The purpose of this research are to analyze which factors can influence Indonesia’s consumer intention to buy local food by online and whether the intention can affect to purchasing decision or not. This research used Partial Least Square (PLS) as data analysis with significance level 5%. There are several requirements to fulfil the criteria of data anlaysis, they are convergent validity, discriminant validity, and composite reliability. The result is all of three requirement is achieved. Bootstrapping analysis was used to examine the significance and verify the hypotheses. There were five independent variables and two dependent variables. The independent variables were perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived trust, perceived risk, and perceived price. The dependent variables were intention to buy and purchasing decision. There are two variables which are significance towards intention to buy, they are perceived risk and perceived price. Perceived risk is significance and consistent with the theory which has negative effect towards intention to buy, while perceived price is significance and has positive effect towards intention to buy. Perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived trust are not significant toward intention to buy. Variables intention to buy is intervention variable which affect significantly towards purchasing decision. R-square score for intention to buy is 30.5% while r-square score for purchasing decision is 25.9%.

The world witnessed a rapid growth in the e-commerce in the recent years. Widespread use of mobile devices in the e-commerce has a role in this augmentation. Associated with growth of trading volume and the introduction of new devices, new products and solutions emerge and they diversify concerning online payments. Consumer attitudes and behaviors may change according to these developments. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors effecting adoption of mobile payment systems by the consumer. 225 individuals were surveyed online through convenience sampling method. A research model was developed and proposed relationships were tested using structural equation modeling. The empirical findings point out that perceived trust, perceived mobility and attitudes positively affect the adoption of MPS; perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have no effect on adoption of MPS. Furthermore perceived reputation positively related to perceived trust and finally environmental risk negatively related to perceived trust.

This research examines the factors affecting consumers’ mobile shopping (m-shopping) intentions in China and the United States. Drawing on the hedonic-motivation system adoption model (HMSAM), it is proposed that perceived ease of use affects m-shopping intentions; furthermore, this relationship is mediated by perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, and control. A survey-based cross-sectional analysis involving a total of 720 respondents constitutes the methodology of this study. In the United States, 409 responses from American citizens or residents were obtained from surveys administered online by MTurk. In China, 311 responses from Chinese consumers were obtained from surveys administered online by Sojump. Perceived usefulness, an extrinsic motive, directly affects behavioral intentions, especially for Chinese consumers, and this effect is also much stronger and complemented by an indirect effect for the Chinese (relative to American) consumers. In contrast, intrinsic motives of joy and control, which are strongly affected by perceived ease of use, do not influence intentions in either market. However, joy exerts an indirect influence on m-shopping intentions, but only for Chinese consumers. These results pertain to the specific context of m-shopping and establish further the importance of distinguishing between utilitarian and hedonic factors, especially across different markets.

Development of electronic money is able to create a trend less-cash society, which is a society’s behavior using non- cash transactions by utilizing the simplicity offered through electronic transactions. The purpose of this research is to determine the factors affecting the intention to use electronic money. We designed a questionnaire and used it to survey a simple random sampling of people who use of e-money in DKI Jakarta. The actual samples used for the study are 125 respondents. We analyzed the data using Structured Equation Modeling to evaluate the strength of the hypothesized effects. The result of the analysis showed that perceived ease of use has no significant effect on attitudes towards the use of e-money. Perceived ease of use has a significant effect on the perceived usefulness of e-money. Perceived usefulness has no significant effect on the intention to use e-money. Perceived usefulness has a significant effect on attitudes towards the use of e-money. Attitude has a significant effect on the intention to use e-money. Subjective norm has a significant effect on the intention to use e-money. Perceived behavioral control has no significant effect on the intention to use e-money. Keywords: electronic money, technology acceptance model, the theory of planned behavior.

Abstract Wikis, being one of the popular Web 2.0 tools, have impacted students’ engagement and performance particularly in the aspects of second and foreign language learning. While an increasing number of studies have focused on the effectiveness of wiki in improving students’ writing skills, this study was conducted to examine the attitudinal factors that influence English as a Second Language (ESL) students’ group collaboration in using wikis for a writing task that was divided into three phases: pre-writing, individual-construction, joint-constructions. Data collected from these students after completing this task was analyzed based on three attitudinal aspects: motivation, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use. The findings reveal high mean scores for all aspects. Further multiple regression analysis reveals that motivation is the most important factor associated with group collaboration, indicating the need to boost students’ motivation to encourage effective collaboration in completing wiki writing tasks.

Abstract: This study aims to develop and test the integrative model of the factors affecting customers’ acceptance intention of the adoption of blockchain technology. Data were collected from a sample of 195 customers who have been conducting transactions at Dong A Bank – Hue branch. Samples are selected by using the systematic random sampling method. Structural equation modelling (SEM) is used to test the hypothesized relationships. The findings indicate that six out of eight tested relationships are supported. Perceived usefulness (PU) and Perceived ease of use (PEU) are the most critical factors affecting customers’ Attitude (AT). Attitude also has a direct and positive correlation to customers’ acceptance Intention (IN). Notably, Personal characteristics (PC) and Risk perception (RP) are the two most influential factors affecting Perceived usefulness. And, the Perceived ease of use factor is only affected by customers’ Self-command (SC). In general, this study contributes to enriching the existing knowledge of blockchain adoption in banks and helps banks figure out an efficient way to adopt blockchain technology. Keywords: customers’ acceptance, blockchain adoption, Dong A Bank, Hue branch

Shopee was the largest e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia in 2020 by gross merchandise value and total orders. It is currently one of the leading e-commerce platforms in Malaysia. Despite the intense competition in the e-commerce space, Shopee has expanded aggressively across the Southeast Asian region over the last few years. Its successful business expansion is likely attributed to its profound competitive advantages. This study aims to examine the primary factors influencing customer satisfaction towards using Shopee for online purchasing in Malaysia. A survey questionnaire was used for data collection. A total of 100 Shopee users from Malaysia responded to the survey. The findings revealed that perceived ease of use and perceived convenience had influenced the customer satisfaction toward online purchasing on Shopee in Malaysia. Meanwhile, perceived usefulness and perceived trust did not significantly influence customer satisfaction towards Shopee in Malaysia. This study provides Shopee with valuable insights and guidance on customers’ perception of Shopee, leading to improved customer satisfaction.
