The monograph under review reflects the content of such an urgent problem for modern military psychology as a possibility of a formalized description and evaluation of the moral-political and psychological state of any military personnel using entropy measures. The monograph presents a model of a military personnel using the theory of graphs, an entropic model of the moral-political and psychological state of a military personnel, and also describes a scientific research devoted to studying social and psychological phenomena among cadets of the Military Educational and Scientific Centre of the Navy “Naval Academy” and St. Petersburg University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The monograph can be recommended for the use as additional educational literature and will be efficient to students and cadets of various forms and areas of training, mastering socio-psychological and psychological-pedagogical academic disciplines.

Abstract Stem wood, obtained from the cuttings of care in low-forest areas is of low quality. Such wood has a number of vices, one of which is simple curvature, which has impact on the voluminous and commercial output of round timber. Reducing this influence can be achieved through high-quality bucking. Therefore, the purpose of the work presented is to increase the volume and commercial output of round timber harvested in low-forest areas. The developed technique using computers allows to solve the tasks of modeling the shape of wood whips and logs using multi-critical optimization and bucking whips having curvature. The use of the proposed technique allows for results adequate to the real production conditions, as evidenced by the methods of decision-making used. Scientific research and theoretical developments, taking into account the formed database, allowed to search for the optimal scheme of cutting when bucking round timber, performed according to the algorithm based on the busting of acceptable variants using modern theory of graphs and matrixes. As a result, the developed program will reduce the time for data formation, guarantee the accuracy of the results, the program easily adapts to natural and production conditions and will expand the possibilities for Computer-aided design.

Рассмотрены вопросы организации тактовой сетевой синхронизации (ТСС) в сетях пятого поколения. Предложен новый метод обнаружения и устранения петель в сети ТСС на основе определения компонент связности графа и анализа матрицы циклов графа сети синхронизации, оценена эффективность его использования. Основным математическим аппаратом, используемым для описания предложенного метода, является теория графов и матриц. The article discusses the issues of the organization of clock network synchronization in 5G networks. A new method of detecting and eliminating loops in a synchronization network basedondeterminingthecomponentsofthegraphconnectivity and analyzing the graph cycle matrix of a synchronization network is proposed, and the efficiency of its utilization is estimated. The main mathematical apparatus used to describe the proposed method is the theory of graphs and matrices.

Subject. The article addresses elaboration of methods for strategic management of production capacities to bring them to practical use at the level of individual industrial enterprises. Objectives. The purpose of the study is to develop optimization models to manage production capacities of industrial enterprises at the strategic level. The models are focused on bringing enterprise structure to the optimal condition in terms of output of products that are in demand in the market. Methods. The study employs methods of analysis and synthesis, principles of consistency and complexity, theory of graphs, matrix calculus. Results. To develop existing approaches to the strategic management of production capacities, I offer a multicriteria optimization model, structurally consisting of several mathematical programming problems. Conclusions. If used, the optimization models for the development of a production capacity management strategy will enable modern Russian enterprises to significantly increase their competitiveness and operational efficiency, since the level of production capacity affects the positioning of an enterprise in the market, its cost structure, etc.

A pancyclic graph of order n is a graph with cycles of all possible lengths from 3 to n . In fact, it is NP-complete that deciding whether a graph is pancyclic. Because the spectrum of graphs is convenient to be calculated, in this study, we try to use the spectral theory of graphs to study this problem and give some sufficient conditions for a graph to be pancyclic in terms of the spectral radius and the signless Laplacian spectral radius of the graph.

Gutman index of a connected graph is a degree-distance-based topological index. In extremal theory of graphs, there is great interest in computing such indices because of their importance in correlating the properties of several chemical compounds. In this paper, we compute the exact formulae of the Gutman indices for the four sum graphs (S-sum, R-sum, Q-sum, and T-sum) in the terms of various indices of their factor graphs, where sum graphs are obtained under the subdivision operations and Cartesian products of graphs. We also provide specific examples of our results and draw a comparison with previously known bounds for the four sum graphs.

The article discusses the problem of determining the reliability and residual life of chimneys of industrial buildings, taking into account an integrated approach, which includes calculating the reliability of the "Chimney" system using the theory of graphs. Four chimneys were considered as objects for assessment: three brick and one metal. During the inspection, typical damage to each type of structure was revealed, the results of measurements of the strength of materials and verification calculations were analyzed. It was found that the results of calculating the residual resource of brick pipe No. 1 (the residual resource is exhausted, the structure is inoperative) is confirmed by the result of calculating the roll of the building (the roll exceeds the maximum allowable). Also, as a result of the calculation using a comprehensive methodology, the reduced reliability of metal pipes was confirmed in comparison with brick chimneys.
