This paper presents the efforts of madrasah in building a quality culture towards superior madrasah in Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Hikam, Kapongan, Situbondo. This is done in order to meet the complexity of the demands of society and respond to the changing times, especially in entering the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The efforts made by Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Hikam in building a quality culture towards superior madrasah namely; 1) designing high performance-oriented attitudes and behavioral standards, both for the headmaster, administrative staff, teachers and students, 2) formulating the best service standards that must be obeyed by all madrasah residents to improve the quality of service to customers, especially students and parents, 3) integrating quality culture in all activities in madrasah, 4) giving awards to madrasah who have high achievements and providing guidance for those who have low performance, 5) providing motivation to madrasah to continue to improve their performance to suit the expectations of all parties, so that a superior madrasah quality can be created.

AbstrakManajemen asuhan keperawatan merupakan suatu proses keperawatan yang menggunakan konsep manajemen secara umum didalamnya seperti perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan dan pengendalian atau evaluasi. Peningkatan mutu pelayanan adalah derajat memberikan pelayanan secara efisien dan efektif sesuai dengan standar profesi, standar pelayanan yang dilaksanakan secara menyeluruh sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasien, memanfaatkan teknologi tepat guna dan hasil penelitian dalam pengembangan pelayanan kesehatan/ keperawatan sehingga tercapai derajat kesehatan yang optimal. Improving the quality of service is the degree of providing services in an efficient and effective in accordance with professional standards, service standards are implemented thoroughly in accordance with the needs of patients, utilizing appropriate technology and research results in the development of health services / nursing to achieve optimal health. This research is the empirical study of one of the manufacturing industries in Tangerang. The main purpose of this research analyses the influence of innovation capability and work productivity towards the service quality of the workers to customers. Sample collection of this research is done by questionnaires with random sampling method spread to all permanent workers in the industry. The total samples that are valid have the amount of 115 samples. Data procession in this research is done by SEM method with a software called SmartPLS 3.0. The result of the study proved that innovation capabilities and work productivity of a worker have a significant positive influence on the quality of service. Likewise, innovation capability has a significant positive influence on work productivity. This research suggests a model improve the quality of service of a manufacturing industry through the improvement of innovation capability and work productivity of the workers. This research could pave the way to improve worker’s and company’s readiness to face the era of industrial revolution 4.0. Keywords: Innovation capability, quality of service, work productivity.

Diffserv-aware and Traffic Engineering combine the advantages of MPLS, Traffic Engineering (TE) and Differentiated Services (Diffserv, DS) to provide high performance and Quality of Service(QoS) in networks. We have designed three scenarios on Juniper Networks platforms to analyze the packet loss rate and delay for video, voice and data. The results show that MPLS DS-TE can improve the QoS for differentiated service effectively. The research has practical value for the development of DS-TE based on MPLS.

Virtual education is distance teaching in which teachers and students are in different places but can be connected to each other via the internet network. The virtual education system is divided into two, namely Learning Management System (LMS) and virtual classes. One of virtual education is video conferencing (vicon). A fully capable network is required to comply with Quality of Service (QoS) standards for real-time applications. This study analyzes the QoS of vicon features in LMS at the University of Nasional that is BigBlueButtonBN. Based on the QoS parameters obtained 25% throughput, 100% packet loss, 84.75% delay, 37.5% jitter and 58.5% MOS. Based on the bandwidth requirements of each parameter, the results are 61.2% or 27.9411MB. The paper proposes a solution to the problem of selecting the bandwidth capabilities of digital communication channels of a transport communication network taking into account the imbalance of data traffic by priorities. The algorithm for selecting bandwidth guarantees the minimum costs associated with renting digital communication channels with optimal bandwidth, provided that the requirements for quality of service of protocol data blocks of the first, second, and k-th priority in an unbalanced in terms of priorities transport communication network are met. At the first stage of solving the problem, using the method of Lagrange multipliers, an algorithm for selecting the capacities of digital communication channels for a balanced in terms of priorities transport network was developed. High performance of this algorithm was ensured by applying algebraic operations on matrices (addition, multiplication, etc.). At the second stage of solving the problem, using the generalized Lagrange multipliers method, we compared the conditional extrema of the cost function for renting digital communication channels for single active quality of service requirements for protocol data blocks, for all possible pairs of active quality of service requirements for protocol data blocks, for all possible triples of active requirements for the quality of service of protocol data units, and so on up to the case when all the requirements for quality of service maintenance of protocol data units are active simultaniously. At the third stage of solving the problem, an example of selecting the bandwidth capabilities of digital communication channels of the unbalanced by priorities transport network consisting of eight routers serving protocol data blocks of three priorities was considered. At the fourth stage of the solution of the problem of the choice of carrying capacities the estimation of efficiency of the developed algorithm by a method of simulation modeling was carried out. To this end, in the environment of the network simulator OMNet ++, the unbalanced in terms of priority transport communication network consisting of eight routers connected by twelve digital communication channels with optimal bandwidth was investigated.

Abstract :Medical record services in hospitals has not fulfill the quality of good medical record. Based on Minimum Service Standards (SPM) of medical record in Lavalette Hospital in 2015 shows that overall indicator of SPM medical record has not reached the target as stated in Kepmenkes No. 129/Menkes/SK/II/2008. It is because performance of medical record officer in the Lavalette Hospital can be said that not good enough in its implementation. The factors that cause high low performance is an ability factor and motivation factor. This research aims to study the relationship between work motivation and work ability with performance of medical record officer at Lavalette Hospital. This method of research was explanatory survey. The subject of research was all medical record officers with number of people is 7 . C ollecting data using questionnaires, observation and interview sheets. Analysis of data using statistical test of Rank Spearman. Based on these results of research by comparing rho count value with rho table value (α=0.05) 0.786, shows that there is no significant relationship between work motivation and performance (0.661<0.786) and there is a significant relationship between work ability and performance (0.813>0.786).Keywords :Work Motivation, Work Ability, Perfomance of Medical Record OfficersAbstrak :Pelayanan rekam medis di rumah sakit masih belum memenuhi mutu rekam medis yang baik. Berdasarkan Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) rekam medis Rumah Sakit Lavalette tahun 2015, menunjukkan bahwa keseluruhan indikator SPM rekam medis belum mencapai sasaran sesuai yang tercantum pada Kepmenkes No. 129/Menkes/SK/II/2008. Hal ini disebabkan karena kinerja petugas rekam medis di Rumah Sakit Lavalette masih kurang baik dalam pelaksanaannya. Faktor yang berhubungan dengan tinggi rendahnya kinerja adalah faktor kemampuan dan faktor motivasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi kerja dan kemampuan kerja dengan kinerja petugas rekam medis di Rumah Sakit Lavalette. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian survei explanatory. Subyek penelitian adalah seluruh petugas rekam medis yang berjumlah 7 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, lembar observasi dan wawancara. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji korelasi Rank Spearman. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan membandingkan nilai rho hitung dengan nilai rho tabel (α=0,05) 0,786 menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja (0,661<0,786) dan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kemampuan kerja dengan kinerja (0,813>0,786).Kata kunci :Motivasi Kerja, Kemampuan Kerja, Kinerja Petugas Rekam Medis

The use of the internet currently has very high mobility, both used for streaming, browsing, downloading and uploading data. Along with the changing times and the demands for information services that are fast, precise, and accurate, making the network a major need, especially in the world of education. The use of internet facilities requires management to manage each data. For this reason, there is a need for Quality of Service on the network to optimize the distribution of networks evenly and fairly for each client and network user. The results of the study show that network quality by implementing Quality of Service is more optimal and network distribution is more even and stable
