The article describes the technological aspects of the knowledge society. It is determined that modern productions are knowledge-oriented and significantly depend on scientific and technical products. Information processes that reflect the knowledge systems that describe modern production are studied, and their transdisciplinarity is determined. The technological constructs of the knowledge society are distinguished. The tasks of information-analytical support of the processes of its economic development are described. Aspects of forecast assessment of technical and economic indicators and decision support are determined. Cognitive meta-tasks for processing documentary knowledge systems, databases and knowledge are distinguished: structuring, analysis, synthesis and selection. The transdisciplinary integration of information resources that reflect the state of production in the knowledge society is described. The processes of information retrieval and formation of network digital collections of text documents relevant to the topics of research and examination are characterized. The implementation of the interactive form of interaction with each document and ensuring its attributive integration with the processed information resources is determined. The processes of continuous monitoring of network information resources, formation of interoperable protocols to support network-centric interaction and interconnection between documents; conducting multi-criteria comparative analysis of information sources by their properties and sampling according to the specified criteria of the relevant records and documents found in information systems and environments are described. A description of an example of transdisciplinary monitoring of production and products based on transdisciplinary analysis and reflection of information resources of the shipbuilding industry is provided.

The paper discusses an ontological approach to solving the problem of integrated use of Big Data through transdisciplinary semantic consolidation of information resources. The category of taxonomy is considered as a constructive for the formation of consolidated information, taking into account its semantics. The formation of a hyperset of taxonomies — taxonomic diversity — implements the consolidation of information resources, defined as a verbal-active function of interpreting a set of binary relations between all contexts reflecting the meanings of concepts that form the content of subject areas, whose information resources are involved in network interaction. The category of information consolidation, as a taxonomic diversity of information resources, is characterized by the existence of verbally active reflection and recursion. The concept of discourse is defined as the inter-contextual connectivity of network information resources, which is represented by verbal-active reflection, on the basis of which taxonomic diversity is realized. For consolidated network information, the format of narrative discourse is determined. The concept of an arbitrary taxonomy is defined as a term, which makes it possible to implement the process of forming taxonomies based on the use of sets of λ-terms. The topology of interaction of taxonomy concepts sets is represented as a set of marked Böhm trees. An example of the formation of the information resources consolidation in the study of historical and cultural heritage with the display of museum expositions in the format of 3D panoramas is given. An algorithm for the consolidation of 3D models of heritage conservation objects with network GIS services and network information resources is given.

This paper discusses the concept of opportunistic collaboration within the emerging mobile knowledge society. The paper illustrates how opportunistic collaboration can be applied to the areas of learning and earning by demonstrating how to transform a traditional unemployment agency into an Opportunistic Collaboration Agency based on an entrepreneurial supply-support network structured in the form of a prosumer manifold. The OCA pattern provides ways to capture the dynamics of entrepreneurial work-relations in the emerging ’work-portfolio society’, increase the transparency of the entire value chain of economic activities, and create prosumer value loops that can support multi-dimensional bartering and increase the opportunities for marginalized groups of people to create value together. The paper ends by demonstrating how to use the OCA pattern to transform a traditional educational institution into an Opportunistic Learning Activity Broker that could help to bridge the gap between formal and informal learning.

The article discusses the transition to a new stage of civilization, the knowledge society. In the modern world, knowledge is one of the major socio-economic resources for both the individual and the state. Accordingly, the educational strategy of any higher educational institution should be refocused to ensure smooth transition from the traditional model to innovative in order to prepare the modern student for a life in the society where innovation and intellectual resources play the major role. The modern library can act as a control centre of knowledge, integrate with the world information resources and mediate for the user in global information space using the tools and mechanisms of the electronic library. In this regard, the e-library becomes a knowledge management centre focused on the development and maximum use of intellectual potential of library for the purpose of preservation, reproduction, building up and broadcasting of knowledge. The article analyses the opportunities which are given by electronic library for the University. The authors constructed the scheme of interrelation of knowledge and information resources. The article considers the concept of proactive electronic library of the University as a system of information service of readers, the main purpose of which is to provide resources in any form and on any carrier using the classical and network forms of services based on the advanced inquiry services. The authors constructed the model of proactive University library, which is a complex system, incorporating elements of various properties and complexity. The proactive electronic library itself searches for information corresponding to the information needs of the user, without waiting for his request; that can influence the development of his information needs. Thus, the library transforms from a passive storage of information into an interaction partner. Information is automatically selected for the user, relevant to his educational and scientific interests, hobbies and preferred leisure.

The article focuses on the aspects of the realization of the young scientists constitutional right on the freedom of scientific creativity in the process of the implementation of research projects by providing access to modern achievements in science and technology. To solve this problem, it is proposed to create a transdisciplinary system of supporting the educational and research activities of the student youth by means of the software platform "Transdisciplinary Educational Dialogues of Application Ontological Systems". Cognitive IT software tools TODAOS provide the formation of transdisciplinary "prisms of knowledge", which are network ontological representations of the results of educational activities of student youth, semantically related to the network ontological representations of scientific and technical products of fundamental and applied researches of institutions of NAS of Ukraine and contextual connectivity indexes with thematically related scientific information, Ministry of Education’s curricula, and educational and methodological materials based on the interoperability and integrativeness of knowledge-oriented information resources and systems created in different formats and standards and technologies.
