AbstrakManajemen asuhan keperawatan merupakan suatu proses keperawatan yang menggunakan konsep manajemen secara umum didalamnya seperti perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan dan pengendalian atau evaluasi. Peningkatan mutu pelayanan adalah derajat memberikan pelayanan secara efisien dan efektif sesuai dengan standar profesi, standar pelayanan yang dilaksanakan secara menyeluruh sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasien, memanfaatkan teknologi tepat guna dan hasil penelitian dalam pengembangan pelayanan kesehatan/ keperawatan sehingga tercapai derajat kesehatan yang optimal. Preparaing rooms for covid 19 patients must be supported by the availability of superior human resources and good nursing management functions. Nursing care given to Covid 19 patients must be complete and well documented. The quality of service needs to be monitored on an ongoing basis by optimizing the supervisory function of the head of the room and the orphans by means of nursing supervision. The purpose of this analysis is to determine the usefulness of the nursing room supervision function in this case by implementing nursing supervision. The use of the action method in this analysis aims to develop new skills or new approaches and be applied directly and studied the results. The assessment using eight nursing management functions carried out in Sulaiman 4 room Roemani Muhammadiyah Semarang Hospital found that the most priority problems were not optimal in the implementation of the supervisory activities of the head of the room and head of the team. The supervision activities in the Sulaiman 4 room have actually been carried out but have not been scheduled and well documented. Actions taken by refreshing the nursing supervision through Small Group Discus activities, preparation of supervision schedules and making supervision formats. Evaluation of the actions taken, SGD was attended by 19 participants consisting of 15 nurses Sulaiman 4 and four other inpatient heads, the supervision schedule was made according to the agreement of the Head of the Room and the Head of the Team. The direct supervision format was used in Sulaiman 4 room according to the predetermined schedule, namely on December 11, 2020. The results achieved from the supervision obtained a significant increase in the number of completeness of nursing documentation from 48.24% to 82.98%.

This paper presents the efforts of madrasah in building a quality culture towards superior madrasah in Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Hikam, Kapongan, Situbondo. This is done in order to meet the complexity of the demands of society and respond to the changing times, especially in entering the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The efforts made by Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Hikam in building a quality culture towards superior madrasah namely; 1) designing high performance-oriented attitudes and behavioral standards, both for the headmaster, administrative staff, teachers and students, 2) formulating the best service standards that must be obeyed by all madrasah residents to improve the quality of service to customers, especially students and parents, 3) integrating quality culture in all activities in madrasah, 4) giving awards to madrasah who have high achievements and providing guidance for those who have low performance, 5) providing motivation to madrasah to continue to improve their performance to suit the expectations of all parties, so that a superior madrasah quality can be created.

Objective: Investigate the understanding of nurses who work at a teaching hospital, in relation to NCS and the nursing process; ascertain facilities/difficulties related to the applicability of the nursing process in that service; and verify the opinions of those professionals for the improvement and/or effectiveness of the nursing process at the hospitalization units of the hospital. Method: Exploratory, descriptive study, with a qualitative approach. The sample consisted of 42 nurses who answered a questionnaire. The empirical material was analyzed and categorized based on the content analysis technique and discussed in the light of the literature. Results: From the participants' discourses, two categories of analysis emerged: 1) understanding of NCS as a tool to organize the Nursing work process and improve the quality of care; and 2) applicability of the nursing process at the various hospitalization units of the institution. Conclusion: The implementation and applicability of that method depend on not only the knowledge and motivation of the nursing professionals, but also on a strategic planning involving management and staff, from the recognition of their importance in order to obtain adherence and effective operationalization in practice. ABSTRACT In last two decades most of the tasks performed by nurses have not been directly related to patient care. Nurses spend more time on writing documentation or medical records of patients. Implementation of electronic medical record can reduce the time used for documentation or in other hand will increase the time for nurses to interact with patients then eventually can improve the quality of nursing care. Purpose of this literature review is to find out the implementation of electronic-based nursing care documentation (EHR) in improving the quality of nursing care in terms of EFETEC aspects. Method used by author is a literature review. Database used is Science Direct, PROQUEST, Scopus, Ebscho and Scholar Article with the keywords; electronic health record, EHR, Documentation in nursing, Quality of nursing care. Implementation of electronic nursing care documentation can improve the service quality. Improvement of the quality of service is reviewed with EFETEC which consists of efficient, focus for patient, effective, time discipline, equality, confidentiality. In the era of health workers 4.0 the utilization of electronic nursing care documentation requires continuous development in order to improve the quality of service for patients.  KEYWORDS: electronic health record, nursing care documentation, quality of nursing care

Objective: understanding the meaning of managing nursing care for puerperae and newborns in primary healthcare. Methods: qualitative study, based on the theoretical framework of Data-based Theory. Participant observation and semi-structured individual interviews were conducted with eleven primary healthcare nurses. The analytical process involved open, axial, and selective coding/integration. Results: the central phenomenon, Promoting the management of nursing care in primary healthcare, indicates the leadership of nurses when dealing with challenges in the context of care. That suggests actions and interactions to guarantee autonomy and the quality of care, in addition to empowering the parents. Conclusion: the management of care from nurses who participated in the research aims to embrace the mother-child and family particularities since the prenatal, and to promote a singular, multidimensional, continuous, vigilant, and systematized care, which values the subjectivity and the main role of the woman-mother and the care they should have with themselves and the newborn.

Objetivo: Evaluar la calidad del cuidado de enfermería en una población de pacientes con tratamiento de hemodiálisis en la ciudad de Bogotá. Materiales y Métodos: Se realizó un estudio descriptivo de corte transversal, mediante la aplicación de la adaptación colombiana del instrumento Care-Q que relaciona actitudes y actividades de cuidado que realiza el enfermero(a) y que fueron evaluadas por el paciente a través de una escala Likert. El universo estuvo conformado por la totalidad de los pacientes en hemodiálisis que pertenecen a un grupo de apoyo de pacientes crónicos, se llegó a un tope de 100 pacientes convocados a los cuales se les aplicó el instrumento. Resultados: Se determinó que entre el 60% y 85% de la población evaluaba de manera positiva los cuidados proporcionados por el personal de enfermería. Conclusiones: Se encontró un porcentaje considerable de satisfacción dentro de la población participante, lo cual se contrasta con lo evidenciado en la literatura donde se plantea que el enfermero (a) es el profesional más indicado para el cuidado de este tipo de pacientes, también se hizo evidente la necesidad de generar investigaciones dirigidas a la evaluación continua de la atención de enfermería, debido a que ello facilita la creación de acciones de mejoramiento en la gestión del cuidado y permite trabajar por el cumplimiento de la calidad en la atención en salud.Palabras clave: Satisfacción del Paciente; Mecanismos de Evaluación de la Atención de Salud; Fallo Renal CrónicoEstimation of quality of nursing care in patients subjected to hemodialysisAbstractObjective: To evaluate the quality of nursing care in a population of patients with hemodialysis treatment in the city of Bogotá. Contemporary and future nursing practices are increasingly being designed with nursing theories as to its foundation. The aim of this article is to describe an in-service education program for nursing administrators centered on the theory of Technological Competency as Caring in Nursing (TCCN). This theory is framed chiefly within the concepts of technology, caring, nursing, and technological competency. Influencing the significance of in-service education is theory-based practice with advancing technologies in human caring. The in-service education program was organized as a five-month, one-hour a month lecture and discussion series. In each session, educational contents are focused on the nursing process as caring based on the theory of TCCN. This education is a plan that will gradually educate the nurse manager group, the mid-level nursing staff group, and finally to the staff nurse group. This hierarchically organized in-service educational plan aims to systematically improve their knowledge and practice situation for three years. During each session, theory content included “knowing persons as caring” as the nursing process based on the theory of TCCN. Participating in these lectures are envisioned to increase knowledge about TCCN for the purpose of improving the overall quality of nursing care outcomes. An organized educational plan will improve the quality of nursing care as influenced by the use of the theory of TCCN in the practice of nursing.

Nursing interruptions can suspend the nursing process and distracting the nurses’ attention. In a nursing information system, there are lots of pop-up windows to notify the nurses to complete the nursing records. These notifications can also interrupt the original work. We proposed an “Integrated Reminders of Nursing Written Assignment” system to reduce the number of interruptions from the nursing information system. The result showed that the number of pop-up windows decreased from 489.48 to 0 per shift. The completeness of the nursing records raised from 97.3% to 100%. The “Integrated Reminders of Nursing Written Assignment” can effectively reduce the frequency of nursing interruptions and improve the quality of nursing records.

ABSTRAK Pendahuluan: Perawat masa kini dituntut untuk dapat mengaplikasikan metode pendekatan pemecahan masalah dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan kepada klien. Pengkajian merupakan tahap yang paling utama dalam proses keperawatan, dimana pada tahap ini perawat melakukkan pengkajian data yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara/anammesis, catatan kesehatan lain dan pemeriksaan fisik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas pemeriksaan fisik oleh perawat diruang rawat inap medikal bedah dewasa di Rumah Sakit Advent Bandar Lampung. Metode: Deskriptif dengan melakukan observasi yang menggunakan checklist blangko yang berisi 69 butir pelaksanaan pemeriksaan fisik yang di adaptasi dari prosedur pemeriksaan fisik menurut Estes (2006). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat di ruang rawat inap medikal bedah dewasa Rumah Sakit Advent Bandar Lampung yang berjumlah 46 orang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan menghitung persentase. Hasil: Hasil pelaksanaan pemeriksaan fisik oleh perawat diruang medikal bedah dewasa Rumah Sakit Advent Bandar Lampung secara keseluruhan adalah 47,29% dengan kategori rendah. Aspek yang paling sering dilaksanakan adalah aspek pra-prosedur dengan nilai 68,2%, yang dikategorikan sedang. Sedangkan aspek yang kurang dilakukan adalah intra-prosedur(43.3%) dikategorikan kurang. Diskusi: Kualitas pemeriksaan fisik oleh perawat diruang medikal bedah dewasa di Rumah Sakit Advent Bandar Lampung termasuk dalam kategori rendah dengan interpretasi bahwa perawat kurang melakukan pemeriksaan fisik dengan benar yang mengakibatkan pengidentifikasian masalah kurang dan proses asuhan keperawatan tidak maksimal. Assessment is the most important stage of the nursing process, which at this stage nurse doing analysis of data obtained from the interviews/anamnesis , other health records and the results of a physical examination . The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of a physical examination by a nurse in inpatient adult medical-surgical department in Bandar Lampung Adventist Hospital. Result: The results of the implementation of a physical examination in a medical-surgical wards by nurses in Bandar Lampung Adventist Hospital overall was 47.29% with the low category. The aspect most often implemented is the aspect of the pre-procedure with a value of 68.2%, which is average. While aspects less to do is intra-procedure (43.3%) were categorized less. Methode: Descriptive by observation that use blank checklist containing 69 statements of the implementation of the physical examination was adopted from the physical examination procedures by Estes (2006 ). The population in this study were nurses in inpatient adult medical-surgical Bandar Lampung Adventist Hospital totaling 46 people selected by purposive sampling . Measurement is done by calculating the percentage. Discussion: Quality physical examination rendered by nurses in an adult medical-surgical wards in Bandar Lampung Adventist Hospital is in the low category with the interpretation that the nurses less doing right physical examination resulting in unidentified problems and lack of nursing care was not optimal.
