This work a novel approach in radio frequency communications applied to a underwater wireless sensors network UWSN is presented. The proposal is to manipulate in a bounded and controlled environment a Remote Operated Vehicle ROV without umbilical cable through a underwater sensors network based on radio frequency communication, taking advantage of the faculties of this underwater communication in conjunction with a sensor network, furter, a dynamic redundancy is used in the transmitters towards the ROV to increasing the range and avoiding communication loss, aditional a static redundancy is applied on the receiver to increase te reliability of comunication. The part of the ROV receiving sensors is based on a statisc redundancy of 3 sensors which will apply a vote taking in order to failure tolerantce, the sensor network will applied a dinamic redundacy in the transmitters in order to follow the communication with the ROV, in case of failure, the communication loss can be compensated with another sensor of the network that will take its role.

Soil humidity is considered as one of important soil parameters and is already used widely in agriculture information system. The measurement of the soil humidity, characterized by accuracy and continuity, can help build useful information systems for modern agriculture. Remote detection of soil humidity can be achieved easily by using wireless sensors network (WSN). In this paper, a way to build an automatic irrigating system taking advantage of humidity measurements, which is obtained based on Wireless Sensor Network, is proposed. That how the humidity is detected and how the WSN is constructed is discussed. Furthermore, the connection of hardware devices and the programs of software is described.

Underwater wireless sensor network (UWSN) important to enhance the widely use of the application of the Internet of things (IoT) for underwater. Uses of the acoustics base of wave propagations are the best ways to establish the UWSN. But the unpracticality of the hardware due to the size and cost has limited the application of UWSN. Radio frequency (RF) wave propagation is the best way to overcome this situation. Low frequency of the RF wave is proven feasible and suitable for underwater communication. 433 MHz RF were chosen to measuring the underwater received power behavior between the transmitter node and receiver node based on different distance and depth. HC12 transceiver module was used as a transmitter and spectrum analyzer with the telescopic antenna was used as a receiver. The received power give a good reading when the transmitter note was at 0.5-meter depth with a maximum operating range within 12 meters from the receiver.
