The data used are primary data through questionnaires to employees of PT. WISC Indonesia as respondent. The analytical method used is a simple and multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicated that career development and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. WISC Indonesia.</em>

This study aims to determine the effect of the income level and management of zakat funds on the community compliance to pay zakat in Bireuen Regency. The sampling technique used is probability sampling technique with the number of respondents as many as 62 people. The data used in this study is in the form of primary data in the form of questionnaires. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that the level of income has a significant effect on the community compliance to pay zakat in Bireuen Regencyt and the management of zakat funds has no significant effect on the community compliance to pay zakat in Bireuen Regency.

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and remuneration of the employee’s performance in PT Radio Permata Swaranusa. The sample of  the research are all employees of PT Radio Swaranusa which amount 30 people who more throughout the field of PT Radio Permata Swaranusa. The usage of analytical method is a statistical method by using a multiple linear regression analysis and t-test. The result of the analysis which has been done, generate that is significantly more influenced motivation 0.016 (Sig.) < 0.05 (alpha) and sompensation 0.831 (Sig.) > 0.05 (alpha).

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the motivation variables have a significant effect on performance and work discipline has a significant effect on performance. The sample in this study was 30 respondents and used multiple linear regression analysis with the following regression equation Y Y = 4.604 + 0.476X1 + 0.336X2 + e. From the regression equation it can be seen that the work motivation variable is stated to have a significant influence on employee performance. It can also be said that the more work motivation will affect employee performance. Work discipline variables have an influence on employee performance (Y). This means, every time there is an increase in work discipline will improve employee performance.. Keywords: motivation, discipline, performance ABSTRAKSIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui variabel motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dan displin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 responden dan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan persamaan regresi sebagai berikut Y = 4,604 + 0,476X1 + 0,336X2 + e. Dari persamaan regresi tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa variabel Motivasi kerja dinyatakan terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dapat pula dikatakan bahwa semakin motivasi kerja maka akan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Variabel disiplin kerja mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership and motivation partially and simultaneously to job satisfaction employees CV. Icon Teqnologi. The research type used is descriptive with causal associative approach. This study was conducted with the number of respondents as many as 35 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis for hypothesis through SPSS 16 for windows program. Based on the results obtained in the study that partially influence the leadership of employee job satisfaction, while motivation has no effect on employee job satisfaction. But simultaneously leadership and motivation affect the employee job satisfaction. The amount of influence of leadership and work motivation on employee job satisfaction is shown by the value of determination (R2) of 0.33 while the rest of 67% influenced by other variables such as discipline, compensation, organizational culture and others.

This study aims to test the effect of service quality of electronic taxing system and tax employee competence on taxpayer satisfaction. The variables on this study was measured by using questionnaire. The sample of this study is personal Taxpayer who is running business activities and is registered at the Primary Tax Office of Bengkulu. The data used in this study is primary data. The hypothesis of the study is tested by using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the assistance of SPSS. The result of this study revealed that the service quality of electronic taxing system and tax employee competence had positive effect on the taxpayer satisfaction.Key Words: Service Quality of Electronic Taxing System, Tax Employee Competence, and Taxpayer Satisfaction.

This research was carried out in Kumpai Batu Atas Village, South Arut District, Kotawaringin Barat Regency. This study aims to determine the influence of the role of agricultural extension agents on the socio-economic conditions of farmers. Data analysis method uses Likert scale, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, f-test and determination coefficient. The data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data.The socio-economic conditions of farmers in "ngawi" farmer groups consist of the age of farmers 30-40 years (12%), 41-50 years (24%), 51-60 years (48%); education consists of elementary school (64%), junior high school (32%), S1 (4%); income level range <Rp. 1,500,000 (34%), Rp. 1,500,000 - Rp. 2,500,000 (64%),> Rp. 2,500,000 - Rp. 3,000,000 (12%) and the work of the farmer respondent all (100%) earns a living as farmer.                 The results showed the hypothesis testing together had a fcount of 0.087 smaller than the value of ftabel of 3.44 which means that Ha was rejected and H0 was accepted, this indicates that the independent variable includes the factors of instructor as educator, facilitator and supervisor together- the same does not affect the dependent variable, namely the socio-economic conditions of the farmers. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained equation Y = 1.64 + 0.35 X1 + 0.13 X2 + 0.05 X3 + e which indicates a positive influence between the instructor factors as educators, facilitators and supervisors on the social economic conditions of farmers. The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained shows that 11.1% of socioeconomic conditions can be influenced by the extension factor as an educator, facilitator and supervisor.

ABSTRAKThis study aims to determine the understanding of tax regulations and motivation of taxpayers with tax compliance. The object of this research is the Padang Satu Primary Tax Office. The number of questionnaires in this study amounted to 92 questionnaires. The data from this study come from primary data obtained from the Padang Satu Primary Tax Office. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. This study aims to examine the Influence of Budget Participation, Budget Evaluation, and Difficulty of Achieving Budget Objectives on Local Government Apparatus Performance. The object of this research is the employees who have a role in the process of making and budgeting at 15 OPD (Organization of Regional Devices) located in West Jakarta Administration City. This study was conducted on 64 respondents using primary data through questionnaires distributed directly to the respondents. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables of budget participation and the difficulty of achieving the budget objectives have no effect on the performance of local government apparatus, while the Budget Evaluation has an effect on the performance of local government apparatus.

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan: (1) Untuk Mengetahui dan Menganalisis Pengaruh Kejelasan Peran Terhadap Kinerja ASN Bidang Pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. (2) Untuk Mengetahui dan Menganalisis Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja ASN Bidang Pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis deskriptif dan analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier berganda, maka Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1). Kejelasan Peran berpengaruh positif dan Signifikan Terhadap Kinerja ASN Bidang Pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. (2) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Kinerja ASN Bidang Pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. This research was conducted with the aim of: (1) To identify and analyze the effect of role clarity on the performance of civil servants in the field of regional property management in South Sulawesi Province. (2) To determine and analyze the effect of work motivation on the performance of civil servants in the field of regional property management in South Sulawesi Province. The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, with a sample size of 50 respondents. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the results show that (1). Role clarity has a positive and significant effect on the performance of ASN in the field of regional property management in South Sulawesi province. (2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of ASN in the field of Regional Property Management in South Sulawesi Province.

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence consumer satisfaction on Go-Pay as a mobile payment application. The population of this research was all Gojek application users who use Go-Pay as mobile payment in South Jakarta. This research used primary data sourced from the questionnaire distributed to 150 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that four independent variables, i.e., price, trust, lifestyle, and benefit have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction of Go-Pay application. However, convenience has no significant influence on consumer satisfaction of Go-Pay. Keywords: consumer satisfaction, Go-pay, lifestyle
