This research has objective to see the interest students of Panca Marga University Probolinggo in online purchasing of goods on a platform shopee, Respondents from the results of this research is customers using shopee platform as a medium purchase of goods online. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling by distributing questionnaires and interviews as a method of collecting data in this study. The data analysis method uses classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, F test and T test. The results show that the level of product quality has a significant influence on buying interest, Advertising variables do not have a significant effect on Buying Interest, The customer trust variable does not have a significant effect on buying interest on the shopee platform.  Keywords: Product Quality, Advertising, Customer Trust, Buying Interest

This research was conducted in the District of Kanigaran, Probolinggo City with the aim to determine the effect of Segmenting, Targetting, Posisioning (STP) on the purchase decision of automatic motorcycles in the District of Kanigaran, Probolinggo, both simultaneously and partially, and to find out which variable between segmentation, targeting and positioning had the dominant influence on decision to buy an automatic motorcycle.This type of research is quantitative research with causal associative relationships. The variables used consist of independent variables namely STP and the dependent variable is the purchase decision. The sample used was 97 respondents. Data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, F test, t test and dominant.The results of this study indicate that segmentation, targeting and positioning have a significant effect on purchasing decisions of automatic motorbikes.,with the results of the hypothesis testing simultaneously which proves that there is a significant simultaneous effect between  on the purchase decision of automatic motorcycles in KanigaranSubdistrict, Probolinggo City. The development of the convection industry in Indonesia is growing rapidly. This is because the convection industry is an industry that is needed by the community in meeting clothing needs. In addition, clothing itself is experiencing changes in trends and functions, namely being used as an identity attribute, so that the convection business is in great demand in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a SWOT analysis to take advantage of opportunities by maximizing strengths, reducing weaknesses and avoiding threats. The strength of the convection business is classified as a promising business. Weaknesses are lack of capital to develop a business, less competent employees are employed. The target market opportunities are very wide. The threat of the existence of illegal imported products on the domestic market either directly or indirectly.  Keywords : Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats.

This study has several objectives, namely to determine the simultaneous, partial and dominant influence between the variables of return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), and debt to equity ratio (DER) on stock prices in insurance service sub-sector companies that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is associative quantitative research and data collection methods using documentation studies and literature studies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling by taking a sample of 5 years with 10 companies. The results showed that the independent variables had a simultaneous effect on profitability. The t-test shows that the ROA variable has a partial effect on Stock Prices and the ROE variable  has a partial effect on Stock Prices and also the DER variable has a partial effect on Stock Prices.

Abstract   This research was conducted on 4 cigarette companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with financial statements in 2013 - 2017 with the aim to determine the influence of Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) simultaneously and partially on the share price of Cigarette Companies listed in IDX in 2013 – 2017. This type of research uses causal research. Data is collected by documentation, data analysis methods in the form of multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant influence of EPS, PER and DER simultaneously on the share price, there was a significant influence of EPS partially on the share price, while the variables PER and DER partially had no significant effect on the share price of cigarette companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) year 2013 – 2017. Variable EPS that has a dominant effect on the share price with the value of Standardized Coefficients Beta = 0.870.  Keyword: EPS, PER, DER, Share Price.

The purpose of this study was to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of products and advertisements and the most dominant variables on the purchase decision of Yamaha Jupiter MX motorcycles. The type of research used is explanatory research. The population is JMC Community (Jupiter MX Club) Surabaya as many as 56 people who know the Jupiter MX ad version of 'Bridge Collapse'.  Saturated sampling technique is the entire population. The analysis technique used is multiple regressions with significant tests of F and t. The results of the analysis showed that products and advertisements simultaneously had a significant effect on purchasing decisions.  While the results of the analysis partially, it was concluded that: (1) The product has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. (2) Advertising has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product variables have a dominant effect on purchasing decisions.  Based on the findings of this study, Yamaha manufacturers should still pay attention to product variables and advertising because it is proven to have a large influence on consumer purchasing decisions. As per the lowest score, then the quality of Jupiter MX products needs to be improved.  Keyword: Product, Advertisement, Buying Decision.

Pendapatan merupakan suatu  hal yang sangat penting dalam menentukan laba atau rugi dari suatu usaha, laba atau rugi tersebut diperoleh dengan melakukan perbandingan antara pendapatan biaya yang dikeluarkan atas pendapatan tersebut. Salah satu indikator utama ekonomi untuk mengukur kemampuan ekonomi masyarakat adalah tingkat pendapatan masyarakat. Perkembangan pertanian di Indonesia jika dilihat dari waktu ke waktu mengalami pasang surut, jika dilihat pendapatan petani saat ini merupakan masalah yang sangat serius karena pendapatan yang di peroleh petani selalu berubah-ubah yang di sebabkan oleh berbagai faktor. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini berasal dari observasi, wawancarra, studi kepustakaan, lembar pengumpulan data (kuiseoner) dan BPS Kabupaten Lamongan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel luas lahan melalui hasil produksi, biaya produksi dan harga jual berpengaruh signifikan dan berhubungan positif terhadap pendapatan petani. Dan secara parsial luas lahan melalui hasil produksi, biaya produksi dan harga jual berpengaruh signifikan dan berhubungan positif terhadap pendapatan petani di Desa Bakalrejo Kecamatan Sugio Kabupaten Lamongan.

Abstrak:                 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pertumbuhan Ekonomi,PAD dan DAU terhadap Belanja Daerah di Kabupaten Sidoarjo pada tahun 2009-2018. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif dan Asosiatif.Data yang digunakan yaitu data time series PAD, dana perimbangan, dan belanja daerah pada website DJP Kemenkeu dan Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Sidoarjo tahun 2009-2018. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu secara sekunder dengan mengumpulkan beberapa refrensi dari website DJP Kemenkeu dan BPS Sidoarjo.Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistika deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji korelasi sederhana dan berganda, uji regresi dan uji hipotesis parsial (uji t) dan uji hipotesis simultan (uji F) dengan bantuan software SPSS.Hasil analisis menunjukkan secara uji (t) parsial Dana Alokasi Umum(DAU) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap belanja daerah,sedangkan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD)  tidak berpengarauh secara signifikan terhadap belanja daerah. Secara uji (f) simultan pertumbuhan ekonomi,pendapatan asli daerah (PAD) dan dana alokasi umum (DAU) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap belanja daerah.

The focus of this research is the influence of service quality and satisfaction on customer loyalty with a case study in “Café : Kofi” Bangil. This research method is quantitative, the subject of this study are customers of “Café : Kofi” Bangil. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. With a total of 60 respondents. The result show multiple liniear regression test Y + 0,180 + 0,041 + 0,941 + e. shows that the influence of service quality variables is 0,041 an the effect of satisfaction variables is 0,941. Thus the more dominant variable influencing customer loyalty is the satisfaction variable. T-test results indicate that the service quality variable (X1) has no partial effect and is not significant. While the satisfaction variable is partially significant. Test the coefficient of determination R2 obtained 0,899 or 89,9% this means that customer loyalty is influenced by satisfaction variables.  Keywords : Quality Of Service, Satisfaction

The focus of this research is the influence of leadership models and work motivation on the performance of civil servants in the state. This research was conducted at the Sukomanunggal office, Surabaya, East Java. The research was conducted from May to July 2019. The type of research was primary data using a questionnaire. The population in this study includes 30 civil servants of the Sukomanunggal sub-district, Surabaya, who are also the sample in this study. The result shows that partially the leadership model variable and the work motivation variable have a significant effect on employee performance, and simultaneously the independent variable also has a significant effect on the dependent variable with a sig of 0,000. With multiple linear regression analysis Y = 0,531 + 0,375X1 + 0,454X2 + 2. As well as the coefficient of determination of 55,7%, while the remaining 44,3% is influenced by other factors outside the X variable used.  Keywords: Leadership Model, Work motivation, Employee Performance
