<em>This study aims to determine the influence of job satisfaction, organizational climate, organizational commitment and organizationa citizenship behavior on organizational effectiveness in PT. Cosmo Makmur Indonesia. Population and sample ini this study in the number of employee of 169 people. Analysis the data used was the validity and reliability test with path analysis.  From the analysis, the coefficient of the determinan (R<sup>2</sup>) noted that organizational citizenship behavior influenced by job satisfaction, organizational climate, organizational commitment by 87% and the ramining 13% was influence by other factors which not included in the model. Job satisfaction significantly effect of 3.540, organizational climate siginificantly effect of 2,889 and organizational commitment significantly effect of 2,108 and organizational citizenship behavior significantly effect of 6.862.  The analysis of the test, yhe coefficient of the determination noted that the organizational effectiveness was influenced by job satisfaction, organizational climate, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior</em>

This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction and personality on organizational citizenship behavior through the organizational commitment of employees in the production section of PT Timatex Salatiga. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The number of samples used was 100 respondents. The sampling technique used random sampling. The analytical method used is the instrument test (validity and reliability), descriptive analysis test, regression test and path analysis with the SPSS version 23 program. Data collection methods are by means of interviews, observations and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction and personality have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction and personality have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment is able to mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and personality on organizational citizenship behavior. Suggestions from this research are that company management needs to reinforce rules and give verbal sanctions to gradual warning letters to employees who are often late, also applies to employees who leave work before the due time.

This study is aimed to explore the mediation effect of organizational commitment on the influence of job satisfaction on the organizational citizenship behavior. Respondent include on this study is the staff of Yogyakarta Sate University (YSU). Path analysis is used to analize the data. The result showed that organizational commitment is accepted to mediate the effect of job satisfaction on the organizational citizenship behavior. Hence organizational commitment is important for YSU staf to improve the effect of their job satisfaction on the organizational citizenship behavior.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh iklim organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Melalui Kepuasan Kerja dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior Pada Kantor Kecamatan Panakkukang Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang berkarakter probablistik menggunakan analisis jalur path. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah regresi linier berganda dengan serangkaian uji instrumen dan uji asumsi klasik.  Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling.  Variabel penelitian ini terdiri dari iklim organisasi, kepuasan kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, dan kinerja pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi.  Pengujian instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. This study aims to determine the influence of organizational climate on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior at the Panakkukang District Office, Makassar City. This research uses quantitative methods with probabilistic characteristics using path analysis. The method used to analyze the data is multiple linear regression with a series of instrument tests and classical assumption tests. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The variables of this study consist of organizational climate, job satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and employee performance. Data collection techniques used in this study consist of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Testing instruments in this study using validity and reliability tests. The results showed that organizational climate has a positive and significant effect.

Organizational Citizenship Behavior is the voluntary behavior of a worker to want to do a task or work outside of his responsibilities or obligations for the betterment or profit of his organization. In order for employees grow OCB, it is necessary to pay attention to job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior with organizational commitment as a mediating variable at. The number of samples are 42 respondents. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. Analysis of the data used path analysis and multiple test. The results indicate that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. Hotel Pertiwi Bisma 2 Ubud should further enhance OCB behavior, especially regarding the regulations set by the company, and also the behavior of employees with colleagues, so employees are expected comply with existing regulations in the company and be able maintain a good relationship with colleagues. This study aim to determine The Effect of Job Statisfaction, Motivation dan Work Environment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with participative leadership style as an intervening variable on the Employees of  PT. Surabaya Laundry Sentosa. This research is quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 60 section / production employees at PT. Surabaya Laundry Sentosa. The analytical tool used in this study is the path analysis technique (path analysis) with the help of software for the operating system called SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Sience) version 25.0. The primary data in this study were obtained from a questionnaire whose measurements used a Likert scale that was tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study prove that job satisfaction influences organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), motivation also influences organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), work environment influences organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), participative leadership style influences organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), In addition, job satisfaction, motivation, work environment and participative leadership style have a direct and indirect influence on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with Organizational Commitment as Variable Mediation At PT. BPR Bali Dananiaga. Organizational Citizenship Behavior is a behavior in an organization that is not directly appreciated by a formal reward system. Organizations need to pay attention to the factors that affect the Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Samples taken as many as 45 respondents. Sampling in this research using saturated sampling technique. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point likert scale to measure 17 statement items. The analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The result of the analysis shows that job satisfaction has positive effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction has positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment has positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment acts as mediation on the influence of job satisfaction toward organizational citizenship behavior at PT. To achieve organizational effectiveness, every company needs not only qualified human resources, but also employees who perform organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), which is influenced by individual internal factor i.e. big five personality and its external factor i.e. job satisfaction and organizational commitment. PT Harapan Surya Lestari also needs employees with high OCB level to maintain the sustainability of the company. The purpose of this research is to analyse the effects of big five personality, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment of the employees to organizational citizenship behavior and its impact toward organizational effectiveness on PT Harapan Surya Lestari (HSL). The method used in the research is Path Analysis. The data is obtained from questionnaire disseminated to all the employees of PT HSL in order to measure the level of big five personality, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment of the employees and organizational effectiveness from the perception of each employee, using likert scale. Results from the data analysis obtained structural equations Y = 0,240 X1 + 0,166 X2 + 0,502 X3 + 0,6671 ε1  where simultaneously big five personality, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment contribute significantly to organizational citizenship behavior of 55,5% and Z = 0,461 X2 + 0,374 Y + 0,6921 ε2  where simultaneously job satisfaction and organizational commitment contribute significantly to organizational effectiveness of 52,1%.

The research sample consisted of 35 respondents. Data collection was performed using a questionnaire, after which a validity and reliability test was performed using SPSS Software. The study aims to identify and analyze the influence of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, workplace spirituality on work productivity with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as an intervening variable. The population of this study consists of all employees of Muamalat Bank Solo Branch. The data were collected by a questionnaire distributed to 40 employees of Muamalat Bank Solo Branch. This study uses a saturated sample technique or total sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear testing and path analysis. The results show that job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, while spirituality at work and organizational commitment has a positive but not significant effect on employee productivity. Simultaneously, it shows that job satisfaction, workplace spirituality, organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. Based on the path analysis test,  job satisfaction, workplace spirituality and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as an intervening variable.

The needs of nurses who have the category of "good citizen" is the main concern that can not be ignored by management because it will have a positive impact on the organization.The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of workload, job satisfaction and organizational commitment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior nurses. The research involved 104 implementer nurses. Data excavation techniques used questionnaires and interviews. Data were analyzed by regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination.The result of the research at the 5% significance level shows that: Workload has positive effect not significant to OCB nurse (regression coefficient: 0.116, p value: 0.245). The variables that give positive and significant influence to the nurse OCB are job satisfaction (regression coefficient: 0,226 and p value: 0,022) and organizational commitment (regression coefficient: 0,253 and p value: 0,012). Workload, job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously give positive and significant influence to OCB nurse (F arithmetic: 4.836) with sig value: 0,003). Organizational commitment was the most dominant variable significantly influence the organizational citizenship behavior of nurses in the context of nurses in Batara Guru regional hospital, Luwu regency.
