Given that customer voice behaviors are confused with customer complaint behaviors in usage, this study thoroughly explains the essential differences between the two constructs. On that basis, this study investigates how employee–customer interaction (ECI) quality affects customers’ prohibitive voice behaviors, which is an crucial type of customer voice behaviors, by examining customer trust and identification as mediators. Data from 395 restaurant customers are collected and analyzed using structural equation modeling. Results show that ECI quality positively affects customers’ prohibitive voice behaviors. In this effect, customer trust and identification play direct and sequential mediating roles. This study contributes theoretically to the current knowledge by clearly distinguishing customer voice behaviors from customer complaint behaviors and by providing new insights into the mechanism of customers’ prohibitive voice behaviors from the perspectives of service interaction and relational benefit enhancement. The practical implications of this study can help pointedly foster customers’ prohibitive voice behaviors.

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh overallservice qualityterhadap customer loyalty melalui mediasi company reputation, customer trust, dan switching costpada Industri Perbankan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui survei terhadap pelangganIndustri Perbankan dengan total 230 sampel di Jakarta. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan metodepurposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan melalui Structural Equation Modeling untuk mengujihipotesis, dengan menggunakan software AMOS 22.0. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalahcustomer loyalty dipengaruhi oleh switching cost, customer trust, company reputation dan overallservice quality. Switching cost paling kuat dipengaruhi oleh customer trust. Temuan lain adalahbahwa customer loyalty paling kuat dipengaruhi oleh overall service quality. Studi ini memberikankontribusi teoritis dalam bentuk model alternatif customer loyalty dalam industri perbankan danmemberikan implikasi manajerial bagi manajemen bank.

Perusahaan perbankan saat ini harus berupaya semaksimal mungkin untuk menciptakan pengalaman pelanggan terhadap kualitas layanan, dikarenakan memiliki dampak terhadap hasil hubungan pelanggan (Customer Relationship). Salah satu kunci sukses dalam industri perbankan adalah dibutuhkannya interaksi personal dalam bentuk implementasi strategi relationship marketing (pemasaran relasi), hal ini dikarenakan sifat layanan yang tidak berwujud dan tidak bisa dipisahkan dari penyedia layanan dengan demikian lembaga perbankan harus peduli dengan pengembangan dan pengelolaan hubungan dengan pelanggan.Tujuan studi ini mengkaji pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap komitmen afektif, komitmen normatif, komitmen kontinuan serta loyalitas nasabah debitur pada PT. Bank Kalbar di Kalimantan Barat. Hal ini di karenakan, kualitas layanan selain memiliki efek pada komitmen hubungan, kualitas layanan yang disampaikan dapat menjadi motivasi dalam diri nasabah debitur untuk melanjutkan hubungan dengan perusahaan perbankan. Komitmen pelanggan dipandang sebagai faktor kunci dalam retensi pelanggan dan loyalitas, sedangkan kualitas layanan umumnya dipandang sebagai struktur utama yang mendorong loyalitas pelanggan. Dalam studi ini, ukuran kualitas layanan diantaranya, adalah; kualitas interaksi (interaction quality), kualitas lingkungan (environment quality) dan kualitas hasil akhir (outcome quality). Adapun komitmen pelanggan, dalam hal ini dibedakan menjadi tiga yaitu, komitmen afektif, komitmen normatif dan komitmen kontinuan.Sampel dalam studi ini adalah 126 nasabah debitur PT. Bank Kalbar di Kalimantan Barat yang menggunakan kredit untuk kegiatan usaha dan minimal satu kali transaksi peminjaman, dengan menggunakan teknik cluster sampling untuk menentukan kantor cabang dikarenakan lokasi PT. Bank Kalbar menyebar secara geografis serta proporsional sampel dalam menetapkan jumlah responden pada masing-masing cabang. Teknik analisi data dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil study mengatakan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif, komitmen normatif, dan komitmen kontinuan, dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas, serta komitmen afektif, komitmen normatif dan komitmen kontinuan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah debitur PT. Bank Kalbar di Kalimantan Barat.

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of perceived quality toward customer loyalty which is mediated by perceived risk and customer trust for PT. XYZ that engaged in chemistry. There are four variables perceived quality as the independent variable, customer loyalty as the dependent variable, and perceived risk and customer trust as mediating variable. The sample was determined by purposive sampling method, the questionnaire was well-collected and was used in data processing using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with Smart PLS 3.0 program. This analysis was conducted on 115 respondents as customer of PT. XYZ. Based on the result of the study, it was found that perceived quality, perceived risk, and customer trust have influence towards customer loyalty, perceived quality have influence towards perceived risk and customer trust, perceived quality had an indirect effect on customer loyalty via perceived risk and customer trust.

In this study we analyzed the relationship between social capital and future cooperation intention of owners of recreational farm areas in Taiwan, and explored whether cooperative performance plays a role as a mediating factor between social capital and future cooperation intention. We employed structural equation modeling for the research framework, and LISREL was used to analyze the model. The findings indicate that social capital is a crucial factor that affects future cooperation intention, and cooperative performance is a partial mediator between social capital and future cooperation intention. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed.

Berdasarkan data BPS Kota Bogor tahun 2014, Kota Bogor mempunyai populasi yang terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Salah satu administrasi kependudukan yang banyak dibutuhkan adalah KTP, hal ini merupakan bagian yang penting dimiliki serta merupakan kewajiban bagi setiap masyarakatusia tertentu untuk memilikinya. Pelayanan yang diberikan diharapkan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna layanan sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna layanan. Pengambilan sample dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 100 responden. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan Partial least Square. Pengguna layanan didominasi oleh remaja antara usia 17 -20 tahun yaitu sebesar 50%. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa physical environment quality, harga (price) berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna layanan, sedangkan interaction Quality, Outcome Quality tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan penggunalayanan.

Purpose The primary purpose of this study is to examine the effects of destination familiarity on consumers’ evaluations (cognitive image) and feelings (affective image) about the destination, leading to their intention to visit. Design/methodology/approach The data for this study were collected through a Web-based survey. Based on a sample of 460 respondents, structural equation modeling was used to test the proposed hypotheses. Findings The results showed that familiarity with a destination not only influences consumers’ cognitive evaluations of the destination but also affects their feelings about it, which translates into their intentions in travelling to the destination. The findings indicate that destination familiarity can enhance consumers’ knowledge about the destination, but more importantly, their affective perceptions can lead to a higher likelihood of visiting a destination. Practical implications The findings provide useful guidance for efficient marketing programs to attract more visitors to a certain tourist destination. Destination marketers must assess the level of familiarity of potential travelers in the development, design and promotion of a destination. This understanding will enable the marketers to more effectively communicate with their target markets and allow them to tailor advertising to different segments of their customers based on their familiarity. Originality/value The majority of previous studies regarding destination familiarity tend to measure the overall familiarity or experiential familiarity (e.g. a comparison between visitors vs non-visitors) without considering consumers’ indirect familiarity with a destination. This study attempts to conceptualize and empirically test the role of destination familiarity on consumers’ cognitive and affective images and intentions.

We examined the mediating role of work engagement in the relationship between psychological detachment and research performance using structural equation modeling and bootstrapping analysis. Participants comprised 923 teachers from 39 key universities in China, who completed measures of psychological detachment, research performance, and work engagement. The results indicated that psychological detachment was negatively associated with research performance, and that work engagement mediated this relationship. Our findings enrich understanding of the effects of psychological detachment on research performance. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed.

This study investigated the relationships among resilience, social anxiety, and procrastination in a sample of college students. Specifically, structural equation modeling analyses were applied to examine the effect of resilience on procrastination and to test the mediating effect of social anxiety. The results of this study suggested that social anxiety partially mediated the relationship between resilience and procrastination. Students with higher levels of resilience reported a lower frequency of procrastination behavior, and resilience had an indirect effect on procrastination through social anxiety. The results of this study clarify the current knowledge of the mixed results on resilience and procrastination behaviors and offer practical learning strategies and psychological interventions.

INTISARIAplikasi web merupakan sebuah aplikasi yang menggunakan teknologi browser untuk menjalankan aplikasi dan diakses menggunakan jaringan komputer. eRapor SMK merupakan salah satu aplikasi web yang disediakan oleh Direktorat Pembinaan SMK (PSMK) Kemendikbud untuk membantu mulai dari pengolahan nilai hingga pencetakan rapor di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Salah satu sekolah yang menggunakan aplikasi eRapor SMK yang dirilis oleh Direktorat PSMK adalah SMK Negeri 1 Pacitan, yang telah memanfaatkannya sejak akhir tahun 2016. Pihak SMK Negeri 1 Pacitan maupun Direktorat PSMK belum pernah melakukan pengukuran mutu aplikasi web eRapor SMK meskipun muncul keluhan dari beberapa pengguna, sehingga dirasa perlu untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas aplikasi tersebut. Setelah dilakukan pembandingan dengan beberapa metode pengukuran kualitas aplikasi, maka diputuskan untuk menggunakan metode WebQual 4.0 untuk mengetahui variabel dari instrumen WebQual yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan (user satisfaction), dan indikator apa saja yang perlu dilakukan perbaikan pada aplikasi eRapor SMK, serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan secara teknis. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), memanfaatkan alat bantu aplikasi SmartPLS 3.2.8 yang berbasis metode pemodelan Partial Least Squares (PLS). Berdasarkan hasil survei terhadap 102 responden didapatkan nilai R Square adjusted untuk variabel user satisfaction sebesar 0,722 yang mengindikasikan bahwa variabel user satisfaction dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel usability, information quality, dan service interaction quality sebesar 72.2%, sedangkan sisanya yaitu sebesar 27,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak terdapat pada penelitian ini. Hasil dari analisis data nilai outer loading tiap instrumen WebQual didapatkan 8 indikator WebQual 4.0 yang perlu dilakukan perbaikan.Kata kunci: mutu aplikasi web, eRapor SMK, WebQual 4.0, PLS-SEM, user satisfaction  ABSTRACTWeb application is an application that needs web browser technologies to run, and accessed through computer networks. eRapor SMK is a web application provided by Direktorat Pembinaan SMK (PSMK) Kemendikbud to aid the process of assessment processing to grade reports (rapor) printing in Vocational High Schools (Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan). SMK Negeri 1 Pacitan is among the schools already using eRapor SMK application released by Direktorat PSMK since late 2016. Neither SMK Negeri 1 Pacitan or Direktorat PSMK have conducted any quality assessment on eRapor SMK web application, even though complaints have emerged among users, thus it is felt needed to assess the factors influencing the quality of the application. After comparing among other methods to assess application quality, it is decided to use WebQual 4.0 method to find out which variables from WebQual 4.0 instruments are affecting user satisfaction, and which of the indicators need to be fixed on eRapor SMK web application, and also giving technical recommendations for improvements. This research is using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data analysis technique with the help of SmartPLS 3.2.8 application, which based on Partial Least Square (PLS) modeling method. According to a survey conducted to 102 respondents, resulting in  the R square adjusted value for user satisfaction of 0.722 indicating that user satisfaction variable can be explained by usability, information quality, and service interaction quality by 72.2%, while the rest 27.8% is influenced by other variables not stated in this research. In companies engaged in the service sector, of course it cannot be separated from consumers, the need for food and customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction at PT. PT. XYZis also the orientation of the company. However, in this newly established company, there are no orders that satisfy customers, so they can assess what factors cause customer satisfaction and what factors or things can be related to Customer Satisfaction. The things that have an influence on service quality are customer trust and reliability of service quality. Using structural equation modeling methods can make it easier to see the value or influence between variables. From this result, it can help evaluation if the three variables have a positive or good effect. Then the company needs to make a strategy to increase customer satisfaction. The results of this study found that the involvement of service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction because the higher the involvement of service quality obtained, the higher the level of customer satisfaction in the company. In addition, it is also concluded that service quality and customer satisfaction are correlated so that it has a positive influence on customer trust.
