This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, leadership style, knowledge management, work discipline, and work environment on job satisfaction of employees of Pekanbaru Eye Center Eye Center. The data of this study consisted of primary and secondary data, which were taken through a questionnaire to 81 employees of the Pekanbaru Eye Center Eye Center with a sample census. The variables used are organizational culture, leadership style, knowledge management, work discipline and work environment as independent variables and job satisfaction as the dependent variable. The data obtained were processed using SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture, leadership style and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Knowledge management has a negative effect on employee job satisfaction, and work discipline does not have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction.

How is the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee job satisfaction with organizational culture as a moderating variable at the PT WKS Jambi? This research uses quantitative methods. The data analysis used the structural-partial least square equation model. Eighty-four employees from each company plantation district were used as samples. The results showed that: 1). leadership style affects the work environment; 2). leadership style has a significant effect on organizational culture; 3). the work environment does not affect organizational culture; 4). organizational culture has a strong relationship with job satisfaction; 5). Leadership style does not affect job satisfaction; 6). the work environment does not affect job satisfaction; 7). through organizational culture, leadership style has a significant effect on job satisfaction; and 8. through organizational culture, the work environment does not significantly affect job satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and leadership style on employee job satisfaction in hospitals in the city of Cimahi. This study used a descriptive verification approach, and 91 employees were sampled using multiple regression analysis assisted by SPSS 23 software. The primary data of this study were obtained from questionnaires and interviews. While secondary data is obtained through notes and publications as well as literature. The results showed that there was an influence between work environment variables and leadership style on employee job satisfaction at health service hospitals. The influence of the work environment has an influence on employee job satisfaction so that employees are committed and loyal to the organization. Meanwhile, a good leadership style can increase employee job satisfaction. This is also evidenced by the Adjusted R Square value of 0.571 or 57.1%.

The success or failure of an organization depends on the activity and creativity of its human resources. For this reason, the main thing to consider is the role of a leader. The role of leadership is very large in motivating employees to work in accordance with work programs that have been set by the organization, in achieving the goals and objectives set by the organization. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, and work environment on job satisfaction, to know and analyze the effect of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance, to find out and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, and to find out and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance through employee job satisfaction in the Civil Service Police Unit of South Sulawesi Province. To achieve these objectives, data collection techniques are carried out through observation and questionnaire distribution, using data analysis techniques namely descriptive analysis, validity and reliability testing, classical assumption tests, and path analysis. The results prove that the transformational leadership style and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The effect of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance. The effect of job satisfaction provides a significant influence in improving employee performance. Mediation test results of the influence of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction which shows that employee job satisfaction can mediate the influence of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance of the South Sulawesi Province Civil Service Police Unit.

The research aims to analyze the impact of leadership style and work environment to employee’s job satisfaction with organizational culture as moderating variable at balai kesehatan penerbangan Jakarta. the research used quantitative method. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling-partial least square. 84 public services were used as samples, but 78 samples were given questionaire back. The research revealed that: a) leadership style has impact on work environment (0,549); b) leadership style influences significantly to organizational culture (0,454); c) work environment doesnot have impact on organizational culture (0,161); d) organizational culture has strong relation to job satisfaction (0,840); e) leadership style has not effect on job satisfaction (0,038); f) work environment has not influence on job satisfaction (0,037); g) throught organizational culture, leadership style hassignificant effect on job satisfaction (0,660); and h) throught organizational culture, work environment has not siginificant effect on job satisfaction (0,129).

This research is conducted with the aim of examining the effect of work environment and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at Aston Hotel in Pontianak. The respondents used in this study are 100 samples of active hotel employees. The primary data in this study are collected from questionnaires distributed online via GoogleForm, then processed using the SmartPLS software version 3.3.3. The sampling technique is carried out by purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that the work environment and organizational culture have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Hotel Aston di Pontianak. Responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 100 sampel karyawan hotel yang aktif. Data primer pada penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari kuisioner yang disebarkan secara online melalui GoogleForm, kemudian diolah menggunakan bantuan software SmartPLS versi 3.3.3. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.

Situational leadership style is a style or way of leadership that is shown by a leader to guide, carry out, direct, encourage subordinates to achieve goals and optimally utilize all their abilities by combining the existing situation with regard to the behavior of leaders and subordinates. Organizational culture is a habit that occurs in organizational hierarchies that represent behavioral norms followed by members of the organization. Organizational culture is to spread belief systems and values that develop within an organization and direct the behavior of its members. Job satisfaction reflects a person's feelings towards his work, seen in the positive attitude of employees towards work and all that is encountered in their work environment. This study aims to determine the effect of situational leadership style and organizational culture on the Job Satisfaction of the Regional Finance Office of West Sumatra Province. Variable Situational Leadership Style has a significant effect on job satisfaction by 48.0%. Organizational Culture Variables have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction by 17.7%. Based on the analysis, it is known that the determination coefficient value of Adjusted R Square is 0.488, which means 48.8% of the variables of job satisfaction are influenced by the variables of situational leadership style and organizational culture.

This study examines the effect of leadership style, work motivation, and organizational culture on job satisfaction and employee performance. And then, to examine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance and to examine the effect of leadership style, work motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance is mediated by job satisfaction at the Regional Secretariat Office of Regency / City in South Sulawesi. In this study, questionnaires were distributed and documented collection, using descriptive statistical analysis methods, SEM analysis of Amos. The results of this study found that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational culture has no positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has no positive and significant effect on employee performance; job satisfaction positively and significantly affects employee performance. Job satisfaction can mediate the influence of leadership style on employee performance. Employee job satisfaction can mediate the effect of work motivation on employee performance. Job satisfaction cannot mediate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance.

The data used are primary data and secondary data. In this study the population consists of all teachers SMPN 1 Mattiro Bulu Pinrang District as many as 56 teachers. Sampling as a whole because all members of the population used as a sample of the number of small population, so the number of samples equal to the total population of 56 respondents. Data collection is done through questionnaires, and documentation. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis, and multiple linear regression using SPSS version 21 program.The results showed that: (1) leadership style, work environment and motivation have positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SMPN 1 Mattiro Bulu Pinrang Regency and (2) From the three independent variables that have significant influence in determining teacher performance level, it turns out that the motivation variable has a dominant influence in improving teacher performance in teacher SMPN 1 Mattiro Bulu Pinrang Regency.

This study examines the influence of organizational culture, labor relations, work environment, leadership and compensation to employees satisfaction John Gabriel Foundation at Kornit, Rembang. The hypothesis in this study are the organizational culture influence on employee job satisfaction, labor relations influence on employee job satisfaction, work environment influence on employee job satisfaction, leadership influence on employee job satisfaction and compensation effect on employee job satisfaction John Gabriel in Kornit, Rembang. Based on the analysis of data it can be seen that the organizational culture, labor relations, work environment and leadership had no significant effect on employee job satisfaction. While compensation significant effect on employee job satisfaction.
