This study examines four variables namely leadership style, job satisfaction, motivation, and nurse performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the effect of leadership and job satisfaction on nurse performance by testing individual motivation as intervening. The research respondents were nurses with government employees who worked at Regional Public Hospital (RSUD) Dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Mojokerto city, Indonesia. A total of 117 were sampled for this study. The analysis technique is descriptive and linear regression for confirmation on a structural equation model built by the researcher. The quantitative approach was chosen to explain the influence between research variables. Data collection used a questionnaire. The results of this study found that the leadership style had led to individual motivational behaviour which ultimately had a positive impact on nurse performance. Nurse Job satisfaction affects individual motivation and nurse performance.

This study aims to examine and analyze the relationship between leadership style, work environment, job satisfaction and employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Khrisna Multi Lintas Cemerlang with the research population were all employees who work in the company. All data obtained from questionnaires were suitable for use, then were analyzed by using structural equation model based on variant analysis which is known as Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of this research shows that the leadership style has positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has positive and significant effect on employee performance, the leadership style has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and job satisfaction has positive and significant on employee performance. The implication of this research was that the leadership needs to give freedom to subordinate to express their opinions, the workplace air temperature was well regulated, the work that was charged according to the ability and expertise, always guided by the company standard in carrying out each task and the employee has high knowledge in solving problem

This research investigates the determinants of entrepreneurial intention among Vietnamese employees, a crucial segment of potential entrepreneurs yet mostly neglected in previous studies. Given the focus on intention to create an international business venture and the working segment, we expand the entrepreneurial event theory by supplementing perceived competence and job satisfaction as determinants of entrepreneurial intention while testing the mediation of perceived feasibility and perceived desirability in such relationships correspondingly. Three focus groups on 27 Vietnamese employees were conducted to explore the specific relevant competences and develop the conceptual model. Afterwards, data from an empirical survey on 567 Vietnamese employees was analysed using a partial least squares structural equation model to test the hypothesised relationships. The empirical results indicate that perceived competences, viz. administrative competence, communication skills, network building competence, and international business expertise have a positive impact on entrepreneurial intention. The relationships between either administrative competence, network building capacity or international business expertise, and entrepreneurial intention are totally mediated by perceived feasibility. The study also reveals a noteworthy finding about the negative direct effect of overall job satisfaction on entrepreneurial intention and the partial mediating role of perceived desirability in this relationship.

<p>The problem of this research was Turnover intention is a factor of discomfort experienced agent in a company. Turnover intention needs to get serious attention to the organization especially to leadership or manager so can applying force leadership proper and improve job satisfaction to reduce job stress in the company.<br />The purpose of this research was the effect of leadership style and job satisfaction toward Turnover intention throught job stress at customer service (frontline) PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE), Tomang Jakarta.<br />The methodology of this research was testing hypothesis. The data used were primary data collected from questionaire. The samples consisted of 164customer service (frontline)PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE), which were determined through purposive sampling method. The data were analyzed through Structural Equation Model (SEM) of AMOS version 23.0for Windows.<br />The results of the study showed that there have been negative effect and significant between leadership style and job satisfaction toward Turnover intention throught job stress. The role of job stress very dominant as a mediator the influence of leadership style and job satisfaction toward Turnover intention.<br />Implication of this research is expected to managers can increase the determinants job stress itself for example by raising job satisfaction (salary, reward, job promotion) and applying force leadership proper and able to adjust with all the work situation.</p>

<p>This research refers to the previous research which has done by Chiang and Wang (2012)<br />and also completed by Kalber and Cenker (2007). This research is about “the impact of leadership<br />style on organization commitment mediating by job satisfaction and trust on employed at bank<br />sectors”. The background of this research is to know the impact of leadership style on organization<br />commitment. The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of leadership style on<br />organization commitment mediating by job satisfaction and trust. The research is using primary<br />data by spreading questionnaires to 250 employes of banking sectors in DKI Jakarta, such as:<br />Bank Mandiri, Bank Negara Indonesia, Bank Jabar, Bank Bukopin and Bank Central Asia during<br />2015, however there are 201 questionnaires were returned. The method of data analysis used is<br />Structural Equation Model (SEM). The result of this research concludes that there are positive<br />impacts of leadership style on organization commitment mediating by job satisfaction and trust.<br />Keywords: Leadership Style, Job Satisfaction, Trust, Organization Commitment, Banking Sectors.</p>

This study aimed to examine the effect of work-life balance and work motivation on job satisfaction. The literature review used to discuss the dynamics between variables is work-life balance, motivation and job satisfaction. The approach to this research is quantitative, and the number of respondents involved in this study was 212 people who filled out the survey through an online survey. We collect data during new normal situations. The data analysis technique in this study refers to the structural equation model. The results obtained show that all hypotheses are proven. In other words, this study has shown that work-life balance affects job satisfaction, then work motivation affects job satisfaction, and work-life balance can mediate work motivation on job satisfaction.

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dasar teori model konseptual resolusi kepemimpinan dan konflik, mengamati pengaruhnya untuk kepuasan kerja, komitmen dan efektivitas organisasi. Penelitian ini melakukan tes empiris mengenai hubungan antara variabel-variabel, yaitu gaya kepemimpinan adaptif, resolusi konflik, kepuasan kerja, komitmen afektif dan efektivitas organisasi. Penelitian ini mengembangkan model teoritis empiris sebagai dasar untuk menguji dan menganalisis konflik substantif dan gaya kepemimpinan adaptif integratif dan juga implikasinya terhadap otonomi tugas, kerja sama tim, kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan efektivitas program studi di universitas. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah program studi utama dan atau departemen dari PTS di Kota Semarang. Path Analysis dengan Structural Equation Model digunakan untuk menganalisa dan menguji hipotesis. Penelitian ini telah mengungkapkan temuan baru, yaitu kemampuan gaya kepemimpinan adaptif integratif menjadi mediasi antara hubungan kepuasan kerja dan efektifitas organisasi.</p><p><br />The objective of the research is to develop a conceptual model of the basic theory of resolution leadership and conflict, to observe the influence of job satisfaction, commitment and organizational effectiveness. It is an empirical study to test the relationship of the variables such as adaptive leadership style, conflict resolution, job satisfaction, affective commitment and organizational effectiveness. The study develops an empirical theoretical model as a basis to test and analyze the substantive conflict and integrative adaptive leadership style and also the implications for task autonomy, teamwork, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and study programs effectiveness at the university. The samples of the<br />study are the main study programs or departments at private universities in Semarang. The data were analyzed by Path Analysis with Structural Equation Model to analyze and test the hypothesis. The result of the study shows the new finding; it is the ability of integrative adaptive leadership style becomes the mediation between job satisfaction and organizational effectiveness.</p>

This study aimed to identify and analyze the effect of leadership and spirituality styles on organizational commitment and performance of Balai Yasa Surabaya. The population were all staff in the production unit that were determined using non-random sampling. The technique sampling was saturated sampling; and the samples were 155 respondents. While the analysis technique applied SEM (Structural Equation Model). As the results, this study indicated that the leadership style had a significant effect on organizational commitment, that the spirituality had a sigificant effect on organizational commitment, that the organizational commitment had a significant effect on employee performance, that the leadership style had a significant effect on employee performance, and that the spirituality had a significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the organizational commitment mediated the effect of  leadership style on employee performance; and the organizational commitment mediated the effect of spirituality on employee performance.              Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan spiritualitas terhadap komitmen organisasional dan kinerja karyawan Balai Yasa Surabaya Gubeng. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampling jenuh, semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel yakni sebanyak 155 responden. Populasi penelitian ini menggunakan penentuan non random sampling dimana respondennya merupakan karyawan bagian unit produksi dan unit penunjangnya. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis SEM (Structural Equation Model). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, spriritualitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, komitmen organisasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan spiritualitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasional memediasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan komitmen organisasional memediasi pengaruh spiritualitas terhadap kinerja karyawan

The purpose of this study to analyze the influence of work motivation, job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and organizational commitment as implemented in vocational teachers mediasi.Penelitian Gayamsari District Semarang with a sample of 160 teacher.Teknik analysis technique used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with software AMOS Ver 22.Hasil this study indicate that the causal relationships between variables significantly.The results of this study explains that variabel motivation and commitment is an important factor for improving the quality of learning, because as mental stimulation which is owned by a person in doing voluntary work as guru. But attitude as a form of job satisfaction should be encouraged in the interests of the organization. All of these will be able to bring more students to study in earnest

Purpose Based on review of literature it is found that presenteeism is one of the biggest management tests a business can face and the question that arises is to what extent does the perception of leadership style affects perceived intention to quit as mediated by perceived presenteeism, perceived work life balance and perceived job satisfaction. Design/methodology/approach Based on review of literature, the researcher developed an instrument that was concise and easy to understand. This instrument was undergone a robust process of development and testing. The content of the questionnaire was based on review of literature and after piloting, the construct validity of the Likert 5- points scale items was established using factor analysis. Most of the items were drawn from previously tested questionnaires in the literature but were modified to suit the Arabic culture. The psychometric properties of reliability were determined using Cronbach’s Alpha. The instrument was distributed to a large sample of employees working for different SMEs in Lebanon. Furthermore, the researcher depended on highly trained girls to conduct structured face-to-face interviews by visiting respondents at their homes and/or work. The sample size was determined using the statistical confidence formula. Findings Almost half of the respondents reported that they don’t perceive their leaders as role models that listen to employees or create a sense of community among them. Almost two thirds believe that employees in our country are trained to work under stress, demonstrate lack of loyalty and like to quit their job. Most employees still force themselves to go and be present at work even if they have health or non–health problems. Results show a weak negative correlation; perceived Intention to Quit decreases as level of perceived collaborative leadership, job satisfaction and presenteeism increase. Furthermore, it is highly recommended that decision makers at the surveyed Lebanese SMEs make presenteeism and job satisfaction a priority, because they are considered critical and highly important. What’s more, leadership is the first step in reducing employees’ turnover. Originality This article empirically tested structural equation model (path Analysis) within the context of leadership in a developing country.

<div><p><em>The purpose of this study was to analyze the direct influence of work motivation, leadership style and competence on job satisfaction, and the same direct influence on employee performance, analyze the direct effect of job satisfaction on the performance and analyze the influence not directly work motivation, leadership style and competence through job satisfaction on employee performance. This study has performed on the Regional office of Kopertis IX Sulawesi using 125 employees as a sample. The Data from the questionnaires were analyzed using Structural Equation Model using AMOS assistance 18. The study found that work motivation is a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Application of motivation in the form of existence, connectivity and growth is still low, but the motivation needed to improve employee satisfaction. Competence is a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Employee competence is still not oriented towards the innovation and technology in influencing employee performance improvement. Competence is a positive and insignificant effect through job satisfaction on employee performance. Competence practice adapted to the needs of work at the moment, these conditions have an impact on the low level of job satisfaction perceived by employees so that the cause of employee performance</em></p></div>
