Through the analyzing of real estate development methods in China and abroad, this thesis gives us a new idea of using green philosophy to develop Real Estate. According to current situation in China, a sustainable development view was put forward, using green design and green price concepts. Some real projects were given to prove this theory.

In recent years, the authorities of Puerto Vallarta have embarked on an urban regeneration pro‑ cess that allows real estate developers to excessively build apartments for tourism purposes, as evidence by the current situation in two of the iconic places in the destination: The Romantic Zone and Marina Vallarta. The objective of the work is to analyze the touristification process that the city faces as a result of real estate development and the transformation of housing and commerce in these areas. The study is of a mixed type and includes discourses about the modernization of the city and the perception of residents in local newspa‑ pers, the results of which show the accelerated process of touristification facing the city.

Nowadays economic activities and lifestyles must be green according to Sustainable Development, so Green Design must be taken at the whole process of product life cycle. Now 3R principles (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) is well-known for sustainable envelopment, but for the sake of accelerating green development, It should follows the 10R principles in green design: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Renew, Recharge(or Refill), Repair(or Remedy), Re-manufacture(or Recover), Replace(or Replant), Re-clear(or Refine) and Remove. The 10R principles can make green design at the first time to start green development. It is also the historical responsibility and obligation of contemporary designers.

By synthesizing various public data sources, this policy brief finds that Asian banks now make up a majority of minority banks, and their loans are concentrated in commercial real estate development. This brief underscores the need for improved data collection and access to research minority banks and the need to improve their contributions to equitable community development and sustainability.
