Identifying human face shape and eye attributes is the first and most vital process before applying for the right hairstyle and eyelashes extension. The aim of this research work includes the development of a decision support program to constitute an aid system that analyses eye and face features automatically based on the image taken from a user. The system suggests a suitable recommendation of eyelashes type and hairstyle based on the automatic reported users’ eye and face features. To achieve the aim, we develop a multi-model system comprising three separate models; each model targeted a different task, including; face shape classification, eye attribute identification and gender detection model. Face shape classification system has been designed based on the development of a hybrid framework of handcrafting and learned feature. Eye attributes have been identified by exploiting the geometrical eye measurements using the detected eye landmarks. Gender identification system has been realised and designed by implementing a deep learning-based approach. The outputs of three developed models are merged to design a decision support system for haircut and eyelash extension recommendation. The obtained detection results demonstrate that the proposed method effectively identifies the face shape and eye attributes. Developing such computer-aided systems is suitable and beneficial for the user and would be beneficial to the beauty industrial.

Face recognition are of great interest to researchers in terms of Image processing and Computer Graphics. In recent years, various factors become popular which clearly affect the face model. Which are ageing, universal facial expressions, and muscle movement. Similarly in terms of medical terminology the facial paralysis can be peripheral or central depending on the level of motor neuron lesion which can be below the nucleus of the nerve or supra nuclear. The various medical therapy used for facial paralysis are electroaccupunture, electrotherapy, laser acupuncture, manual acupuncture which is a traditional form of acupuncture. Imaging plays a great role in evaluation of degree of paralysis and also for faces recognition. There is a wide research in terms of facial expressions and facial recognition but limited research work is available in facial paralysis. House- Brackmann Grading system is one of the simplest and easiest method to evaluate the degree of facial paralysis. During evaluation common facial expressions are recorded and are further evaluated by considering the focal points of the left or the right side of the face. This paper presents the classification of face recognition and its respective fuzzy rules to remove uncertainty in the result after evaluation of facial paralysis.

AbstractThe restructuring of capital and the transformation of the workforce in the late twentieth century has produced a newly-shaped working class; one that encompasses those in insecure work and unemployed workers. With this repositioning has come new political organizations of unemployed workers, of which Te Roopu Rawakore o Aotearoa, the national New Zealand organization for unemployed workers, is an example. This organization of unemployed was not only significant for its existence in the face of poverty, status disintegration, and a perceived sense of social worthlessness, but also for the tripartite ideology its members employed. Unemployed workers in New Zealand combined the identity politics of race and gender with a class-based critique of society to demand “the right to work and a living wage for all.”

Due to the rapid growth of technology, millions of systems are designed day by day to fulfill their duties in facilitating the human lives. In this paper, the projection mapping method is used to help users who need to do facial cosmetic surgery in taking the right decisions by providing them with a unique system, which can be used in cosmetic surgeries’ clinics. The main purpose of the system is to make a projection mapping on a face model that presents the changes that need to be applied on the face features with some facial expressions, as a result, the user will be able to compare between his/her face before and after the surgery and take the certainly decision. A suitable web based UI is created to make it easier for the user by enabling him/her to choose the needed surgery and come up with his/her own projection mapping video.

Background: patients with palato schisis (clelf palate) due to hereditary or congenital defect will be seen that cause speech disorders (nasal), swallowing, mastication, esthetic and psychological. Purpose: to inform the way rehabilitation defect in the face with a maxillofacial prosthesis thermoplastic nylon with hollow bulb that is useful to restore the fuction of speech, swallowing, mastication, esthetics, and psychiatric patients. Case and handling:  46-yearold male patient came to RSGM Prof. Soedomo referral from Dr. Sardjito hospital. When patient come to feel annoyed talking, chewing ang swallowing due to the precence cleft palate is open and is a congential abnormality accompanied with loss of many teeth. Obturator is made immediately by considering the closure of cleft palate, using a lighter material (using a hollow bulb) with retention, stabilization and occlusion of the right and restore normal nendekati face shape. Hollow bulb is a cavity created in maxillofacial, prosthesis, to close the oral cavity, nasal cavity and the defect.at the time of insetation examined retention, stabilization, occlusion, esthetics and pronunciation. Control was performed 1 week and 1 month after application. The results of the examination and evaluation after 1 week and 1 month after the use of hollow bulb know maxillofacial prostheses retentation, stabilization, occlusion and better pronunciation. Conclusion:  maxillofacial prostheses after using thermoplastic nylon with hollow bulb in patients with palate scisis, patients can speak and chew normaly. The human face is a popular motif in art and depictions of faces can be found throughout history in nearly every culture. Artists have mastered the depiction of faces after employing careful experimentation using the relatively limited means of paints and oils. Many of the results of these experimentations are now available to the scientific domain due to the digitization of large art collections. In this paper we study the depiction of the face throughout history. We used an automated facial detection network to detect a set of 11,659 faces in 15,534 predominately western artworks, from 6 international, digitized art galleries. We analyzed the pose and color of these faces and related those to changes over time and gender differences. We find a number of previously known conventions, such as the convention of depicting the left cheek for females and vice versa for males, as well as unknown conventions, such as the convention of females to be depicted looking slightly down. Our set of faces will be released to the scientific community for further study.

Thirteen students in a graduate-level course on Historical and Policy Perspectives in Higher Education held face-to-face and online discussions on five controversial topics: Diversity, Academic Freedom, Political Tolerance, Affirmative Action, and Gender. Students read materials on each topic and generated questions for discussion that were categorized by Bloom’s taxonomy so that the level of questions in the two discussion settings would be closely parallel. Upon completion of each discussion, they answered questions that addressed depth and length of the discussion, ability to remember, and a self-assessment of how the student learned. Students’ assessments show a consistent preference for the face-to-face discussion but a small number of students preferred the online setting. However, what is perhaps more interesting is a minority of approximately one-third of the students who perceived no difference between the settings, or that the two settings were perhaps complementary.

Vocational schools that have been licensed from BNSP to LSP P1 (first party professional certification institute) are schools that have been able to carry out their own competency certification exams for their students and later a competency assessor who will test and declare the eligibility of the students, competency assessors are productive teachers who have participated in and been given training by the government, in that training the schools choose from the number of productive teachers from each department to become competency assessor trainees in accordance with predetermined criteria so a decision support system is needed so there is no gap in the selection of productive teacher assessor training participants, a vocational school that has become a P1 LSP must have a competency assessor and is a requirement to be a P1 LSP. one of the solutions to the problem is the right one by using the Decision Support System (SPK). Decision Support System (DSS) can help the school in making the decision to choose the productive teacher of the appropriate assessor training and improve the efficiency of the decision. The Extended Promethee II (EXPROM II) is a development of the Promethee II method based on the ideal and anti-ideal solution. Promethee II itself is a method of making decisions on the function of preferences with problems through an outranking approach (ranking) or is a multicriteria analysis, comparing one alternative to another and calculating the alternative gap in pairs so as to produce an output that is alternative ranking based on the highest value. Keywords: Competitive Assessor LSP P1, SPK, The Extended Promethee II
