Several real estate enterprises in China (hereinafter referred to as housing enterprises) rely on overseas financing to meet their financing needs, but it is fraught with challenges such as high financing costs. Premised on the internationalization of finance, combined with the background of "staying and not speculating" and establishing a long-term mechanism for real estate market, based on the investigation of the financing motives of real estate enterprises, combined with a large amount of data, the present study examines the current situation and predicament of overseas financing of housing enterprises. It proposes four feasible countermeasures to promote sustainable development of real estate enterprises overseas financing including building a special financing system to reduce the cost, expanding various financing channels, strengthening the supervision of overseas bond financing, and reducing the loss devaluation of RMB internally and externally.

The article discusses attempts to integrate land tax and property tax of individuals into a single tax on real estate in the Russian Federation. The analysis of foreign systems of property taxation on various grounds is given (level of distribution of powers, level of budget to which tax revenues, property, subject of tax are directed). The principles of the effectiveness of the system of taxation of real estate, developed by international practice, are identified.

In 2010 to 2013 the national macro-control policies on the real estate market has a strong compressive force, although the development of China's real estate investment market continued to grow still present, but under the influence of regulation just to be national policy, the growth momentum has slowed . Through the analyzing of real estate development methods in China and abroad, this thesis gives us a new idea of using green philosophy to develop Real Estate. According to current situation in China, a sustainable development view was put forward, using green design and green price concepts. Some real projects were given to prove this theory.
