The paper looks at improving the judicial system in Russia facing the rapid technological change of modern society in which new relationships are largely associated with different areas of intellectual property. Today biotechnology, digital rights, computer programs and scientific research materials have become widely used in civil circulation and their intellectual property rights should be effectively protected. The paper discusses different issues of protecting intellectual rights provided for by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, aimed at both suppressing and preventing their infringement, and assesses the statistical indicators of the courts. The practice of the Intellectual Property Rights Court and the Moscow City Court shows that specialization yields positive results. The selection of judges, their professional development including their distinctive competencies in addition to legal ones, also help to find effective ways of resolving intellectual property disputes. With the protection of intellectual property rights being of great concern not only in Russia, but also in most developed countries of the world, their experience has also been thoroughly analyzed. The paper suggests a possible way of improving the judicial system under the current circumstances. Certain changes in the judicial system and the creation of additional specialized intellectual property courts could help to ensure an affordable, legitimate and effective mechanism for resolving disputes related to the violation of intellectual property rights.

Problem and goal. The practical (pedagogical) training sites based on Moscow schools in the context of effective development of the resources of the Moscow Electronic School by future computer science teachers are analyzed. The goal is to identify the correlation of the digital footprint obtained as a result of the development of the school network activity index based on data on the actions of teachers and students in e-learning environments and of educational organizations identification corresponding to this index, as well as the methodological activity of schools in Moscow - the bases of practical (pedagogical) training of future computer science teachers. Methodology. The analysis of regulatory documents and the database of Moscow schools, where the Moscow City University students of the Computer Science direction are engaged in practical (pedagogical) training, reflection on the content of the knowledge obtained, search for criteria for selecting basic schools for conducting practical (pedagogical) training of future computer science teachers, local pedagogical experiment were used. Results. It was found out that the activity of schools in the development and use of educational resources of the Moscow Electronic School is not a prerequisite for cooperation with these schools. At the same time, the knowledge of information technologies, including the technology of working with the resources of the Moscow Electronic School, by future subject teachers, is an integral part of the professional competence of a modern teacher, and especially a computer science teacher. Conclusion. The basic criteria for selecting sites for industrial practices of future computer science teachers, in particular students of the Moscow City University, are proposed. The formulated criteria for selecting basic schools for conducting practical (pedagogical) training of university students will allow them to successfully solve the tasks set for this type of educational activity, achieve their goals and form professional and pedagogical competencies.

In accordance with the national strategy "Sanitary Shield of the Country – Safety for Health," tasks were set for the analysis and assessment of risks in the field of biological safety. To do this: the Moscow City Disinfection Center is connected to a single dispatch system of the UNIT of the Department of Housing and Communal Services of Moscow, an Algorithm for working on the UNIT portal has been developed and uniform deadlines and procedure for fulfilling applications have been determined, the form of primary documentation has been determined. A unit is organized – the Unified Information and Analytical Center, whose tasks include organizing and conducting a single centralized reception, analysis and processing of incoming information (applications for unscheduled disinfection, deratization and disinsection, summary of rodent bites), generation and compilation of reports, as well as consulting support for real-time requests and appeals of the population, customers of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Moscow State Central Executive Committee, regulatory bodies through all available communication channels (telephone, e-mail, etc.). The scoring information system of assessment of a sanitary and sanitary and hygienic condition of objects is developed: apartment houses of the city of Moscow with the territories adjoining to them. The introduction of integrated work of these systems as a whole will allow organizations of the disinfection profile: to reduce the cost of deratizations, to reduce the number of disinfectants without reducing the quality of work, to avoid the excessive use of poisoned decoys, which will dramatically increase public health and safety of the population, as well as reduce the burden on the environment of the city of Moscow. Keywords: sanitary shield of the country, information and analytical center, scoring system of assessment of sanitary and epidemiological condition, electronic systems of rodent monitoring, biological safety, biological risk assessment, biological risk analysis, information support of disinfection activities, digitalization of disinfection measures.

The Asian ladybird Harmonia axyridis is an invasive species that is rapidly spreading around the world. Occupying new territories, H. axyridis often causes a decrease in the biodiversity of native species of coccinellids, competing with them for food resources. A comparison of H. axyridis with six species of ladybirds was made in terms of the ratio of the number of individuals and the degree of infestation with parasitoids. In Moscow city, the most widespread species of ladybirds was Adalia bipunctata (67.1%), H. axyridis ranks second (16.5%). The total infestation of H. axyridis pupae with parasitoids is 1.8% in Moscow city and 12.2% in Yalta city. Infestation with parasitoids of other ladybird species in Moscow city is much higher: from 11.0% to 36.4%. Thus, parasitoids effectively regulate the number of native ladybird species, but have an insignificant effect on the number of the invasive species H. axyridis .

Introduction. According to available data, the frequency of prescribing antibacterial drugs to patients hospitalized with COVID-19 is many times higher than the level of bacterial infection recorded in them. This trend may make an extremely negative contribution to the problem of antibiotic resistance in the future, which makes it important to monitor and study the consumption of antibiotics in this category of patients.Aim of the study. To estimate the change in the consumption of antibacterial drugs in patients hospitalized with COVID-19 in a multidisciplinary hospital compared with the consumption in the pre-pandemic period, and to conduct a subsequent analysis of the detected changes.Materials and methods. This retrospective study, reviewed the medical records of patients hospitalized with COVID-19 in the Moscow city hospital No. 4 in the period from April 27 to December 31, 2020, as well as medical records of patients hospitalized in the same medical institution for the same period of 2019. Results of the use of antibacterial drugs were obtained. They were evaluated using the ATC/DDD methodology and then subjected to further analysis.Results. Total consumption increased from 31,576 DDD/100 bed-days to 220,609 DDD/100 bed-days among the patients hospitalized with COVID-19. The level of consumption of macrolides increased most significantly – from 0.024 DDD/100 bed-days to 147.898 DDD/100 bed-days. The level of consumption of penicillins increased from 2,346 DDD/100 bed-days to 15,892 DDD/100 beddays, cephalosporins – from 11.78 DDD/100 bed-days to 19,107 DDD/100 bed-days, fluoroquinolones – from 10,276 DDD/100 beddays to 25,535 DDD/100 bed-days.Conclusion. The consumption of antibiotics has increased dramatically on the backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on the data of the frequency of bacterial complications in patients with COVID-19 (no more than 8%), a more rational approach to antibacterial therapy in this group of patients is needed to reduce the potential deterioration of the problem of antibiotic resistance.
