The block diagram of the binocular observation device is considered. A variant of the structural block diagram of a stereoscopic optoelectronic observation device is proposed.

The paper describes the main trends in the development of BIM technologies in the field of restoration and reconstruction of historical and cultural heritage buildings. The practical part of the paper presents the experience in using information modeling technologies when restoring the building, where the VI Congress of the Chinese Communist Party in Moscow took place. The use of laser scanning technologies made it possible to reproduce with high accuracy in the information model the original appearance of the building using Autodesk RevitR software. It is shown, how the use of information modeling technologies affects the duration of restoration process, taking into account the calculation of the structural scheme and bearing structures of the building, ensuring the identity of the decoration and the effective organization of electromechanical installation. Operating in a single BIM information environment makes it possible to continuously obtain reliable information on the project, which provides more effective information interaction and communication of participants compared to using traditional design methods.

Structural-parametric models, structural schemes are constructed and the transfer functions of electro-elastic actuators for nanomechanics are determined. The transfer functions of the piezoelectric actuator with the generalized piezoelectric effect are obtained. The changes in the elastic compliance and rigidity of the piezoactuator are determined taking into account the type of control. Keywords electro-elastic actuator, piezo actuator, structural-parametric model, transfer function, parametric structural scheme

The vast majority of electronic devices on-Board Russian spacecraft is placed on a temperature-controlled mounting surface is ON, however, in some tasks there is a necessity to place a separate electronic units out thermostated panels on remote spacecraft design. The article presents an autonomous system of providing thermal regime of electronic blocks of spacecraft and objects of space technology that require maintaining the operating temperature and are unable to be installed on the thermostatic landing surfaces of spacecraft. The proposed autonomous system of providing thermal regime can operate autonomously in the extended operating temperature range of the installation surface from -80 to +80 °C when the supply voltage changes in the range from 75 to 550% of the nominal value. The review of the existing solutions is presented, the substantiation of the proposed decision is given, the structural scheme of autonomous system of providing thermal regime is given and its description and an example of application is given.

Abstract The research starts from an analogy found between two apparently very different structural solutions: the double spiral pattern of the herringbone brick courses in the domes built by Antonio da Sangallo the Younger (1484-1546) during the Renaissance, and the particular pattern of a wooden floor ‘à la Serlio’, described by Amand Rose Emy in his Treatise at the beginning of 19th century, made by diagonal beams reciprocally sustained. The diagonal pattern of the floor has a geometrical relationship with the cross-herringbone pattern, so that the latter can be obtained by some geometrical transformations of the former. This pattern was also used in thin shells built by Nervi, from the destroyed airplane hangars in Tuscany to the Palazzetto dello sport in Rome, and even by Piacentini in 1936 and earlier in some neoclassical domes. Thus the construction tool, useful for building domes without expensive scaffolding, could have a structural role at the completed construction stage. Within the research different structures were investigated, in order to observe the relevance of this peculiar structural scheme particularly in the construction of modern domes.

The paper considers the conceptual provisions of building a promising cognitive information security system of the museum complex on a cyber-physical basis. The stratified model of cognitive information security system of the museum complex was presented. It was shown that the key technological platform for the security of the museum complex is information and network technologies integrated (converged) with the technologies of industrial artificial intelligence. The generalized structural scheme of the cognitive cycle of the information security system of the museum complex was considered. The characteristic of the basic processes realized in a cognitive contour was given.

Theoretical, methodological, scientific, methodical and applied principles of managing environmentally and socially oriented investments in sustainable development of rural areas have been developed and substantiated in the article. The model of investment process of ecologically and socially oriented economy has been developed. The analysis of corresponding existing models of investment process enabled to specify the management model, which corresponds to the environmentally and socially oriented economics. The block scheme of the system of analyzing and evaluating the efficiency of investment processes of sustainable rural development has been made. The determined methodological provisions and specified concepts enabled to ground the system of complex analyzing and assessing the effectiveness of investment processes in sustainable development of rural areas, including the evaluation of economic, social and environmental efficiency of investment projects. The mechanism of sustainable rural development, comprising consolidated elements and connections, has been grounded. The ecological aspects of investment policy as a component of the economic mechanism of sustainable rural development have been systematized. It has been determined that attracting investments in environmentally and socially oriented investment projects and programs has to be based on strengthening the ecological aspects of investment policy as part of stimulating sub-system of the economic mechanism of sustainable rural development.

Volcanic areas in the World are often difficult to map especially in a structural point of view as (1) fault planes are generally covered and filled by more recent lava flows and (2) volcanic rocks have very few tectonic striations. Kuei-Shan Tao (11km from Ilan Plain – NE Taiwan) is a volcanic island, located at the soutwestern tip of the South Okinawa trough (SWOT). Two incompatible geological maps had been already published both lacking faults and structural features (Hsu, 1963 and Chiu et al., 2010). We propose herein not only to up-date the Kuei-Shan Tao geological map with our high resolution dataset, but also to create the Kuei-Shan Tao structural scheme in order to better understand its geological and tectonic history.

Consequently, we first acquired aerial photographs from our UAS survey and get our new UAS high resolution DTM (HR UAS-DTM hereafter) with a ground resolution <10cm processed through classical photogrammetric methods. Taking into account common sense geomorphic and structural interpretation and reasoning deduced form our HR UAS-DTM, and the outcropping lithologies situated all along the shoreline, we have up-dated the Kuei-Shan Tao geological mapping and its major structures. To conclude, the lithologies (andesitic lava flows and pyroclastic falls) and the new structural scheme lead us to propose a scenario for both the construction as well as the dismantling of Kuei-Shan Tao which are keys for both geology and geodynamics of the SWOT.
