The above resonance vibration machines are widely used in various industries, but have a number of shortcomings associated with increasing of the oscillations amplitude when passing the resonance zone during start-up. It is noted that to reduce the oscillations amplitude and quickly pass the resonance zone, it is advisable to use a frequency-controlled electric drive with the formation of additional control effects. Features of frequency start of the electric drive of the vibration machines are noted. The structure of the electric drive control system during passing the resonance zone in the process of starting the above resonance vibration machine in the form of a block-scheme is proposed. The algorithm of operation of the control system is given.

Background: The computer apparatus for electro-acupuncture diagnostics and medicated testing "IMEDIS-EXPERT" made in Russia was used for the purposes of this work to detect SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) or to prove its absence, and to select homoeopathic preparations, nosodes, and their relevant doses. The methods of the system-nosological approach (SNA) were used for the therapy of patients, which included recording and appliance of relevant control signals (C.S.) of homoeopathic preparations, both native and informational (electronic) copies. Aims: 1. Develop an algorithm to select preparations from the group of nosodes and homoeopathy to prevent the development of SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19); 2. Evaluate the possibility of preventing treatment and therapy of coronavirus infection employing an "electronic vaccine" produced employing coronavirus C.S. Methodology: The electronic preventing "immunization" was made for patients as the preventing treatment of COVID-19, which was an adaptation to coronavirus C.S. conducted in accordance with a special algorithm. The three-block scheme of SNA therapy was used for the therapy of ill patients, which was composed of three preparations, which were used sequentially: 1. Control signal of coronavirus targeted on a patient's CMH; 2. Cerebral response (C.R.) with a patient's cumulative impact of: C.S. of coronavirus and the sum of target organs (blood-forming system, lymphatic systems, lungs, bronchus, gastrointestinal system) and test-indicators of immune regulation targeted on the second CMH marker amplification; 3. Drainages in the form of homeopathic preparations were used (after the impact of two previous preparations), which were: Arsenicum, Arsenicum iod, Carbo vegetabilis, Spongia, Drosera, Naya, Rhus Toxicodendron, and Ferrum met. The preparations were selected to compensate the third impact of CMH. Results: At present, 175 people have asked for help due to COVID-19, an electronic preventing vaccine ("immunization") made for 112 people on the SNA algorithm. According to the diagnostic testing results made for 63 ill patients and who asked for treatment: 47 people tested coronavirus infection, 16 people tested ARVI, and 12 people tested pneumonia caused by a virus. The coincidence of VRT tests (vegetative resonance tests) and PCR was found ranged from 68 to 75%. 4 people got ill by coronavirus among those who got preventing immunization (112 people) by "the electronic sensibilization method" (that was proved by VRT and PCR tests). The illness had the light form among 2 of them, and two people had moderate severity of illness without hospital admission. Conclusion: An algorithm is developed, which allows to select C.S. of therapeutic nosodes and homoeopathic preparations to prevent the development of SARS-CoV-2. The efficiency of applying the electronic immunization method according to the algorithms of SNA using coronavirus C.S. is 95%.

Total methane content in the atmosphere has increased for two times during last two hundred years. Since 1900s, the annual rate of growth for methane dramatically increased. The sources of methane emissions to the air are their storage reservoirs, different oil-gas refineries, main pipelines and their transport facilities as well. A new method for detection of methane escape from the main pipelines has been developed and the order of its realization shown. Mathematic algorithm of the method is presented and the calculation formula for optical thickness of methane over the track obtained. Obtained formula allows diagnosing the escapes in gas pipelines distantly. Block-scheme of operation algorithm of the realization of offered method has been developed as well.

The article discusses the problem of creating an algorithmic and informational support for the pharmaceutical development of ready-made medicines (GLF) medicines in solid form. For the system implementation of the algorithms for the development of GLF on the basis of the principle of QbD (quality-by-design - quality planned during development) it is proposed to apply the methodology of system design based on the principle (diagrams) of Demming. The algorithms for modeling and optimizing the selection of the technology platform for the pharmaceutical development of GLF medicines in solid form are given. The block scheme of the developed algorithm of the simulation and optimization process based on multi-tissue regression models and the online algorithm of optimization of Huka-Jeeves is presented. Testing of the developed algorithmic and software on the example of the development of the drug diphenhydramine.

The field of light transport simulation quickly growths in last decades. Nowadays there are about hundreds of books and papers that are quite difficult to cover for applied researcher or developer. Unlike similar surveys, in this paper we make attempt to provide short roadmap to select the best method for some light transport problem based on scene and calculated phenomena constraints. In our paper we propose several classifications for light transport simulation algorithms based on their mathematical properties, robustness and required scene constraints. These classifications help to understand advantages, disadvantages and limitations of the methods. In this paper we use not only a survey of existing works but also our own experience with the methods that we have implemented over the last decade in different software products. Some results of our experiments are shown in the paper. Finally, we propose a short guide for method selection in form of block scheme.

The consequence of encumbering property with a perpetual praedial servitude is to burden all subsequent rightful holders of the servient tenement with the encompassing restriction to their entitlements as holders of the real right to the property. Such an encumbrance results in a severe subtraction from the dominium of the servient property. It would be deemed proof of prodigality if an owner were to consider such encumbrance unless a reasonable quid pro quo is received in lieu of the encumbrance, and this may take the form of damages payable to the owner of the servient property. The competencies of prodigals are restricted in their own interest and any perceived unassisted disposals of their assets are deemed a nullity. The same applies to any perceived disposal of valuable assets if the law limits the competency of the party to the disposal. In light of the premise that when in doubt any presumed servitude should be interpreted restrictively it is submitted that a court should be sceptical when claim is laid to a perpetual servitude encumbering 250 out of a total of 311 parking spaces in a housing development scheme for retired persons for the benefit of unspecified generations of clients frequenting businesses housed on the neighbouring property if no meaningful quid pro quo was paid by the owner of the neighbouring property and the competence of the directors who mandated a lawyer to register the servitude may be doubted. In order to protect the interest of holders of an interest in a share block scheme or a housing development scheme for retired persons the legislature enacted that any subtraction from the dominium of such schemes as owners of immovable property may only be agreed to when mandated by a special resolution. In the Olive Marketing case no special resolution was minuted where the required decision had been taken. On account of a stipulatio alteri the first defendant acquired the property from the eThekwini Municipality in terms of an agreement of sale to which it was not a party. The sale agreement provided that a parking servitude over the subject property would be created in favour of the adjoining property as dominant tenement. The court held that: it was the clear intention of the municipality and the buyer to create a praedial servitude, and the agreement of sale accurately reflected this intention. This judgement regarding the obligatory agreement may be sound but it is submitted that the court failed to consider whether any valid real agreement could be concluded to transfer the limited real right of the servitude unless the statutory requirements were met. By its signature to the sale agreement, the buyer had bound itself to grant and register the servitude, but the buyer never acquired ownership of the property. The plaintiff only acquired ownership of the perceived dominant property fourteen years later and was not a party to the original sale. Therefore, it is doubtful whether he was entitled to compel the first defendant to cooperate in registration and the utilisation of the so-called praedial servitude. If a servitude was involved, it is submitted that at most a personal servitude could have been considered, because the utilisation of the parking spaces does not meet the requirement that the entitlement of the servitude must benefit the dominant property and not the drivers of the vehicles seeking parking. It is comparable to the well-known examples of a personal servitude to play tennis on the servient property or the walk on that property, but such a personal servitude is not transferable and is extinguished by the death of the holder. It does not burden the servient property in perpetuity. The court’s finding that the special resolution requirement under section 4B of the Housing Development Schemes for Retired Persons Act 65 of 1988 was not applicable because the registration of the servitude did not impact on a right of occupation under the act cannot be supported. The special resolution requirement prohibits not merely the alienation of land intended to be used for occupational purposes in the narrow sense but also aspects that impact on the quality of the housing of the residents including the parking facilities. It is submitted that any subtraction from the dominium is included under the restriction and requires a special resolution and the transfer of such a perpetual praedial servitude does subtract from the dominium.

Randomized controlled trial (RCT) is a “gold standard” evidence-based approach to the assessment of psychological and psychosocial interventions; the results of RCT provide an opportunity to give a scientifically grounded decision about the effectiveness and the applicability of intervention. The current biopsychosocial approach requires the necessity of having precise, comprehensive, and transparent reports about conducting RCT in medicine, as well as psychological and psychosocial interventions, including psychotherapy. The unified standards for reporting RCT’s results were developed by the CONSORT group (CONsolidated Standards Of Reporting Trials, the latest edition in 2010). They are currently considered a guide for presenting results in leading medical journals in the world. The expansion of CONSORT, which described the standards for presenting the results of psychological and psychosocial intervention CONSORTSPI was developed in 2018. The article presents the history of developing the standards, their scientific and methodological principles, the brief content, and the main instruments used (check-list and block-scheme). It is important to consider the guidelines of CONSORT-SPI 2018 and follow them in order for the scientific community to assess the quality, the applicability of different contexts, as well as replicability of psychological and psychosocial interventions studies.
