The paper discusses an ontological approach to solving the problem of integrated use of Big Data through transdisciplinary semantic consolidation of information resources. The category of taxonomy is considered as a constructive for the formation of consolidated information, taking into account its semantics. The formation of a hyperset of taxonomies — taxonomic diversity — implements the consolidation of information resources, defined as a verbal-active function of interpreting a set of binary relations between all contexts reflecting the meanings of concepts that form the content of subject areas, whose information resources are involved in network interaction. The category of information consolidation, as a taxonomic diversity of information resources, is characterized by the existence of verbally active reflection and recursion. The concept of discourse is defined as the inter-contextual connectivity of network information resources, which is represented by verbal-active reflection, on the basis of which taxonomic diversity is realized. For consolidated network information, the format of narrative discourse is determined. The concept of an arbitrary taxonomy is defined as a term, which makes it possible to implement the process of forming taxonomies based on the use of sets of λ-terms. The topology of interaction of taxonomy concepts sets is represented as a set of marked Böhm trees. An example of the formation of the information resources consolidation in the study of historical and cultural heritage with the display of museum expositions in the format of 3D panoramas is given. An algorithm for the consolidation of 3D models of heritage conservation objects with network GIS services and network information resources is given.

Nowadays, the social economy is developing rapidly, the pace of urbanization is further accelerating, and more and more engineering projects are planned, resulting in greater social demand for land than before, and more and more work in land resource utilization and management. Seriously, people put forward higher requirements for land resource management system. How to use land resources more efficiently and manage land resource information more scientifically has become a key task of relevant land resource management departments. Based on this situation, this article studies the land use transformation and land resource management information system based on network GIS. This article first gives a quick introduction to the management status of land resources, and studies the GIS technology, and then analyzes the needs of the system, the overall framework and development methods of the system, and uses GIS and other related technologies to design and implement a land use Transformation and land resource management information system. At the end of this paper, the designed system has been tested for query speed and query accuracy. The test results show that the query speed of the system is generally faster, with an accuracy rate of 100%.

The focus of this study is a spatial analysis of the industry distribution and concentration, on the example of municipality of Tesanj (Bosnia and Herzegovina), based on the application of GIS methods. Municipality of Tesanj is one of the most developed municipalities in Bosnia and Herzegovina, while Tesanj?s industry significantly contributes to the economic development of this country. GIS analysis of industry was based on the field work, locating and georeferencing industrial companies, acquisition, adaptation, adjustment and validation of digital surface models and google satellite imagery, mapping of relief, hydrography and transport network. With the aim of geovisualization of spatial distribution of industry, spatial descriptive statistics and non-parametric density estimation analysis (Kernel Density Estimation) were performed. In order to determine the distribution of industry in relation to relief (elevation, slope, and aspect), hydrography and transport network, GIS techniques of reclassification, vectorization, count point in polygons, buffer and clip geoprocessing tools were used. Conducted research provided a new insight into the data mining and visualization based on principles of QGIS, the effects of geographic factors on industry distribution, and confirmed the importance of relief, hydrographic and transport network on the concentration of industry in municipality Tesanj.

The recent growth in the California hydrogen fuel cell vehicle (FCV) market offers the opportunity to analyze how refueling stations that drivers use after some experience compare with those they initially intended to use. Online surveys completed by 124 FCV adopters in California in early 2019 were analyzed. Respondents listed stations they initially planned to use, stations that they later used, subjective reasons for using them, and important travel destinations. Network GIS analysis was then used to measure estimated travel times between both available and planned retail hydrogen stations and home, work, and frequently traveled routes, both at the time of adoption and at the time of the survey. Results show that 40% of respondents changed refueling stations over time. Those with stations objectively nearer to home, work, and frequently traveled routes were less likely to change their list. Drivers were more likely to subjectively label stations as near home and less likely to label them as on the way compared with objective measurements of these criteria, though these differences are greater for respondents who changed stations. Regardless of whether the station was available pre-adoption or opened post-adoption, stations that respondents added to their lists were farther from home than those they initially intended to use. For stations available pre-adoption, reliability positively influenced adding them after experience, while stations added by drivers that opened post-adoption tended to require short deviations to reach. These results indicate that a mixture of geographic and station-level characteristics contribute to FCV drivers changing stations over time.

The paper presents a proposal related to the implementation of an Inter-University Network and Research Centers in the Ibero-American area, related to the management of spatial information using the Techniques of Information Technology and Communications (ICT), where it is proposed as a coordinating center and manager of knowledge to the Technical University of Manabí for having special geographical conditions and professionals with experience in the management of spatial databases and Geoportals. Universities and research centers are a reservoir of knowledge with high potential for the scientific and technical development of society. The Technical University of Manabí in Ecuador is an institution committed to the future of society, which outlines its vision of work in the implementation of projects that allow the use of technical and professional skills of students and teachers. In the current decade, projects are being developed at an international level aimed at strengthening the role of spatial information for the management of sustainable development on a social scale. Geographic information systems (GIS) and computer and communications (TIC) techniques have demonstrated their versatility to be applied to different lines of work and projects.
