The increase in return on equity, company size and debt to equity ratio is not always followed by an increase in share prices in trading, service and investment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period. This study aims to examine and analyze how the effect of return on equity, company size and debt to equity ratio on stock prices in trading, service and investment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period. The research method used in this research uses quantitative research methods with descriptive quantitative research that is explanatory. The population used in this study were all trading, service and investment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange totaling 129 companies with a sample size of 39 companies with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression.

This study has several objectives, namely to determine the simultaneous, partial and dominant influence between the variables of return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), and debt to equity ratio (DER) on stock prices in insurance service sub-sector companies that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is associative quantitative research and data collection methods using documentation studies and literature studies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling by taking a sample of 5 years with 10 companies. The results showed that the independent variables had a simultaneous effect on profitability. The t-test shows that the ROA variable has a partial effect on Stock Prices and the ROE variable  has a partial effect on Stock Prices and also the DER variable has a partial effect on Stock Prices.

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Return On Equity (ROE) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on stock prices. Current Ratio is the liquidity ratio, Return On Equity is the profitability ratio and the Debt to Equity Ratio is the Solvency ratio. The object in this study is a Construction Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research method in this study is a documentation method with a quantitative approach. The population used amounted to 26 companies, then the determination of the sample was determined through a purposive sampling technique. Based on predetermined2 criteria, a sample of 14 companies was obtained. The results showed that simultaneously the Current Ratio (CR), Return On Equity (ROE) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) variables had a significant effect on stock prices. Partially, Current Ratio (CR) has a positive but not significant effect on stock prices, while Return on Equity (ROE) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a negative and significant effect on stock prices. This shows that the company must maintain the value of Return On Equity (ROE) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER).

This study aims to determine the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) and Return on Equity (ROE) on the value of the company or Price to book value (PBV) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of this research is quantitative research. The Data on this research is secondary data derived by collectin from literature and documentation. The sample in this study is 16 companies which listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2012-2017 period. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling method. To analyze the data using a panel data regression test with software Eviews 9. The results of the analysis show that a partial debt to equity ratio has a positive and significant impact on firm value (PBV), while dividend payout ratio and return on equity have no significant impact on company value (PBV). The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.9378 or 93.78%. This shows that 93.78% of the company's value (PBV) is influenced by the debt to equity ratio, dividend payout ratio and return on equity. While the remaining 6.22% of the company's value (PBV) is influenced by other factors. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh debt to equity ratio (DER), divident payout ratio (DPR) dan  return on equity (ROE)  terhadap nilai perusahaan (Price to book value) (PBV) di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang berasal dari kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 16 perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2017. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probality sampling. Analisis yang digunakan menggunakan uji regresi panel dengan software eviews 9.  Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukkan dalam analisis menunjukkan debt to equity  ratio secara parsial berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV), sedangkan dividend payout ratio dan return on equity tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV). Koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,9378 atau sebesar 93,78%.  Ini menunjukkakn bahwa 93,78%  nilai perusahaan (PBV) dipengaruhi oleh debt to equity ratio, dividend payout ratio dan.  return on equity.  Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 6,22% nilai perusahaan (PBV) dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain

The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of intellectual capital, leverage, profitability and liquidity on firm value. Firm value is measured by price to book value (PBV), leverage is measured by debt to equity ratio (DER), profitability by return on equity (ROE) and liquidity by current ratio (CR). This research method is a quantitative research with sampling using a purpose sampling technique based on predetermined characteristics as many as 9 pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 - 2019. The type of data used is secondary data and the analytical method used is panel data regression using Eviews. The results show that intellectual capital, leverage, profitability have a significant effect on firm value. However, liquidity has no effect on firm value.

This research focuses on how several internal factors influence the company’s stock prices through the company analysis and based on previous studies that have often been done with no consistent results. The purpose of this research is to analyze the size of the company, sales growth, CR, NPM and ROE as a review of the company's share prices on the Indonesia Stock Exchange's LQ45 Index. This research used a purposive sampling technique. Before employing the data analysis, a classic assumption test was performed. The hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the size of the company, sales growth, the NPM, and the ROE affect the stock prices, whereas the CR does not affect stock prices.

This articel is aimed to inform the effect of profitability, capital structure and liquidity to  stock price on transportation company sub sector listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange within period 2012-2017. The research method in this study is an causal comparative. The population amounts to 32 companies with amount 192 data. Based on sampling technique purposive sampling researcher used 9 companies with amount 37 data that meets the criteria with variabel Return On Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Current Ratio (CR). All the data analyze using statistical descriptive analysis and regression analysis with SPSSs.The results showed that simultaneous ROE, DER, and CR significantly influence stock prices. Partially, ROE is a variable that has positive and significant impact on stock prices, while the DER and CR is partially has negative but not significant effect on stock prices.Keyword: profitability, capital structure, liquidity,  and stock price

The property sector is one sector that is capable of absorbing large numbers of workers and has a multiplier effect and considerable backward linkage to other economic sectors. The property and real estate sub-sectors are quite interesting to be the object of research because investors in investing in stocks choose companies This study aims to determine the effect of PER (X1), ROE (X2), and DER (X3) variables on stock prices (Y) in property and real estate sub-sector companies. PER (X1), ROE (X2), and DER (X3) are used as independent variables while Stock Price (Y) is the dependent variable. The sampling technique was carried out by means of the purposive sampling method and obtained 16 companies as research samples. Data collection technique is the documentation method. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques with the help of SPSS version 20 statistical software. The results of this study indicate that the PER, ROE, and DER variables simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices in property and real estate sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Partially only PER and ROE variables have a significant effect, while the DER variable has no significant effect. ROE variable is the variable that most influences the stock price.

Thiss research aims to detrmine how much influence the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Return on Equity (ROE) on Stock Prices at Food and Beverage Sub Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2018. The sample used in this research were ten companies obtained based on purposive sampling technique. The data used in this study is panel data so that the data will be tested using the help of the Eviews 9 application and analysed using panel data multiple analysis. The results of this analysis indicate that DER partially has a negative and significant effect on stock prices and ROE partially has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, simultaneously, DER and ROE have a joint influence on stock price of companies in the Food and Beverage Sub Sector for the 2013-2018 period.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling, di dapatkan tiga sampel perusahaan dari sembilan perusahaan pertambangan sub sektor logam dan mineral. Data diolah dan dianalisis menggunakanan alisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan koefisien korelasi keempat variabel bebas mempunyai hubungan yang sangat kuat terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan pertambangan sub sektor logam dan mineral yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil analisis secara simultan penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa variabel yaitu Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio, Suku Bunga, dan Inflasi secara bersasma-sama mempunyai pengaruh terhadap harga saham, sedangkan secara parsial dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari keempat variabel tersebut Inflasi berpengaruh dominan terhadap Harga Saham pada prusahaan pertambangan sub sektor logam dan mineral yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Kata kunci :  Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio, Suku Bunga, Inflasi   ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of simultaneously and partially by using Purposive Sampling technique, found three companies from nine mining companies of metal and mineral sub sector. Data was processed and analyze by multiple linear regression analysis method. Based on correlation coefficient by four independent variabels has a very strong relation on stock prices Mining Companies Sub-Sector Metals and Minerals listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on the results of the simultaneous analysis of this study explained that the variables of Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio, Interest Rates, and Inflation together have an influence on Stock Price. By the partially can be concluded that from the four variables Inflation has a dominant influence on stock prices Mining companies sub-sector metals and minerals listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The capital market has an important role in increasing the efficiency of the financial system and is one of the vital financial intermediation institutions in the modern economy of a country. This study aims to examine the effect of ROA and DER on stock prices in automotive and component manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2019. Purposive sampling was used to collect samples from the population, obtained 5 automotive sub-sector companies and components from 13 automotive sub-sector companies and components as samples. So that the number of samples studied was 30 data counted by 6 years. The research method used is descriptive and verification quantitative research methods. Based on the results of research conducted by the author using SPSS 24 for partial and simultaneous tests, namely: ROA has no effect on stock prices, DER is significant positive on stock prices. Simultaneously ROA, DER affect stock prices. Based on the determinant coefficient test, the independent variable affects the dependent variable by 40.7% and there are still 59.3% factors from the variables outside this study.
