The study aims to identify and analyze the influence of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, workplace spirituality on work productivity with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as an intervening variable. The population of this study consists of all employees of Muamalat Bank Solo Branch. The data were collected by a questionnaire distributed to 40 employees of Muamalat Bank Solo Branch. This study uses a saturated sample technique or total sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear testing and path analysis. The results show that job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, while spirituality at work and organizational commitment has a positive but not significant effect on employee productivity. Simultaneously, it shows that job satisfaction, workplace spirituality, organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. Based on the path analysis test,  job satisfaction, workplace spirituality and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as an intervening variable.

This study is aimed to explore the mediation effect of organizational commitment on the influence of job satisfaction on the organizational citizenship behavior. Respondent include on this study is the staff of Yogyakarta Sate University (YSU). Path analysis is used to analize the data. The result showed that organizational commitment is accepted to mediate the effect of job satisfaction on the organizational citizenship behavior. Hence organizational commitment is important for YSU staf to improve the effect of their job satisfaction on the organizational citizenship behavior.

Organizational Citizenship Behavior is the voluntary behavior of a worker to want to do a task or work outside of his responsibilities or obligations for the betterment or profit of his organization. In order for employees grow OCB, it is necessary to pay attention to job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior with organizational commitment as a mediating variable at. The number of samples are 42 respondents. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. Analysis of the data used path analysis and multiple test. The results indicate that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. Hotel Pertiwi Bisma 2 Ubud should further enhance OCB behavior, especially regarding the regulations set by the company, and also the behavior of employees with colleagues, so employees are expected comply with existing regulations in the company and be able maintain a good relationship with colleagues. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior. This research was conducted at the company Focus Design Artglass Ubud. The number of samples taken as many as 67 employees, using saturated sample technique, especially simple random sampling. The data were collected through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis results found that organizational culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment have positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior. The higher the organizational culture OCB will also increase, the higher the job satisfaction the higher the OCB, and the higher the organizational commitment the higher the OCB in the company Focus Design Artglass Ubud.     Keywords:      organizational culture, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with Organizational Commitment as Variable Mediation At PT. BPR Bali Dananiaga. Organizational Citizenship Behavior is a behavior in an organization that is not directly appreciated by a formal reward system. Organizations need to pay attention to the factors that affect the Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Samples taken as many as 45 respondents. Sampling in this research using saturated sampling technique. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point likert scale to measure 17 statement items. The analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The result of the analysis shows that job satisfaction has positive effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction has positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment has positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment acts as mediation on the influence of job satisfaction toward organizational citizenship behavior at PT. <em>This study aims to determine the influence of job satisfaction, organizational climate, organizational commitment and organizationa citizenship behavior on organizational effectiveness in PT. Cosmo Makmur Indonesia. Population and sample ini this study in the number of employee of 169 people. Analysis the data used was the validity and reliability test with path analysis.  From the analysis, the coefficient of the determinan (R<sup>2</sup>) noted that organizational citizenship behavior influenced by job satisfaction, organizational climate, organizational commitment by 87% and the ramining 13% was influence by other factors which not included in the model. Job satisfaction significantly effect of 3.540, organizational climate siginificantly effect of 2,889 and organizational commitment significantly effect of 2,108 and organizational citizenship behavior significantly effect of 6.862.  The analysis of the test, yhe coefficient of the determination noted that the organizational effectiveness was influenced by job satisfaction, organizational climate, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior</em>

The needs of nurses who have the category of "good citizen" is the main concern that can not be ignored by management because it will have a positive impact on the organization.The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of workload, job satisfaction and organizational commitment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior nurses. The research involved 104 implementer nurses. Data excavation techniques used questionnaires and interviews. Data were analyzed by regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination.The result of the research at the 5% significance level shows that: Workload has positive effect not significant to OCB nurse (regression coefficient: 0.116, p value: 0.245). The variables that give positive and significant influence to the nurse OCB are job satisfaction (regression coefficient: 0,226 and p value: 0,022) and organizational commitment (regression coefficient: 0,253 and p value: 0,012). Workload, job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously give positive and significant influence to OCB nurse (F arithmetic: 4.836) with sig value: 0,003). Organizational commitment was the most dominant variable significantly influence the organizational citizenship behavior of nurses in the context of nurses in Batara Guru regional hospital, Luwu regency. This research aims to study the direct and indirect influence of self-efficacy on organizational citizenship behavior transmitted through employee engagement, organizational commitment and job satisfaction, and to examine employee engagement, organizational commitment and job satisfaction as partial or full mediators. The study samples were 400 employees in the automobile parts manufacturing industry. The study instruments used by previous researchers were applied and back translation was conducted on all questionnaire items. Content validity and reliability was then tested prior to using them for data collection. Direct and indirect influences and mediators were analyzed with the Hayes Model 81 using the PROCESS Program. Results revealed that self-efficacy had a direct influence on organizational citizenship behavior with statistical significance, with an indirect influence transmitted through employee engagement, organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Employee engagement, organizational commitment and job satisfaction functioned as partial mediators between self-efficacy and organizational citizenship behavior with statistical significance. The model was based on the theory of self-efficacy to express organizational citizenship behavior. However, the study results showed that employee engagement, organizational commitment and job satisfaction play roles as mediators in transmission of effective organizational citizenship behavior. Therefore, these mediators are important factors that can accurately explain organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract:                The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Tenggarong either partially or simultaneously. Respondents in this study were drawn from all employees of PT. Pegadaian Tenggarong Branch, totaling 25 employees. The analytical tool used is a Multiple Regression model. The results of the calculation of the F test (simultaneous), the variable Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment simultaneously affect the Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Job Satisfaction (X1) and Organizational Commitment variable has a positive influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. From the two partial correlation test results above, it can be seen that the value of the Big Five Personality (X1) variable is the largest compared to with the organizational commitment variable (X2), so the Big Five Personality (X1) variable is the biggest, the dominant variable affecting the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of PT. This study aims to the find out significant effect of: (1) Job Satisfaction on OCB. (2) Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment. (3) Organizational Commitment on OCB. (4) Job Satisfaction on OCB through Organizational Commitment as an intervening Variable. This is as case study conducted on Civil Servant of Regional Public Hospital of North Lombok Regency. The research design in a causal associative research. The population in this study were 66 Civil Servant. While data collection techniques are documentation, interview, and  questionnaires to get answer as well as characteristics of respondents. This research then applies census method. In this research, to analyze the data, path analysis was used. The results shows that : (1) Job Satisfaction does not have significant effect on OCB. (2) Job Satisfaction has significant effect on the Organizational Commitment. (3) Organizational Commitment has significant effect on OCB. (4) Job Satisfaction has significant effect on OCB through Organizational Commitment of Civil Servant Working at Regional Public Hospital of North Lombok Regency. Keywords: Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction.
