Traditional museum is typically characterized especially by presenting exhibits. However, it has recently been enriched by many other features that contribute to the attractiveness of exhibitions. Museum spaces nowadays offer various educational events, creative workshops or shops with artefacts and publications. This paper is aimed at presenting partial research results orientated to human-centered design of museums for children. The introductory part describes innovative design tools that focus on multisensory presentation of exhibits, hands-on, color impact, emotion perception etc., as well as possibilities of using the Universal Design as a Learning method to create exhibitions for children with special needs. The main part of the work consists of our team's research aimed at exploring the needs of different children, especially children with various disabilities, in the creation of children's museum space and exhibitions. The first phase of research is focused on the analysis of spatial properties, exhibits and interactions between them. The aim was to discover how those factors influence children's attention and impact on their learning ability. This part of the research was carried out in BIBIANA - International House of Art for Children in Bratislava. The end of the paper indicates further research possibilities that will be explored in the next phase of our research in the future.

This chapter discusses a remote learning study conducted at the Computer-Integrated-Manufacturing (CIM) Laboratory in Tel-Aviv University. The goal is to provide remote end-users with an interface that enables them to teleoperate a robotic arm in conditions as close as possible to hands-on operation in the laboratory. This study evaluates the contribution of different interface components to the overall performance and the learning ability of potential end-users. Based on predefined experimental tasks, the study compares alternative interface designs for teleoperation. The three performance measures of the robot operation task are (1) the number of steps that are required to complete the given task, (2) the number of errors during the execution stage, and (3) the improvement rate of users. Guidelines for a better design of remote learning interfaces in robotics are provided based on the experimental results.

The honeycomb pattern, comes from nature, is one of the inspiration used by architects in their work. The characteristic form of the hexagon, possible to be duplicated as a module in both "pure" and modified form, favours the implementation of more and more spectacular solutions in architecture. The aim of the article is an overview of selected examples of the honeycomb pattern applied in architecture in relation to shaping its basic form (single objects and their complex systems), as well as used in architectonic details at various scales (elements of building facades). The variety of ideas is resulted from the inventiveness of planners and architects, the development of innovative design tools, and the availability of various materials used in construction.

The aim of this paper is to determine the position of the CJEU towards the national identity with regard to its case law and whether the Court gives preference to the national identity or to the primacy of EU law during the balancing between the constitutional principles and the interests of member states with EU law. The introductory part of the paper addresses the insertion and the development of the national identity clause in the primary law. Its main part consists of analysis of the case law of the CJEU, as well as of the opinions of Advocates General, in the period before and after the adoption of the Treaty of Lisbon.

Universal Design for Learning is the scientifically valid framework for developing educational practices that provides flexibility in how information is presented, in the ways students respond or demonstrate knowledge and skills, and in the ways students engage in learning. Instructors who adopt UDL principles in their teaching can reduce barriers and support all students regardless of their abilities, needs, and learning preferences. This presentation will focus on ways to establishing UDL environments in higher education courses through "ready-mades," hi-tech platforms with low-tech learning curves, while simultaneously energizing learning and nurturing collaborations.Attendees will learn to provide three principles of UDL, which include multiple means of:Representation: Screenchomp, Jing, Video presentationsAction and expression: Voki, Glogster, Popplet,Engagement: Dipity timeline, Voice Thread, PrimaryPadSuch ready-mades also energize collaboration between students. To demonstrate the flexibility of ready-mades, we shall execute an interactive presentation via some of these tools and challenge participants to a hands-on application of these tools to their own learning goals.

Abstract The emergence of Android as a leading Operating System in terms of market coverage induced the rapid emergence of many mobile applications. A lot of these applications are prone to misuse because of their design. This paper deals with a new method of informing user whether applications installed on his device are potentially harmful or not. The introductory part provides some insight into security mechanisms used in Android. The main part deals with research we based our work on, proposal of our own methodology based on permission model and its implementation in application for real-time offline analysis of installed applications on device running Android. The last part of this paper deals with the evaluation of achievements reached by our methodology implemented in standalone application

The main subject of this paper is the analysis of certain communication methods and concrete measures of leading politicians in Bosnia and Herzegovina that seems to be populist and/or demagogic. In the introductory part of the paper, the authors provide a short overview of the current political situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In the main part, the authors strive to present examples of populist or demagogic behavior of political leaders in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the fields of economic policy and criminal justice policy, which have been chosen as relevant areas of research. Finally, the authors in their concluding remarks provide a list of recommendations that could improve the entire process of creating and establishing policies in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The article is devoted to the study of the features of the elaboration and introduction into scientific parlance of the concept of a semi-presidential republic (mixed government) by French scientists. In the introductory part of the work, the author noted the socio-historical and political-legal prerequisites for the development of relevant ideas, associated primarily with the affirmation of the specific constitutional regime of the Fifth Republic in France. In the main part of the study, the author highlights the discussion aspects of the concept and essence of the form of government under consideration, as well as the history of the emergence and development of related terminology through the prism of analysis of the work of leading French legal scholars from the 50s - 70s of the 20th century. According to the results of the work, it's identified the problems associated with a modern understanding of the essence of the studied form of government are identified, as well as the possibilities of updating the considered historical and theoretical legal experience to overcome them.
