With the development and popularization of the Internet and the rise of various live broadcast platforms, digital videos have penetrated into all aspects of people’s life. At the same time, all kinds of pirated videos are also flooding the Internet, which seriously infringe the rights and interests of video copyright owners and hinder the healthy development of the video industry. Therefore, robust video watermarking algorithms for copyright protection have emerged as these times require. In this paper, we review robust video watermarking algorithms for copyright protection based on original videos and compressed videos. Basic models and properties of video watermarking algorithms are described, and the evaluation indexes corresponding to each property are also introduced. To help researchers understand various existing robust watermarking algorithms quickly, some basic information and the quantitative estimation of several performances are analyzed and compared. Finally, we discuss the challenges in the research of robust video watermarking algorithms, and give possible development directions for the future.

Digital video watermarking is an efficient way of copyright protection. A robust watermarking was proposed that ccording to the video features using the evolutional method of video image classification processing, suitable for video performance and human visual characteristics of video watermarking, and put forward a kind of using Bees evolutional algorithm for video image classification processing of video watermarking algorithm. All the key frame numbers are converts to a binary matrix after data transformation. At last the binary image is produced. From this, the watermarking image reflects the video’s features, so it is effective to resist the watermark copy attack.

With the development of the Internet economy, computer games have developed rapidly in recent years. At the same time, with the increasing prosperity of computer games, many infringement problems have also arisen. The concept and classification of computer games and computer game live broadcasts, as well as computer game screens and computer game live broadcasts need to be distinguished. The article lists common problems in the computer game live broadcast industry, which are mainly manifested in the unclear copyright identification and attribution of computer game live broadcasts, and the unclear legal status of the relevant subjects in the computer game live broadcast. It is concluded that whether the computer game live broadcast is a work needs to be specifically defined in conjunction with the live broadcast content. And further put forward suggestions to improve my country’s related protection system of computer game copyright, and promote the development of computer game live broadcast industry.

In this paper a new novel color video watermarking algorithm has been proposed using Dual Tree Complex Wavelet Transform (DTCWT). Digital watermarking is an emerging technology for copyright protection for digital multimedia data. Now-a-days a lot of digital data are exchanged in the internet, so to protect the digital multimedia data, digital watermarking is used, the data may be an image or video or an audio data. The main objective of this paper is to maintain perceptivity of digital video and design a robust watermarking algorithm and maintaining the tradeoff between robustness and perceptivity.

Internet based digitization has been of rapid increase in the usage of database applications at an enormous rate in recent times. It is very difficult to secure the ownership of digital assets because all the data on the internet are available everywhere almost free of cost and anybody can access such data and claim their ownership. In current digital scenario not only images, videos, and audio are in digital form. Databases are also digitized in different models and used as a service in database applications, including areas such as finance, multimedia, personnel, etc. A huge amount of confidential and sensitive data which are available publically facing a variety of threats like illegal copying, illegal redistribution, tampering, forgery and authentication. Authenticity, integrity, confidentiality and copyright protection are most important security issues to be addressed with most importance. Copyright management is a serious issue in database applications because it is much easier for others to download and manipulate copyrighted databases from the Internet and later re-use without any control. In this paper we proposed a robust watermarking scheme for copyright protection for relational databases, which protects the copy right information of the database even if the attacker tampers the data by changing the attribute values or reordering the tuples of the database. The proposed watermarking technique is robust since the watermark will not be lost even though the attacker tampers the data. The experiments show that the new method is efficient as well as effective for maintaining copy right information there by ensuring right protection to relational databases

The final stage of the judicial reform was the creation of new cassation and appeal courts in the system of courts of general jurisdiction that provide additional guarantees for the effective judicial protection of citizens. Russian legislation establishes a mechanism for the protection of infringed copyright and related rights on the Internet. Such a mechanism provides for the imposition of interim measures by the Moscow City Court and the termination by Roskomnadzor of access to the site or page of the site on the Internet, on which information is posted in violation of copyright and related rights. In the case of interim measures, the case decision belongs to competence of the Moscow City Court. As a result of changes in the legislation on the judicial system, the courts of appeal and cassation of general jurisdiction began to work. Consideration of complaints against judicial acts of the Moscow City Court, rendered by them at first instance, are referred to the competence of the new courts. The article notes the stages of development of legislation on copyright protection on the Internet, as well as some problematic aspects of copyright and related rights protection on the Internet.

The article deals with the new project — the Internet portal Dostoevsky and the World, launched by the Pushkin House for the 200th anniversary of the writer’s birth. The work offers the basic information on the project. The Internet resource that would host the most representative examples of the reception of Dostoevsky’s personality and work in various epochs and in various countries is a great way to familiarize the modern reader with the wide scope of interest in Dostoevsky in the past and present. The project focuses on the non-academic reception, philosophical and aesthetic interpretations, the attitudes of public fi gures, writers, stage and movie directors, publicists, etc. The collection of case studies of Dostoevsky’s reception by today’s cultural fi gures, as well as the publication of the previously unknown writer-related sources of the past years, are of particular importance.

In the rapid technological development, physical boundaries have begun to disappear. The internet has created a ‘free culture’. In addition, the era is challenging the copyright concept along with the emergence of ‘digital copyright’. It has become the main commodity of Over-the-Top services providing means of communication and entertainment through the internet. Content streaming service like Netflix uses films, as well as other cinematographic works, as its main commodities. OTT Streaming media helps to protect copyright holders' rights that previously have been violated by illegal streaming sites on the internet. Unfortunately, it also raises a new question: how digital copyright-objects can be protected in this kind of service. Without physical form, copyright object can be distributed easily on the internet, and it may lead to right violations. To answer this problem, the authors aim to describe the digital copyright protection on OTT Streaming Content Media in Indonesia and compare them to the 1998 Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of the United States of America using a descriptive-analytical approach. This study employed a normative juridical approach with secondary data. The results of this study indicate that digital copyright protection in Indonesia is still centered on conventional copyright objects, and a sui generis law is needed to provide better protection for digital copyright objects.
