This article discusses the problems of legal education and strengthening the discipline of the military of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan as citizens of the rule of law. The role of law and its influence on the legal consciousness of military personnel is revealed. Features and specificity of the service of the military personnel of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan. This article examines the issues of the activity of the established law enforcement structure-the Federal service of the national guard of the Russian Federation (Regardie) under the prism of the norms of criminal procedure that regulate the activities of the bodies of inquiry. The author identifies unresolved departmental and interdepartmental problems that are mainly related to the incompleteness of the legal registration of this structure, including at the level of relations between the military personnel of the Russian Guard and the military police of the Armed forces of the Russian Federation.

The monograph under review reflects the content of such an urgent problem for modern military psychology as a possibility of a formalized description and evaluation of the moral-political and psychological state of any military personnel using entropy measures. The monograph presents a model of a military personnel using the theory of graphs, an entropic model of the moral-political and psychological state of a military personnel, and also describes a scientific research devoted to studying social and psychological phenomena among cadets of the Military Educational and Scientific Centre of the Navy “Naval Academy” and St. Petersburg University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The monograph can be recommended for the use as additional educational literature and will be efficient to students and cadets of various forms and areas of training, mastering socio-psychological and psychological-pedagogical academic disciplines.

The article is devoted to the analysis of differences in the perception of stressful and psycho-traumatic situations and their influence on personality changes of men and women who took part in the hostilities and who were outside the zone of military conflict during the period of resocialization. The author indicates the features of the socio-political state and those realities that cause a negative impact on the psychological state of soldiers. The reasons for the relevance of the topic of re-socialization of military personnel who have survived traumatic situations are given, and the thesis is expressed on the difference in such a process depending on the gender of the military personnel. The authors' previous experiences on the topics of gender, levels of psychological traumatic situations and their experiences are outlined. Little studied moments have been identified, such as the difference in the perception of stressful and psycho-traumatic situations and their effect on personality changes in men and women who took part in the hostilities and who were outside the zone of military conflict. Recommendations are given on the successful resocialization of servicemen who survived traumatic situations and who were in the combat zone for a certain time. Information is added about the neuropsychological differences between men and women that affect their strategies for experiencing a traumatic situation. The research sample and its features are described, the limitations in the selection and use of research tools are explained. The results are given by quantitative and qualitative methods for which there is a gender difference. Information on the results of the study was summarized, during which the characteristics of the course of emotional and mental disorders in women and men were revealed in the sample, and facts of a decrease in reactive and personal anxiety in military personnel of various genders were revealed.

The work reflects the urgency of the problem of military-patriotic education in the troops of the National Guard of the Russian Federation, reveals the need to develop a technology of military-patriotic education of military personnel during the development of moral values system in units, which is confirmed by the creation of the Coordinating Council for Military-Patriotic Education of the Federal National Guard Service of the Russian Federation under the Director of the Federal National Guard Service of the Russian Federation – Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard of the Russian Federation V.V. Zolotov. The subject of the work is the pedagogical conditions of the proposed technology of military-patriotic education of military personnel. The study of the essence of technologies for the development of patriotic qualities makes it necessary to identify the nature of their real implementation, to determine what is characteristic of this process. The chosen method makes it possible to achieve the goal. The obtained results may be applied both in the National Guard troops and in other military formations. The main causes and disadvantages of military-patriotic education of the military personnel of the National Guard troops are analyzed, as a result of which it can be concluded that there is insufficient theoretical, methodological and methodological justification, the lack of an optimal planning system and practice of conducting special classes with military educators from the leading problems of military-patriotic education, the lack of creative tasks and creative orientation of military-patriotic education, insufficiently effective organization and conduct of military-patriotic education events, weak implementation of educational functions of the military-social environment and the life of personnel, once again emphasizes the relevance of the work.

The urgency of the article is due to the stable European integration aspirations of Ukraine, the participation of military formations of Ukraine in particular the National Guard of Ukraine in international cooperation, so the organization of language training in military units in modern conditions should become an integral part of professional development and training of officers in general. An analysis of scientific sources on the readiness of officers to conduct language training in military units of both the NGU and the Armed Forces revealed that this problem has not been studied and needs additional attention. The essence of the of the readiness of officers to carry out language training in the military units of NGU is revealed – this is the quality that is formed as a result of a set of measures for the formation of professional readiness for service and pedagogical activity which is formed by purposeful pedagogical influence for the formation of psychological readiness and the necessary competencies.
