Data that are required for nutrient management are becoming increasingly available in digital format, leading to a high innovation potential for digital nitrogen (N) management applications. However, it is currently difficult for farmers to analyze, assess, and optimize N flows in their farms using the existing software. To improve digital N management, this study identified, evaluated, and systematized the requirements of stakeholders. Furthermore, digital farm N management tools with varying objectives in terms of system boundaries, data requirements, used methods and algorithms, performance, and practicality were appraised and categorized. According to the identified needs, the concept of a farm N management system (FNMS) software is presented which includes the following modules: (1) management of site and farm data, (2) determination of fertilizer requirements, (3) N balancing and cycles, (4) N turnover and losses, and (5) decision support. The aim of FNMS is to support farmers in their farming practices for increasing N efficiency and reducing environmentally harmful N surpluses. In this study, the conceptual requirements from the agricultural and computer science perspectives were determined as a basis for developing a consistent, scientifically sound, and user-friendly FNMS, especially applicable in European countries. This FNMS enables farmers and their advisors to make knowledge-based decisions based on comprehensive and integrated data.

Knowledge based management of the production is the key to future sustainable and rational agricultural production. The maximisation of the agricultural machine productivity is an important element in the continued efforts of planning and controlling resource input in agriculture. Current consensus depicts agricultural fleet management must adapt a hybrid architecture for the planning efforts with a combination of deliberative and reactive approaches. The transfer of methodologies from the established operations research area has proved beneficial to the planning of agricultural operations as part of a fleet management system. By using deliberated abstractions and representations, the specific planning of agricultural operations can be cast as instances of well-known operational research problems. In this way, the established well proved solution methodology from these problems can be seen to enhance agricultural field operations planning. Key requirements for an envisioned future fleet management system include a positive cost-benefit, flexibility in relation to specific applications of the system, a simple user interface requiring no heavy learning efforts, automatic data logging and data storage, integrations options with other internal management tools, and effective planning and optimisation algorithms adaptive to the actual on-the-farm conditions.

Content management is an organisational effort of managing content, particularly in digital format. Although it has been over 25 years since content management was introduced, this field of study is still considered an emerging topic with unresolved issues-in particular, the subject of benefit achievement. Therefore, grounded on an extensive review of 135 articles, the purpose of this study is to investigate the benefits that organisations can gain through the proper use of an Enterprise Content Management System (ECMS). Subsequently, this paper identifies a list of ECMS benefits and proposes an ECMS benefit framework for further exploration into this field. Our result shows that although ECMS does bring benefits to organisations, these benefits are diverse; indicating that there are certain determinants or factors influencing the achievement of such benefits. Moreover, it is also found that in the context of the benefit framework of Shang and Seddon [10], three categories were found relevant to the field of content management: operational benefit, managerial benefit, and strategic benefit.

337 Background: The evolving Commission on Cancer (CoC) reporting mandate and institution’s growing survivorship program led to identifying the need for systematic tracking of survivorship patients, surveillance tests, return appointments and referrals placed. Our aim was to develop an electronic medical record (EMR) integrated registry utilizing discrete data fields to assist our team in tracking key elements of high-quality survivorship care. Methods: Stakeholders from our survivorship team (APP/RN), medical oncology, psychology, research, operations and IT analytics reached consensus on essential discrete EMR fields to be included in the registry. For implementation we utilized the EPIC module, “Healthy Planet”, where patients enter the registry by initiating an “Episode of Care” at their initial survivorship visit. SmartForm fields create unique discrete patient data points identified by the stakeholders. Results: The following domains were identified as important elements of care that require tracking in a dedicated survivorship program. The registry domains populate from two sources: 1) currently existing EMR data fields, 2) domains with no currently discrete data (e.g. lymphedema, peripheral neuropathy) were captured in the developed SmartForm (see Table). From January 1, 2019 to June 1, 2021, 778 patients were entered into the registry. Since September 4, 2020, 112 patient follow-up appointment reminders were sent via EMR which has led to a noticeable increase in return appointments. SmartForm data fields are being amended as additional malignancy types are added to our survivorship program. Conclusions: The utilization of Healthy Planet is an effective and user-friendly way to track survivorship return appointments, remind providers of diagnostic tests that are due, and track referrals for CoC reporting. As the numbers of cancer survivors continues to increase, systematic population management tools are essential to ensure adherence to survivorship guideline recommendations, follow-up care and mandatory reporting.[Table: see text]
