dari hasil penilaian. Kata kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Metode SAW, Web   ABSTRACT Research with the title "Decision Support System For Mobile Purchase Method Using SAW (Simple Addtive Weighting) Case Studies Padang Cell Lubuklinggau" whose purpose is to implement the method of analytical hierarchy process in decision support systems as aids in making purchasing decisions handphone.Metode data collection used in this study include methods of literature, interviews, questionnaires and internet browsing. As for the system design used the system design include the use context diagrams, data flow diagrams and flowchart.Research This is done by designing a model of decision support system in accordance with the data obtained. Then the data obtained is processed to determine a decision support system that will be created using Macromedia Dreamweaver, PHP and MySQL as a database. Furthermore, the system has been created to get the simulated alternative decision making in accordance with the data of this obtained. Research produce information in the form of ranking or order of priority alternative mobile phone, the result of a comparison of the value of interests between the alternatives with each other using the Simple Addtive Weighting System.
